True wealth is the freedom, health, resources, and inner capacity to live fully, pursue what matters, and remain at peace regardless of circumstance. We have to be cautious how we use and define the word wealth, because we are programming within ourselves a false idea most of the time. Believe me, some of the poorest people in the world, all they have is money. And when you can grasp this properly, you'll understand what wealth truly is. Your frequency is your true currency.

Tbh I rarely ever paid any attention to the news, basically haven't watched regular tv for over 15 years now. I never found any use in knowing whats happening all over the world or country when its far beyond my needs or reach. Its mostly useless fear-mongering propaganda. I live a completely different reality than most people around me. Often people talk about whats happening "in the world" or "out there" and i just see all the fear and stress and worry in their eyes, and 90% of the time those big "threats" never come to pass anyway. Even when coronavirus happened, i was still enjoying and living my life in the same way, while everyone else was 6ft deep in fear. Imagine all poor bastards living in the bush not even aware a virus is going around, peacefully ignorant. I rather tune into the natural world and focus on the immediate reality around me, beyond that its out of my hands.

Mhm... especially when its chocolate brownie, i'll just eat the side crumbs, yummy chocolate, no biggie, the full brownies will be for the Christmas party tomorrow, and then it BEGINS... Cya next week.

Just eat more fresh fruit and veg and cut most other junk out, its so simple. Nature has perfected this food for you for billions of years, stop trying to beat around the bush and overthink things. Eat real food, cut out fake foods that come it packets or boxes or dry water-less / lifeless junk, and you'll see for yourself what true sobriety is. What true health and vitality is. Its not rocket science, observe nature, keep it simple.

No worries bro, I actually wrote a very long reply but this forum has major issues and I got the error code. I felt inspired to share my story but ehh, a good 20 minutes out the window. What can i do, detach and move on.

Since we are speaking sci-fi Here are some decent I seen and were at least semi-decent. Sense8 was pretty cool, but i also sense those matrix sisters passively pushing stuff Continuum i enjoyed, the ending was epic, kinda sad but realistic, one of my favs of this list.
