The point is to unite and "rise" in love, not to manipulate and "fall" for one another. That's self-sacrifice and sooner or late arguments arise because you don't feel happy and free anymore. You are using one another rather than growing and expanding to a more evolved form of uniting. its all about helping each other walk on their own two feet again, because in reality, most people are still crawling like babies.

Its not the alcohol but the consciousness of the user that is the dominant effect. All substances are very similar to me. I rarely drink alcohol, probably like 5 - 6 beers in the last 10 years or so but I will give you an example. Most of my childhood friends who always catch up and drink, and once in a while i will catch up with them and have a beer or two just to blend in a bit and become a bit more relatable, and none of them experience the same experience I have because I am far more spiritually attuned, hence even a beer, or some weed, or even coffee, gives me quite a different experience and effect. And its because of all the work I have done on myself and the shedding of layers and layers that now even the smallest thing can have a rather potent effect. They probably need 30 beers to even glimpse what I feel and experience, and probably won't even glimpse it. What I realize with most substances is that I get more with less and feel more myself with less. Just a little nudge, perfect, all one needs, yet mind seeks more, the trouble comes.

I sometimes source a sprouted-bread from a local maker made from spelt, rye, wheat or kamut. It really makes me feel alive and strong but its a mostly raw dense bread of ground-up grains rather than powdered flour made into bread. Completely different experience. Modern bread is like glue for the body and consciousness. Highly toxic IMO

Dead food / very unhealthy... but you can survive on them, but you will live as alive as a homeless person.

I don't believe or see Osho being a perv cultist as you say one bit, rather i see most people simply misunderstand his level of mastery and embodiment of truth. The dude was flawless, he cut through every illusion without holding back. Sure he had his methods, which some say could of been done differently, but that's simply his method and who he was, he was teaching a higher truth most spiritual teachings and teachers were too afraid to do or speak of, he was expressing that you can be enlightened and a badass at the same time, and that's more truthful than a (only one way is the true way)... He was truly himself and individually dangerous and threatening to all ego, religions and all man-made systems, and that's why he was targeted by big players and manipulated by media to try bring him down because he was becoming too big of a threat and could possibly take down the whole country and create more individuals who challenge the system and no longer want to be enslaved and live freely. So he was eventually jailed under false laws and accusations, radiated and poisoned and then shorty died after he was released. You got tired of him because you couldn't integrate. The very fact that you are sharing a teaching Osho shared that no one else you found speaks volumes in itself and paradoxically plays well. You got brainwashed by a false program society put on you rather than seeing the higher light. I am a big fan of Osho because he was truly a rebel to all systems/structures/religions/governments and everything that's distorted and unnatural. And most importantly he was truly himself, he had no hidden agenda, he was the same truth in every single video, same eyes, never wavered once, rarely even blinked, that's how still he was. Very rare to come by such a teacher. Look at Dailai Lama, Sadguru and all these modern false-gurus, they are a joke compared to Osho, just government agents / puppets and spiritual businessmen to distort true spirituality and only giving you "part of the truth" to keep you hooked but rest is to confuse you so you never realize Self. They create followers whereas Osho created individuals, but they are "for the system" and under the control of powers that be, hence why they aren't a threat and still alive, they aren't truly themselves or truly truthful, hence why they promote the vax and other stupid anti-nature things. Anti-nature = Anti-god. No truely realized sage, yogi or master will ever contradict or go against nature otherwise they go against self/god and what truly is. Buddha and Christ were similar to Osho, hence why Christ was crucified and Buddhas and Christ true teachings became distorted by buddhists/tibetans/christians themselves, who are projecting a false light and false teachings.

Aliens are externalized internal consciousness expression. Everything "out there" stems originally from "inside". Reality is a hologram projected by the Self or Consciousness. When you raise your vibration, you attract aliens naturally. And yet they are not really "alien" but "you" in another form, like another galactic expression or evolved cell.

Indeed, when you experience "oneness" how can you not love when you realize "ALL IS SELF". Well said. The challenge is remaining in such Awareness all the time, that's mastery, that's enlightenment.

Indian has over a billion people so you are going to see far more things happen then other countries. My friend is from India and he himself says in one city you can see more strange things happen than in a whole country somewhere else. Thus we can't really judge what these teachers share, I've seen and heard about things that also blew my mind so I am open to anything is possible in an infinite universe. If i can imagine it, its possible.

Everything is Nature is sexual, thus Gods temple (nature) is a big cosmic sexual dance in itself and its something impossibly hard to suppress. They know it will happen regardless behind closed doors if they forbid it or not. The thing is, sex when done for sheer pleasure (which 99% of people do) rather than to actually "make love" and "create life" is somewhat an act of evil or satan, (so to speak) diluting away from "true love/true self" because its mostly lust not love, and yes when you feel closer to god you don't need or crave sex as much, but you still can make love to your partner and create children, that is very holy when done right and very natural. Animals make love without ego, if you can make love without ego, that's real sex and actually beneficial, healing and uniting with god/nature/all that is. Unfortunately most people struggle to master this art because it has been perverted for thousands of years from what true love and sex actually should be and feel like and done.

One of the most powerful things I have done for consciousness and tbh even relaxing the entire nervous system and healing the body is chanting or Aum/Ohming for 30 - 40 minutes in a sauna for 3 - 4 times a week. Sound is so powerful and because its long sounds, its roughly 1 - 2 deep breaths per minute. Chanting when done properly even replaces physical yoga itself because its all about vibrational release whether you do it through sound and breath or movement. I am realizing why some great sages never did yoga movements but just meditated and chanted mostly, when done right, other practices become obsolete.

Often going to "spiritual retreats" Is still ego evading/escaping itself. Follow your natural being, do what "feels" right in each moment, listen and tune into your body and soul and feel what you need to feel, that will guide you better than any teacher, guru or retreat. Practice the art of letting things go and surrendering to what is and whats in front of you, the sooner you make peace with it, the sooner it transforms into a more unified experience. Hehe

Environment plays a enormous role in our health and well being. But its also the internal environment, what we feed our bodies. You will notice when you go into a forest for a few days, everything starts to change, how you feel, how you think, health transforms ect... Especially if you leave your internet behind and smart devices, you will start realizing how important environment truly is. And how mentally enslaved and addicted we become in cities and unnatural environments.

You shouldn't / need-not do anything, if you are suffering, you need to rest and take a little break from life and be with yourself fully. The mind panics when it has nothing to engage in and distract itself or escape to. Go camping in nature for a few days or weeks, leave the phone at home.

You don't believe either, you KNOW THYSELF. Then you will just KNOW.

Oh dear...

Awareness, Stillness, time/space merge, that is true presence. If you are still suffering you are still within mind projecting presence. In such a state all answers come, and you respond accordingly, thus suffering dissolves in awareness / consciousness.

That's cause you people can only point, you must walk the way, take the steps, be accountable and responsible for your own life. There thousands of solid teachings and guides out there, and often we miss them because we haven't realized the truth within ourselves, that even in the most mundane things, you can discover the truth. I'll give you 3 pointers, stillness, silence and surrender.
