  1. Happy birthday, Leo. I believe you're turning 33, right? Something symbolic about that, haha - and since we're in this game, we might as well acknowledge and have fun with the symbols. I generally avoid lots of interaction with the forum because I know from experience that it's easy to get hooked and end up using it as a distraction, but I happened to see this post and wanted you to know, Leo, that you've certainly impacted my life a great deal. I almost wish I could sit here and spill out everything I've been through in the last year and list the ways in which your videos have pointed me in the right direction and kept me on course, but I rather hope that one day I can do that story more justice than a mere first draft explosion of pixels on a forum. Anyway, Leo, it's three days until I leave my soul-sucking desk job in Shanghai making money for other people. The world awaits as I finally set out to continue my path and deepen my life purpose in ways that don't chain me to an employer. It's one of those forks in the path, and without you and your videos, Leo, I would have pegged my own ideas as too isolated and too crazy to believe in my ability to actualize them. So thank you for all of your work, Leo, and have a great birthday!
  2. One of the best reasons to follow Leo’s work is that you can start watching and applying the lessons from any level, to solve a multitude of problems. Different people are looking for different sorts of advice, and different approaches work better for different situations. Some people just need a practical solution to their problems, or a tweaking of perspective to nudge them back on that yellow brick road, and that’ll be enough… for the time being. There comes a time though – after you’ve maybe been to Emerald City, or seen the man behind the curtain, or hell even woken up once or twice and you find yourself back on that road in the dream again – when you need a new kind of mentor that will show you the red gravel path or the blue cobblestone alley, or whisk you off paths altogether, or perhaps give you the tools to make your own kind of path… Because Leo himself has evolved so much over the years and all his old material is preserved, we can tap into this minefield from any point and get results. (A quick aside – it proves that his old stuff works. The fact that he got from Point A to Point Q shows us that all these steps along the way have helped him get to where he is now. And I think most of us can agree that regardless of whether you resonate more with the newer or older videos, they have certainly become deeper.) Personally, I find Leo’s newer videos more insightful, with better delivery, sharper eloquence, and yes, I believe they are even more authentic. But there is still great value to be found in the old classics. Leo’s work is like the great glass elevator of personal development. And I’m on board.
  3. Some great advice here. Thank you for sharing the above information and links. I have been a pescatarian my whole life, and have gone through long stretches without eating seafood or even dairy products, but there is still a lot to learn about how to make the most out of my diet. I would like to add Dr. Rhonda Patrick to the links you've already posted. She isn't primarily vegan, but I do like her smoothie, so I have posted the link to that recipe below. Enjoy!
