Hello, does anyone know if there are any health benefits in chewing gum, like the mint or ice gum? Or is it just a personal preference for some people to chew gum? Thank you.

Hello, so I have been having a little bit of trouble getting myself to do the practises for enlightenment. I think this is due to all the other distractions around me, I am interest in doing the practises, however, if I have the opportunity to go and do fun stuff, like go to the movies or hang out with friends or something like that, I prefer doing that and not sitting doing and contemplation (which is quite difficult for me to to understand due to how subjective and how airy-fairy it is in my opinion). It feels very boring (there is other stuff I could do) to sit doing for 30-60 minutes and contemplate or self-inquire or meditate (I do do this, however I have not been getting results) because I have no clue if I would be doing it right, my mind would just make me think I am going in the right direction. I guess I have been conditioned to the life of "doing" and "having" because that's what everyone else has been doing and that's all there really seems to be to do. Re-conditioning myself seems nearly impossible because of how much resistance I would encounter, my mind would come in and say, "what's the point, you'll never get anywhere and it will never not be boring, so why not stop now". All in all, I would like some help in getting over the mental resistance of getting started and continuing with a practise because I don't think I would ever not get bored and give up sitting down for 30-60 minutes asking questions, when I would have no clue if I am going in the right direction. Is a samadhi experience or mystical state more blissful than amazing sexual intercourse or experiencing a very joyful moment both of which are a lot more practical. I hope that makes sense, thank you.

Wow great, Thanks! -
Hello, I found a pretty good Ted talk about consciousness by Dada Gunamuktananda, he talks about the same stuff as Leo does.

How about Hatha? In a past video you said it was better to use books to practice not go take a class? Is this true? Thank you. -
Hello, I have a few questions around deep insights and mystical experiences. How do I know if I'm having a deep insight while doing things like meditation or contemplation or whether I'm just telling myself that I am and believing it? If you are trying to question for example who you are, like asking yourself, questions such as where am I and who am. Then I find an answer that seems quite convincing or have an insight. How do I know if it's just my ego projecting or creating different hypothesis or if it's actually true, because having ego death along with mystical and deep insights (in the way Leo talks about them, seem very abstract and illusive) to the point where I'm not sure if I'm having one or the other or any at all. Thank you.

Thanks guys, I guess I won't be chewing gum any time soon.

Thanks for the help. Without psychedelics (don't have access to them), what would be the best way to achieve these deep insights and mystical experiences, through yoga (like kundalini or kriya), meditation (like vipassana), contemplation or self-inquiry. Thank you. -
I'd like to take a carpool, lol.

Thanks guys, so time is relative and not real then? However, the only way to describe it in a scientific way, is the quantitative happening of one event or object to another through space. -
Hello, I have been wondering about this for a little while now, why does time seem so illusory, is it an illusion? It is really hard to grasp it. When you ask yourself what happened to the experience of two hours ago, where did it go? It is just a memory, thoughts that you think of. There isn't anything I can point to that I have noticed which is specifically time, apart from the continuous happening of experience. We all live in time, however, it is hard to pinpoint what it is. Some people would say it is the fourth dimension, and you can't have time without space, could this be true? What are your thoughts on what time is? Thank you.

Hello, I have a few questions about religions such as christianity or catholisism. Why does christianity say that you and God are two difference beings, how is this non-duality? Christianity says god is the all knowing powerful being, that loves everyone, and that you can live in eternity with god if you give yourself to him, and if you are nice to others like your neighbours. As well as, christianity emphasizes the pursuit of salvation in order to go to heaven, would salvation be another word for enlightenment? Is sanskrit like the Holly book of buddhism and hinduism? I'm guessing these have to do with christianity's and catholicism's beliefs and dogmas about god. Because they are the opposite of buddhism and christianity. Thank you.

Thank you, I sorta see now. What I've heard about Christianity is very of a much like you and God are different, and that Jesus was the sun of god. Does this mean most Christians are being taught. But he was really teaching what all the other religions were also teaching, such as Judaism? Because they both proclaim there only being one God. However, I found this "He revealed His law, the Torah, to the Jewish people (who were known as Hebrews at that time) and He chose them to be a light for all humanity", on this website: https://www.biblica.com/resources/bible-faqs/do-jews-and-christians-basically-have-the-same-religion/ What does the "He revealed his law", and "He chose them as the "light of all humanity" mean? Thank you. -
Hello, I have a few questions about spiral dynamics. If it is apparently so good, why are their people that dismiss it as inaccurate or something like that? Shouldn't they be teaching it in universities and such if it explains the evolution of human nature so well? I'm wondering about this because my cousin, who has a bachelor in psychology, as well as my psychologist, have never heard of it, along with anyone that I ask. Just wondering why society is not and would not be spreading spiral dynamics if it's so amazing. Thank you.

I see how professional academics have their own way of being, such as scientists or philosophers, though, wouldn't they need this 'way' of speech or write (I'm not sure about the dress) in order to communicate their topics? Like a computer engineer needs to talk a certain way or write a certain way in order to communicate with the other computer engineers or academics.

What is the culture and paradigm? The more you believe in physicalism/materialism the more trustworthy or authoritative you are? There are most likely university instructors who are spiritual and do practise mysticism. Aren't Hollywood actors more in Orange? Because they are into success and making money from being in movies.

I thought universities spread the facts, research and what has been validated. Is this not true? Why would anyone go to university/college if it did not teach the facts, and amazing things like SD, but dumped down things? This makes university pointless, I thought people were more intelligent than this. Subjects can get very complex. @zambize What do you mean by "research", don't universities do proper research? Does this mean that anyone that is supposedly below tier 2, should not speak about/criticize tier 2 (or even Spiral dynamics) because they don't know what their talking about/dealing with, even if they are knowledgeable in whatever they are talking about, such as if they have PhD's and have studied these theories for years? They may have found the issues and inaccuracies with SD or anything like it. Thanks.

This is a bit of a chill topic, but it would be cool to have a top 25 or 50 facts about Leo video, so that we can learn more about you. Thanks.

Thanks guys, I understand a bit more now. Society would not spread what it does not believe, especially mysticism. I guess I thought that if it's so powerful, I would have heard about Spiral dynamics not from Leo, but from someone else. A few sources point out a stage coral, is there actually one? Are there any good websites that I could find examples of people in different stages? I'll check out the video as well.

Hello, I was just browsing YouTube when I fell upon Alan Watts lectures. He explains religions very well, so that they make sense and I can understand them, along with debunks science and common paradigms (including mine). I was wondering if anyone else likes him or thinks that he is a good interpreter of religions such as Buddhism. One other bonus is that there are tons of audio recordings on YouTube about Alan Watts. Thank you.

Have you experienced it? -

I see. It's a very abstract thing isn't it. So, you consider full enlightenment is the complete embodiment of the Truth and allowing that to impact every aspect of your life, resulting in you not only 'knowing' the Truth, but being it.
