I really wanna do some powerful retreat, all I have done till now are meditation, yoga and long breathwork sessions (1 hr max). They change very little. I really want to go very deep. Prehaps a fasting + no vision + no communication retreat with psychedelics. But I dont know where to find psychedelics and I wont succeed in the no communication and vision stuff (mom wont let me).
