Everything, in fact better results as a vegan than omnivore. We cannot deny with the fact that we are biological frugivores, merely with adaptive omnivorous capacity. There are far more people in the world who don't supplement than supplement, and far more vegetarians / vegans than those who eat meat, (think india, asia ect...) and they live a relatively healthy lives.

Do you eat enough fruit? I notice most health issues arise when i don't include enough fresh fruit in my diet. Today I ate 9 oranges and 1/4 watermelon and 7 - 8 bananas. That's a lot of water and hydration / lubrication for the eyes. Also some healthy fats, avocado, coconut, olives, nuts / seeds ect...

Never supplemented as a vegan, blood tests always came back fine. Why would you need to supplement if you eat a natural human diet? If anything eating processed foods and junk foods and wrong foods for human body then maybe you would need to supplement. Problem is people are not eating real whole foods fresh, alive, full of vitamins and minerals, rather a by-product that has no nutrition or enzymes left.

The world took several decades or centuries, but finally catching up to the corruption that's been upon this world behind the shadows.

Indeed, that i can understand. What i aim pointing too is that while this is true, at the same time there are layers or levels unto which length becomes no longer needed as much as depth, and as you perfect the state of 'presence' or purely 'being', less becomes more and it can become counter-intuitive to meditate longer than a few moments, unless of course you need to take that path, but how i see it these days is we need to master the art of bringing our 'meditativeness' into the world and day to day life, cause if we are too caught up in one aspect or side of things, we miss the greater point. The teachings of Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu are great examples of this, and in Osho's book: When the Shoe Fits, he goes very deep into this. Hope this helps -

Length is of no measure to an effectiveness of a meditation, rather it is depth. See some can close their eyes and enter a deep state after 30 - 40 minutes, and yet some can do it in 5 - 10 minutes. Once you get to the stage in life where you no longer need to meditate to be truly present and aware, then you are finally entering more of a masters level. When you no longer have to do the act, that's when it truly comes naturally. Some people can meditate for hours, yet a master is meditating all the time. -

People on this forum: "I am coining the term" yeah thumbs up to thy ego, and yet that term has been used and known before Nevertheless, what you speak of is true to some extent, and Osho goes in depth about all these things, no one lays it out better than him, he was a master of masters and exposed all the spiritual traps, gurus and personas, although I would say, in my own words, its both. Yes there are those, many, especially those on social media who like to record themselves performing rather than simply doing it / being. At the same time, there are those who genuinely do it for strengthening, building the roots of their inner-tree (so to speak), stability of mind through disciplined practice, because that's the (middle way), to use our entire bodies, not just minds, to be able to healthily carry a higher/greater-energy/current. And this is what happens with most youngsters on the path, they don't have a real grounded guide or guru or support, they take up some practices and indulge in some substances, then shortly after they are a mess again, because they cannot (hold that energy), they have yet to develop their roots, so they are left mentally projecting and conceptualizing everything thinking (they figured it all out), and yet their mum comes in the room or somone challenges their posts or comments and they lose their shit all of a sudden and flip 180 degrees. Meanwhile a true enlightened master would not be triggered or phased whatsoever, because awakening is one thing, enlightenment is another. Although they are used interchangeably in our modern day, in my understanding it is not exactly the same thing. Awakening is like seeing the truth, exposing the shadows, realizing the oneness, and enlightenment is embodying it, integrating shadows, living it, becoming you in your totality. Very few individuals will transform totally overnight, awakening is often the beginning to a new way of living. You are merely sprouting. Hope this helps -
@Hojo Thanks for sharing, yes they can do that, and although its not mechanically whats happening, these medicines are very helpful. And the best part about it is that you don't even need shrooms to show you that, rather a change in lifestyle = change in perspective As the saying goes, change the way you see and see how things change. In my understanding they relax the entire brain and nervous system, so toxic and unconscious patterns, triggers, habits ect.. dissolve... Especially those that are not truly yours, rather what you picked up from the world. These experiences need to be heard and shared, thanks again.

That's great, although I would be very cautious of using the word "never" cause well, it speaks for itself. We never really quit anything, we just no longer allow it to control us. Cacao is usually good alternative to wean-off coffee, although it still contains caffeine, but nowhere near as much as coffee and since it contains theobromine, magnesium, fats and a wide arrays of compounds that balance out the negatives of caffeine, especially the cacao paste. Mucuna is another herb that is great when coming off coffee or most drugs in general, it replenishes dopamine reserves and other benefits.

The Original way to pray or prayer was about Gratitude and Gratefulness. To be grateful and thankful for this life, to be alive, for this experience ect... Then real answers come because you are affirming your god-in-humanness. You are being grateful so thus attract more to be grateful for. Remember the universe can only (match) the vibration you are emitting, it sees you as a creator so it creates what you put out. -
Curious because you speak in present tense.. You had depression or have? and use mushrooms to 'treat' it? otherwise a "cure" is permanent.

That's all they knew, no smart phones or devices gradually rendering the nervous system numb and severely depleting happy chemicals in the brain, no stresses of the modern world and media, using their bodies daily, out in nature, exercising, not looking down on a device, docile, disconnected, bio-robotic, no toxic and chemically-laden foods and junk we have today, far less radiation, far more simple lives, only responding to their basic needs and immediate reality around them... I could go on this list for hours, why isn't this common sense by now? i guess most people are still under the spell of these very things... Isn't rocket science, most people think they are normal but in reality normal today is really a disorder, a disease that is so subtle because its been so gradual that very few have noticed. I just watched the movie Sci-Fi Ulgies and it was quite spot on with how the mainstream world is becoming today, that people are losing whats natural and freedom is gradually being given up to a digitized life.

Yes, some of us have died, but you know what? staying dead is 'escaping life' too. Eventually you have to be reborn. Its one thing to die, but are you brave enough to live again? This is the essence of Buddha's (middle-way) and Christs (way of the heart). -
