Meditation is simply resting in being, so really there are endless positions you can do, as each moment is new, each situation is unique, find what works best for you and adjust accordingly to what feels most natural Meditation for me has evolved into something else entirely, nothing alike the traditional way, but i really enjoy resting on my knees or head on the ground (childs pose) or surrendered laying back on the grass, stretched out like a star or cross, or back rested by a tree, are some other ways that are less traditional and yet i rest as deeply, if not more, because its intuitive. -
<3 Bless you, you keep on dancing !

Deep breathing, walks in nature, visit the beach and swim or a river, get a massage, lavender oil on the neck, temples, behind ears, feet, magnesium salt bath, eat healthier, exercise or dance or go for jogs, many ways to de-stress Just some basic examples.

You can also try 1 - 3% hydrogen peroxide drops in the car canal and let it bubble/fizz for a good 5 minutes and gets rid of most wax and infection.

Here is a fun question: What happens when you die in a dream? Need not complicate it further -
Don't quit anything, simply drop it. This way you can enjoy it without being addicted or hooked again. Quitting can lead to suppression and major relapse. I see people quit many things in life, but i feel them suffering deep down, cause they haven't truly made peace with it. Think of it this way. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and stopped consuming and contributing to the harm and suffering of animals and my body a long time ago, and I simply grew out of it as my consciousness and intelligence expand and become far more sensitive to subtle energies and effects. Now I didn't quit consuming animals, if I ever was in a situation where I felt like i need to fish to survive or was somewhere deep in the mountains and ran into a cabin of mountain dwellers and they offer me a warp soup and some goats cheese from their goats to try, I wouldn't reject it, I would accept the peaceful and welcoming gesture (not to be disrespectful) but I would control the portion I consume, because I know it doesn't serve me well. I am the same about weed, and psychedelics and all things in life. I actually enjoy growing medicinal plants and cactus and so on, and I rarely consume them nowhere near as much as I used to, because this long term process teaches you something deeper than simply sourcing some street weed or buying drugs on the dark web and blasting off. Sometimes I may enter a phase, but never i can get hooked as before. Life is fluid, never be rigid, always remain open, never settle, because you never know, the moment you think you got all your shit together and figured it all out, the moment life throws you the biggest wake up call of all. Resist not life, live it fully, grandly, beautifully.

The Alpha male thinks he is the top dawg until he runs into the Omega Omega could be seen as the integration and embodiment and balance of all energies = Self Mastery.

Everyone and everything in your reality is ultimately an illusion and 'reflection' of the True Self, that which you truly are. At the same time, "THE ALL" exists (within) "THE ONE" so everyone is their own center of their "U" niverse. You create "your unique versions of them" and they create "their unique versions of you", and yet you/they, ultimately, illusory. This stuff is best not discussed, rather it can be realized and live/adjust accordingly, because it only can create more complications. To Simplify: The All is the One and the One is the All. -

Well said brother. Some techniques are hidden because they can be dangerous if shared with the wrong people who are ungrounded and unstable. In ancient times, Masters only taught their highest teachings to their most advanced students, and it is needed that way because you don't wanna burn blind what ones energy system, whom may not be ready to handle. Christ for instance, expressed on pranic living to some of his disciplines, but argued to against sharing it unless they are truly ready, as one needs to be able to carry the energy wisely to prevent overload / chaos. It is best to leave 'little bread crumbs' at a time, allow time and space for growth and integration, see how the student responds, then go from there. You don't wanna unload too much "truth" on people because it can scare away even further from the truth and backfire to where you become a "threat" and well, Jesus eventually got crucified for sharing even the most simple spiritual truths... On the internet its far more challenging to do this though, you can't feel people, you can't read them so well, its all text on a digital platform and no true sensory feedback, that often leads to so many misunderstandings and unnecessary arguments, and everyone has access to WAY TOO MUCH information on a daily basis, and that is why most people who are on the screens a lot are a mess. I have been to quite a few spiritual gatherings and places, lived with natives, and various villages during my travels, where a lot of people I meet, may not be as "intellectually sharp" as some of the people on the online, and yet they are still more balanced (spiritually / wholistically) physical, emotional ect... deeper connection to nature and themselves, healthy living and relationship with life and the environment, ECO-living over EGO-living ect... and don't seem to have many of the struggles people struggle with on the internet, and i think that's what is missing here, the roots are underdeveloped. There is little emphasis and development of our natural foundation, our roots, our connection to mother earth, we often brush it off, but there is a great importance in living more naturally and in harmony with nature and in harmony with the cosmos and the creater at large. I realized this early in my awakening why many great masters, prophets, sages ect... all retreat to the forest or mountains, or somewhere in nature sometime during their awakening & enlightenment process, and often go back and forth to recharge their spirits and strengthen their roots. Not enough people honour this or realize how vital it is. It is the real "online" that people need, but aren't even aware of because they are online in an "artificial world" yet paradoxically "offline" in the natural world and to the natural senses, mostly. You have a physical body for a reason, it deserves respect as much as your mind does. Then things will finally start to click. -

Everything is: Consciousness. So where you put your focus or where consciousness focuses on, that's what gives consciousness unto that which is focused upon. Thus, AI has emerged because humans are too externally focused, on devices, on technology, on the modern and artificial world ect... Not turning inward and discarding such things, consciousness must expand in the direction people are focusing on. For some out there, AI doesn't even exist, because their consciousness is totally inward. Reality is but a reflection of ones own (inner-verse). Its as simple as that. -
Here is the truth, the more you use "speeding up" things, the more grounded you need to be. They can be useful yes, but minimal, micro-doses. I have seen many wanna speed up and rise as fast as possible, and this tends to abuse especially from those who aren't grounded and anchored in their own being, and then they struggle integrating in day to day life. You don't wanna rely on them tho and use too often, you wanna realize the truth without them first and foremost. Then they are always optional and timing, intention, set/setting is crucial.

Yeah two reasons: Either he is very Aware and present, nearing no-mind or he fried his brain and nervous system from long term drug abuse. It is the mind that hallucinates, once you transcend mind, tripping doesn't happen in the same way.

And if she does, if she leaves a cookie poop all over the forums again, will you continue to eat it? Maybe Pretty India/Reena is Leo, maybe Leo plays a lot of these roles, who knows I know all about Leo and Nahm, and while Nahm used to be spiritually balanced, now his stuck on the high end of the sea saw, and forgotten how to drop down and relate to real humans with real emotions and challenging experiences. Few members he already sent into psychosis from terrible guidance. A spiritual master is able to meet people on all levels, not only from the high lens that has forgotten to acknowledge and nourish its roots or body. This is why Nahm has nowhere near the fanbase as Leo, because creation prevents that, cause its dangerous. Leo saw this and took care of it before it was too late. Can't blame him. He did what was needed. Now back to pretty india/reena, this is obviously something that triggered you, and will continue to trigger you until you rise above it. The universe is always sending you the test or challenge to see if you fall for the bait, and what you do, keep eating the bait. -

This where I feel there are levels to awakening and enlightenment. I feel you can awakening mentally, emotionally, physically, but who are those who have mastered and awakened and stabilized all three? Maybe that's what is the spiritual perfection Jesus talked about. This is what I am starting to realize after over a decade on this path. Awakening the mind without awakening the heart is no awakening at all. Most people will experience one kind of awakening and settle there, because they never experienced anything beyond that, but i feel that's the trap itself, the moment we think we figured it out, the moment there's more to uncover. -

So you are Isagi All I am saying is you guys are running around in circles with each other, making same comments about each other, carrying a lot of grudge and holding a lot of shit and then smearing that shit all over the forums, like we don't all need to hear it or see it, sort it out in private and take responsibility for your mental and emotional needs. it almost feels like at one point you maybe dated or flirted around and it didn't work out now your attacking on each other like India vs Pakistan This is often a pattern I see with people who have unfinished business and it spills out and only makes the underlying issues more exposed. -
