There are far better natural alternatives to ADHD medications, its not a disorder to begin with, rather a misalignment of energy flow.

What is being "spiritual" but simply returning to what is "natural". Awakening is remembering who you "naturally" are and being at peace with living your physical life and "human experience". -

Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. And between the two my life flows. - Nisargadatta Maharaj -

I just watched this, these videos have been gold lately. I don't think many here will resonate to the degree some of us will tho.

The issue is that water with (zero dissolved solids) has very low conductivity. Conductivity affects how water interacts with cell membranes, how quickly it is absorbed, how it carries electrolyte and how it behaves in the body’s electromagnetic field. Poor electricity = Poor communication = Poor hydration. Short time it wont cause much issues but long term it will create imbalances physically and energetically which leads to malfunctions over time. There is more than just physical science, there is other aspects that are often not acknowledged, and its not placebo, it’s physics + biology. Empty / dead water also absorbs everything, physical and energetic so not wise in polluted cities. So yes, it is important to mimic natural springs and rain water as close as possible for optimal hydration. Otherwise you should be consuming adequate hydration through fresh fruits and vegetables, and coconuts ect.. Hope this helps.

I think we all do to some extent. I was more into it when I was 15 - 16 but that's a long time ago, and as others said, you grow out of it as you mature, but tbh somethings i wish i never saw and probably wouldn't of ever saw if i didn't have the internet, like peoples heads getting cut off, some fucked up shit you could find online back in those days. I hope they're all banned or extremely hard to find now. Its very bad for your mind, somethings still make me sad even though I wasn't in person.

I've seen a pattern with a whole bunch of players on these forums who do not understand simple biology and reject / deny the clear facts placed in front of them. Even if you show proof and evidence they deny / reject it. Most people in the world eat largely plant-based diets, and the longest-lived populations and (blue zones) around the world rely on mostly plants. If this isn't clear enough... but you know these knuckleheads...

I remember this, coming home after a big night 2 - 3 am in the morning, best and weirdest shows ever. Oddly comforting.

You can add shilajit to the water or marine phytoplankton for essential trace minerals and also can leave in the sun for few hours to energize and enliven the water. Ideally fresh spring water is best but not everyone is close to a pristine clear water source.

The least educated people on this planet use Steve jobs as an example. There are literally thousands of thriving fruitarians, millions of vegans, billions of vegetarians.... in fact more people in the world eat plants than meat, think (asia, china, india) and they live long healthy, lives. You guys must be teenagers still developing i guess...

What so you can appear as the enlightened moderator No one has to do anything, let everyone be as they are / choose to be, the tao takes care of itself. If you are bored get creative, inspire us ! This forum doesn't really need more posts / people, rather higher quality posts. There is enough confusion already.

Its the strangest feeling in the world, even on psychedelics I haven't had a stranger feeling. Its super odd and comfortable and uncomfortable all at once. Its like you feel your cells infinitely morphing large and small, other times including your thoughts, your feelings, time/ space ect.. It happened more as a child but I get random episodes late at night or been up for days, little sleep, exhausted or very stressed. it also happens due to excess screen-time / digital overload. Its both enjoyable and not, more scary when I was a child but now I try to feel it out as much as I can. I often lay in bed observing and trying to figure out what exactly is going on for 30 - 40 minutes and still cannot explain it properly. -
@Basman Yes, humans are omnivores in the broad sense. But evolutionary speaking, our physiology is optimized for a largely frugivorous diet, with omnivory as an adaptive flexibility. Humans share far more anatomical and digestive similarities with frugivorous/omnivorous apes (like chimpanzees or bonobos) than with true omnivores like bears for example. Our teeth, gut and enzymes are optimized for fruits, seeds, and plant matter, therefore meat is more of an opportunistic addition, not a primary design, thus not truly optimal. If we’re not starving for survival, there’s no need to eat animals. Going plant-based is better for the planet, better for other beings, and better for our health. Eventually you will need to mature if you wanna ascend up the ladder.
