I think America is not even real anymore, rather a reality TV show now.

Yeah, everyone has to find their unique way. It hasn't been easy i must say, but its where i feel best so it haunts me when i don't live up to it. Its been a good 7 - 10+ years transition for me, a lot of back a forths, a lot of slip ups, blood, sweat and tears, finally this last year or two i feel i have a greater grip and understanding and more of a balanced approach what what i need and works best for me and better stability in it all. I also don't beat myself up anymore if i slip up, but make peace with it and forgive myself as soon as possible, even though i don't feel as good and sometimes can feel terrible afterwards due to the contrast, but often the acceptance and forgiveness helps transmute a lot of the pain and suffering that comes the following days afterwards. Its been really challenging to let go of many of the foods i grew up with, especially during denser times of emotional and stressful situations, and especially in unsupported environments and lack of social support of people who live and eat this way. In Bali it was easy because i met many people who eat and live this way, but in Australia, especially in the city, most people are heavy on meat, bread and processed food, so everyone around me, family, friends, community, eat and live very differently and it can sometimes hit you like a truck and then you relapse. Having the support makes the worlds difference, especially when still transitioning to a lighter and brighter way of living.

No, unless i introduce other foods like bread, rice, pasta and such which then seem to clash with the fast digesting fruit and veg and often creates stagnation and fermentation. I haven't consumed that stuff in a while but i know initially it was challenging until my body cleared up all the gluten and other stuff that was very slow and sticky. I also did a lot of fasting and detox / herbal and juice cleanse to cleanse my body which helped a lot. Once I was with my partner at the time and we at thai food the previous night and had a watermelon the next morning, we experienced a lot of pain and bloating because the watermelon is extremely fast digesting and pushes a lot of fluid to the colon, and because we had thai, pasta, fats, oils the previous night, it was struggling to push all the slow and sticky foods from the previous night out and it was quite painful for 15 - 20 minutes and bloating for an hour or two. When you just eat fruit and veg, or mostly, after a week or two, there is no longer bloating or other issues, as long as you don't mix hardest to digest foods, grains, processed stuff ect... These are somethings I have observed eating this way.

Yeah I can understand. It was regarded by NASA as the most complete form of exercise pumping every cell of your body. Saying 15 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 1 - 2 hours of most other exercises in health-effects on the overall body.

I do cardio and body-weight exercises mostly, yoga, qi gong style things. I abstain from meat for many reasons, mostly for health, inner-realization that we don't need to kill to live, and spiritual purposes that its ahimsa / path of living and contributing to minimal karma. I believe we all have abilities but are clouded by the food, diet, environment and lifestyle we live, once we free up space and clear out, live simpler, eat lighter, dormant abilities can reactive as more energy and (chi) can come into the body and consciousness.

I am probably the "Alien" here I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, sea vegetables ect... NO meat, dairy, processed / packaged foods, animal products, junk foods ect... Occasional I enjoy some baked potatoes, hearty vegetable rice, or a warm meal for special occasions, maybe coconut pumpkin soup, but I don't feel as good as fresh living foods. Tend to pass out and feel drunk sometimes when i eat heavier. Sometimes i have a coffee, sometimes some raw cacao, its pretty simple, but its where i feel best and most alive and clear and in touch with my emotions and spiritual side, otherwise i tend to feel worse or angry or more numb if i introduce other denser and denatured foods. I don't really count calories or nutrition anymore, just live / eat intuitively, but i believe its around 40 - 60g protein a day and 1800 - 2500 calories. I am medium-light athletic build, and the more i train more muscle i pack on regardless of how much protein i consume, i don't pack on a lot of muscle-mass due to my light diet, but i can look ripped and muscular if i want in a short period of time. Nowadays I am more about consciousness, intelligence, clarity, psychic abilities ect... than physical attributes and looks. Its more about energy and power for me these days than about strength and size. I discovered this type of diet, (mostly raw plant-based foods) keeps my energy and vibration the highest, mental clarity the sharpest, and ability to process and integration of emotions and life-experiences best, and in balanced and stable manner. I feel less like I am drugs with live foods. I once experimented with 1000 - 1500 calories a day and still maintained muscle mass, the only time i lost was when i stop training. There are many others who i know who eat and live this way, but very few on this forum. I am just playing my part

Slavery is still a thing, the trick is they replaced the chains with the "coin" -

These days I am looking forward to not hooking up as much, but seeing how long we can ride out a dance before we finally give in. Sometimes the build up and foreplay is the most fun and enjoyable thing. I usually spend weeks sometimes up to a month or so with someone until we go into the naughty room, but that's just been my fate i guess, i never push because I already know whatever is destined will be, and if it comes really quick, so be it. A friend of mine has been with a woman for 7 month now and they are deeply in love but still haven't made love. I find that highly inspiring and admirable. That is some maturity level not many are embodied in, nourished in other ways of love and support and sexual becomes rather a very sacred act, maybe to create life, maybe this is how it was meant to be, who knows but its fun to explore new ways of relating.

Its a mini-trampoline, doesn't use up much space, mines only 110cm in diameter, and some can be folded up and stored away easily.

When you realize who you truly are or true nature, or buddha nature, whatever you wanna call it, that is called Self-realization, the realization of the True Self. You simply realize and remember who you truly are, the fundamental nature of Consciousness. Adding "god" to it is yet another layer of mind~play i feel, and can actually keep us one step further from the truth in perpetual and potentially unconscious seeking thru disbelief. I feel this happens when one doesn't truly recognize who they truly are, or doesn't believe it fully and hasn't integrated where its no longer a belief but a "Knowing", hence to "Know Thyself", are so then are labelled (by our minds) "god-realization" or "god consciousness", but even before that, there was / is The Self or I AM. So in a sense, when the mind reintegrated, it was still in a type of "shock" you could say, and hasn't merged and landed fully, rather partly or prematurely, thus the god-complex arises. This "god-complex" then becomes an issue that many are struggling with today. This could be a good discussion, or it could go side-ways, I felt its important to touch upon, what do you think? or feel?

Yeah i get that, same here, i was just curious its not done purely for the presentations. I noticed once myself when i made a video talking about a spiritual topic, i felt to wear a robe/scarf to look more spiritual, but now I am thinking what even for? some of the deepest spiritual people I know were regular clothes, even things like branded clothing, nike, adidas ect... and don't think too much past it, and don't need to do such to appear in a certain way. I like the feel of natural clothing, and if your are guided by feeling and energy more so than looks and appearance and show then Its a different story I can understand. @Leo Gura Interesting. I guess there is an art to it with presentations and such.

Why does Leo wear a type of scarf in his videos nowadays, subtle spiritual ego creeping in? What happen to the ordinary man with a nice shirt? I notice a lot of people in the spiritual circles wearing scarfs and fancy "spiritual clothing" almost to appear as a type of authority or spiritual highness. I get it if its cold, but you have them in peak summer doing it. I am curious the symbology or energetic nature behind it. I have just learned to be more cautious of such things we pickup and project and present. I noticed myself doing it a while back, until the tao reminded me of naturalness and ordinary beingness / true nature. I always try to discover the root cause of things. Somethings to ponder about...

All the prophets taught Love, Connection, Oneness. All the religions that came after the prophets altered the teachings and overtime became crafted by the ideas and beliefs of man and priests that could only digest partial teachings, thus over-time became more and more distorted and far from the original words of the prophets / greats themselves. If you get 100 people in a circle and whisper them a simple passage, by the time its reached the 100th person within a span of few minutes its already changed significantly, now imagine how much has been changed, altered and manipulated whether deliberate or misunderstanding in the span of thousands and thousands of years. So the only way we can truly connect to the original teachings and seek God/Source / Truth / Liberation from within, then you hear and see the true words because all greats speak the same language and similar teachings, its those who misunderstanding who distort the message and teachings.

In Bali we lived on Coconuts, couldn't even touch regular water because the coconuts were so hydrating and not as sweet as ones from the store in English speaking countries like US, UK, Canada, AU ect... I say (english speaking) because I find them all have the same toxic system and franken foods and kinda run by the same corrupt corporations. Its like $4 for a 300ml sugarcoated month old, fumigated coconut. In Bali and SE Asia you could get 700 - 1500ml per coconut for roughly $1 US and we drank 2 - 3 a day depending on how much fruit we had too. And these are young, green and fresh with soft-jelly skin, salty-sweet taste. When you have fresh young green coconuts and enough water rich fruit, you lose your taste for regular water altogether, its the most hydrating, electrolyte/vitamin/mineral rich balanced and structured "living" water that regular or even mineralized/supercharged new age-tech waters cannot provide. Only some untouched natural springs in areas around the world where there is little to no manipulation by man are such waters. Maybe Iceland and the Himalayas and a fine few other places, but rarer as time goes by. This is why i always emphasize to eat more fruit, because truly alive and hydrating (structured) water is hard to come by. Fruit is H302 which is superior. Watermelons for example are great, $10 - $15 you can get 10 - 15 liters or more of water. Buy a juicer and juice. When i don't have coconuts i drink 1000 - 1500ml watermelon juice with hint of lime and mint every morning.

Osho puts it well here. -
All external is a reflection of internal. Spend some time in nature and do some fasting and stay off the devices, drink water, no food, bath in the rivers, sit under the stars, pray, meditate, chant, beat a drum, lay on the grass absorbing the sun and earth ect... notice evil start to dissipate. The pain is it trying to hold on, as you are starving it out. Starve all your senses, eventually everything is forced to implode.

You are still hallucinating thinking you are sober. When you are truly sober, the manifestation disappears and the mystery becomes.

Most of those strains will pale in comparison to original / landrace / heirloom strains from various regions around the world like Himalayas, Jamaica, Thailand, Afghanistan ect... Look into https://www.mandalaseeds.com/ and ACE seeds they have strains that have not been bred as much and original OG strains from the wild which give truly a psychedelic experience as their chemical nature is still intact. Growing outdoors, organically, in soil, with the sun, and meditating with them often, the results speak for themselves. Growing this way helped me significantly reduce my intake from daily use to once in a blue moon. When the medicine is ideal, the reuse becomes less and less needed. Even tobacco today is not real tobacco, but get the real stuff from the amazon, one roll and you won't touch it again for a while, its far more powerful. Now they are bread chemically and hybridized so much that you get a glimpse of the medicine and a chemical shitstorm so it only ignites the teases our system thus the addicting and craving for more and more occurs. Its a genius plan to get people hooked, sick, psychologically damaged and never actually healing from the medicine because there is probably 1% real medicine left. We all crave cannabis, coffee, tobacco, sugar, chocolate ect.. for a reason, but we we get the wrong stuff. Eat real raw cacao instead of chocolate coated in sugar and milk, worlds different in effects and medicinal potential.

Purchase a re-bounder, bounce for 5 - 10 minutes, then go for a run, this seems to help me. I also use my breathe to create a type of trance breathing and song in my head with each step, it helps keep the mind from thinking and rather more engaged in the moment, after a while you tap into auto-pilot mode, then it can get fun and sometimes you can keep going endlessly when you (enter the zone). A good stretch or some yoga beforehand helps a lot to release blocked energy before a run.

The simplest way to express the cosmic joke is that we are all actors on stage playing our role, good, bad, ugly, as painful and gruesome as it can appear sometimes in this world and life, in the end, it was all part of the play, after its over, we are all friends, co-workers, family. My brother recently got stabbed to death, as hard as this has been, these insights keep me going. -
Energy comes first, then looks. Learn to "see" not merely "look".
