  1. What we "resist" persists. The Law of Vibration ~
  2. Does consciousness exist within existence or does existence exist within consciousness? Or is consciousness just existence aware/conscious of itself?
  3. Sorry for the confusion. 80 - 100% fruit almost every single day. Occasionally i would fast on Saturday or Sunday to give my body a break. 3 - 4 days (out of the week). I enjoy other raw vegetables, greens, sprouts, nuts, seeds ect... Usually a big hearty salad (last meal). In general.
  4. Interesting share guys, i did notice weed use, especially when it was more often, affected my relationships and social interactions, can feel like its the only true friend you can trust and won't betray you, but then betrays everything else, where the medicine then can turn into the poison with overuse. On the other hand weed and psychedelics have helped me tremendously return to spiritual focus and practice, so i feel (intuitive timing) is very important, and sometimes our lives can be so dark on the outside that its just that nudge, reminder, friend, push you need to get back on track. The challenge is not to allow the mind to keep knocking on that door every time shit hits the fan. I often would notice the next day is more of a withdrawal type day and things tend to trigger you more with prolonged use. Once in a while for ceremonial and special occasions never seems to create much issues, especially when there is a spiritual or healing intention behind it, and especially if you grow your own medicine organically. The weed i grew was far more profound and medicinal and psychedelic for me than any weed I ever tried on the streets. This actually helped me stop consuming a lot and integrate the teacher/plant better. Less became more, and natural high gradually arose with daily sober care. Its unfortunate most people feel they need weed and tobacco (as we do have those receptors in our brains) but don't really get the true medicine that it once was. This is why i suggested to grow ones own medicine, the time and effort, the meditative practice, all that in itself pays off and you may not even want to consume it in the end, but the process itself, is what shifts things in you, because its an act of love to something alive. I will say tho, I've made the most profound music when high and did some things I can really tap into while sober, if anything it can be inspiring like that of your inner-capabilities when in the correct state. I've only touched upon these states when I was living in a high state of love and unity, although weed can feel like an enlightening of the mind, but the body kinda gets left behind, and that's where i feel people fall into the trap of a false-enlightenment with most substances and then claim their enlightenment online, the body eventually catches up, can you carry it? Eating or Drinking a brew seems to provide a more balanced mind / body effect than smoking it though, and far less chance of abuse. Some say this was the original way and doesn't fire up the mind too much and allows the medicine to penetrate deeper on all levels and do its job. Nowadays strains are heavily bread unfortunately and have far too much THC and not enough CBD so the medicinal experience and healing is chemically and structurally out of alignment from its original form. I notice whenever i tried street-weed its severely lacks in spirit and body. Pure head/mind numbness, little to nothing healing about it. I grew up in a very harsh environment full of broken family's, drugs, gangs, alcohol, violence and weed was the only thing that saved a lot of lives so its been a bit part of my life but I also feel its very shamanic in nature when used respectfully and can help many. These days I rarely consume it but she will always be dear to me and I will never shut her off completely. I probably wouldn't be here if it wasn't for weed and there are many people like myself out there who simply went through hell to just make it through the day. So i can understand where some people are coming from. I notice the medicine call me too, especially when in these old environments where there is a lot of trauma and suffering, and i seem to do some type of shamanic work with it to help transmute energies, but when i am in nature and in an environment where people are in a healed state and environment is light and conscious, sweet, the need to use the medicine becomes obsolete. Rather its more as an offering of sharing to those still transitioning from a dark phase. This deeper shamanic stuff is still quite new to me, I am still figuring it all out, but when i look back at my life, i was always being a shaman to the community / environment, even without knowing. I remember baking weed-cookies for xmas (that i grew myself) and sharing them with my whole street, the feedback I got was amazing, they all had full psychedelic and medicinal experiences. I was just giving freely because i felt abundant and rich in myself. I felt to share this perspective because there is a lot of negative views on weed that i feel need enlightening up a bit.
  5. This lifestyle definitely makes you more attune to the feminine, and for me personally i was always angry when i ate meat and animal products and severely out of touch with my feminine side, but yes too much for some people can be a hindrance too. Vegetables would be more masculine. Animal products for me, i find too masculine / aggressive, too much testosterone. I had a lot of kidney pains personally from animal protein. This book goes into detail how we develop puberty prematurely due to animal protein and excess testosterone from hormones they produce. That today children go into such phases much earlier than in the past and develop abnormally and sexual urges come before the child is even mature. https://archive.org/details/returntobrainofe0000gynn I also know its related to the modern chemicals and toxins in our environments but yeah if you ever get a chance to read that book, i think you will enjoy it because its more scientific-based and less spiritual woo-woo.
  6. I feel i already answered this in the previous comment but I'd say on most days its 80 - 100% fruit. 3 - 4 days a week I enjoy a hearty salad with more variety of greens and vegetables and some nuts / seeds. I go through phases though, with how my body feels day by day, intuition, environment, seasons, stress ect...
  7. That's cool, experiment all you want, hope you find clarity and balance I may argue tho, if a tigers chasing you, I bet you'll outrun the steroids I've seen some superhuman stuff in my life when you really need it.
  8. Its an attempt to create more confusion in consciousness, as simple as that. Its a shadow play.
  9. Plenty of people I know eat and live this way even in colder climates and winter time, you just tend to fast and or exercise more to keep body temperature high so when you eat fruit, especially melons, it doesn't cool you down too much. Often during winter if not so active or practicing fasting as much you eat more fats (like avocados, nuts, seeds ect,..) which insulate the body and organs from cold. Some people do what you say, but more so they would eat potatoes and beans and steamed vegetables, pumpkin, squash ect... during winter and raw fruits/veg during spring/summer ect.. The thing is if cooked food is introduced, it changes the way the bodies temperature regulars and thus generating heat from within signals become turned off and now becomes reliant on food / external sources, so that's the trade off. Animal products bind us to a denser consciousness and if you value spiritual work i would at least cut them out. Some people say raw milk and dairy, cheese is good as long as you raise the animal yourself and its supporting you and it doesn't involve "killing" so lesser-karmic load/imprint. You have to take it one step at a time, it took me years to get to this point as i did more healing, cleaning, detoxing, i naturally craved lighter and more plant-foods and could no longer tolerate denser and animal foods. After a while i could see how they shut down higher spiritual energies. You can usually notice the effects that each food has when you take a long break from that type of food then introduce it again. Also not all the produce is GMO, most of it is hybrid unfortunately but if you can find (seeded) natural produce, ideally organically grown, and even hybrid produce is better than other foods, (the key here is raw "living" foods that hold the cleanest/purest vibration and closest to Nature) and you can if you research online and find groups via social media ect... There's people everywhere who live this way and grow and want to eat organic food. These people i follow live in Germany and seem to source decent organic produce in their area. They seem more on the countryside. Cities can be a pain but even in cities if you are serious you can find good stuff, have to do a little extra work but it pays off.
  10. Oh very simple, I enjoy mono meals mostly, like 1/4 of a large watermelon, or 3 - 5 mangoes, 5 - 7 bananas, a big salad with maybe 3 - 5 different ingredients at most, greens, carrots, beets, avocado, cabbage ect... Some lemon and lime for taste, 6 - 9 oranges, half to a whole cantaloupe ect... I find the less ingredients, the simpler the meal, the better i feel and easier on my body to digest, assimilate and utilize the food. Doing this one meal a day is a very zenful experience too, but probably not for everyone. Sometimes I enjoy a handful of nuts / seeds after meals. I often follow the 80/10/10 diet book / protocol 80% carbs 10% fat 10% protein which naturally occurs on this diet unless you go hard on the avocados, coconuts, and other fattier foods but then things tend to feel a bit more sluggish and slow down in my experience. Here is a general example of a fruitarian lifestyle mono-meal plan, its very simple, no need to dishes, and mess. I follow a guy named Eli Martyr on youtube he has been eating this way ^ for almost a decade now and is some who has it dialed in. This man amazes me, he can go travel for weeks to different countries and fasts the whole time and is full of energy. Very well read and educated. I am still mastering being on 100% fruit but from my past experiences it does make me feel the best on all levels, mind, body and spirit.
  11. Even nootropics, again its something you have to experience for yourself. When i take such things while i am at least a few weeks on this diet and lifetyle and or fasting and meditating or being in nature a lot, i notice they distort / dilute reality / perception and actually become a hindrance to ones natural state. Its like an ongoing flow state, often happens when you are meditating a lot or fasting, anything else added only mixes the consciousness / clarity / focus / flow up. Nootropics help mind / focus but there's yer another layer of Awareness beyond that that naturally arises once the body is purified and this cant be topped by any additive.
  12. Live plant-based foods, mostly fruits. I've done a lot of detoxing and fasting though, which helped a lot transition to a lighter yet more enlivening diet. It can be overwhelming without proper guidance and support tho, especially during the detox phase which I struggled with for years, and still mastering the balancing act myself. Some people don't notice the detox effects as much, I'm one of those hyper-aware/hyper-sensitive individuals, life can be both a blessing and a curse for this reason for me. But in my experience the moment you return to frugal/eden style living, and most of the toxins and old-waste are out of the system, you will be amazed at how alive, clear, energized you feel, that you can throw all your supplements away, if anything they interfere. Professor Arnold Ehret is your man if you are interested in this stuff, or Dr Robert Morse. I once ate only organic (seeded) watermelon for a week. I was climbing trees and up all day and night like the best coffee i ever had without the druggy/stimulant feeling, rather more an invigoration of being and no crash, but yes sometimes you may need to throw in 5 - 6 bananas in the evening to help sleep. If you are not active in the day, sleep can be a challenge. This diet and lifestyle calls for a high activity to use up all the charge from the fruits, but then again I have tried one to two mono-fruit meals a day and can make you feel very zen and peaceful. I prefer less actually, unless I am more active. This is why many consider this the natural and original diet of man, not just woo-woo, but science backing it, and most important how you feel, how everything just turns-on up a level, its not something you can just make-up in your mind, and its usually those that argue against it that never actually tried or done it properly to experience the results. Its not everyone's cup of tea, it also goes hand in hand with mental and emotional work, because the faster circulation also speeds up everything else, how we process, emotions, traumas ect... and often people jump in too prematurely and then the side-effects of a toxic body lead them elsewhere. It takes time to undo everything, but when its mostly undone, its like a brand new world inside / out. Some freaks of nature transition overnight, something just clicks and they never turn back. I thought it clicked for me, it did for a while but as my relationship ended back in 2019 i went down a deep dark rabbit hole of weed, junk foods, animal products again until i ran into a lady who was also a raw foodist and shared with me i was suppressing with food when i needed grounding and emotional support. Being so light can have its disadvantages when everyone and everything around you is living quite a denser frequency and life. Potatoes, sea vegetables and lightly steamed vegetables and hearty-salads and activated nuts/seeds have helped me a lot (which was a middle-way for me for quite a few years now) but eventually i was missing how I felt when 100% raw so eventually you need to make that choice sooner or later. I started this journey around 2012 and its been a lot of trial and error since but I have noticed when I am not dealing with other issues in life, whether it be emotional, relationships, financial, familial its far easier to live on lighter foods and return to simplicity and divine order. I am actually considering selling everything and buying land where i can grow my own food somewhere and building a tiny home, cause really we don't need as much as we think we need, we just over-consume because we've become used to it and our highly stressful lives call for more density. I know you asked a simple question, but i felt the need to share more, so people don't make the mistakes I and many others do. It just channels out, this is one of the side-effects, you become more of an open channel for information Blessings
  13. @Natasha Tori Maru I can message now Also is this limited to personal Art only or can AI art be included? I made some really cool images using mid-journey a few years back, played around with it for a month and then dropped it cause i felt it was not what I wanted to support. Here are a few examples while it lasted. The more creative i became with the prompts, the more interesting and detailed the results. I do more environmental or space art, like how i geometrically structure my room and household, environments and such, quite artsy and other forms of art, I guess you could say I am an Artist of Being... The way i do things and carry and express myself, a lot of magic wish i could put into words or paintings, more so i turn into music through instruments. Maybe one day I'll share here if it feels right Unfortunately I suck at the traditional paint/pen/paper art as I was abused a lot during schooling and my pen to paper became quite messy.
  14. I got 100s of these on my computer from years ago but I'll try not flood this page too much
  15. Such a tech nerd... But since you explained it for us dummies, SFX sounds more organic and realistic? idk Maybe some video examples?
  16. Could be fake and just a paid actor, but doing something you don't truly love to do can send you into great despair and even psychosis.
  17. I wanted to create this topic to start a beautiful place we can share our favorite videos and or images or art, ideas or whatever of nature, high quality stuff only ! I feel this will be really good for the forums, helps us disconnect a bit from all the chaos and stimulation, meditative style videos appreciated. Some examples I enjoy, meditative, ASMR style, but there are no fixed-rules, just something you find beautiful and worth sharing
  18. Find something you love to do, don't do it for money, do it because you love to do it, let money go, abundance comes when you follow your truth.
  19. Oh man, i tried most of those, in my experience is when the diet is incorrect the supplements appear that they help, but when the diet is correct, supplements become a disadvantage from your natural state. As the body is cleansed and purified, less becomes more.
  20. Significant impact yes, body is cleaner, energy flows better, stagnation and toxins are reduced, lymph system is cleansing and in circulation, connection to nature and the universe is cleaner / clearer, especially going into raw veganism and fruitarianism. Each step there is a noticeable shift in consciousness / clarity / perception/ sensitivity ect... Meat feels good physically because its a very binding/deeply grounding agent and full of animal-hormones thus drug-like effects on the human body, but comes with the highest karmic load or imprint unfortunately. Often its the critters within us that crave the meat that make us feel shit without it and good with it, but once you cleanse those critters out, pass the detox phase (which can take months), natural bliss, being and energy arises again. You feel like a child again, fully alive and sober, realizing that most of the world is missing out on what true sobriety actually is, so they are constantly stuck in substances and stimulation, coffee, sugar, tv, media, psychedelics, meat, alcohol, smoking, its and endless cycle. Eat fruit only for 3 months, your whole universe transforms because you are your whole universe and once the internal terrain is clean, the outside reflections the purity and cleanliness of within. As above so below, as within so without. Its not easy in a world programmed and conditioned to live to backwardly and artificially, but with a good support group, strong will power, some good books and less distractions from the outside world, it can be done, and it only becomes easier. I've slipped up so many times... Only makes me realize nothing else makes me feel as good as the raw living food that nature provided already in its perfect state perfectly ripened by the sun that's full of energy and life. Unfortunately a lot of the produce at the stores is picked unripe and traveled around for weeks and stored in fridges for months before it reaches your mouth so even this then becomes challenging because ideally you want to grow your own and pick when ripened off the tree for maximum energy and nutrition. I do my best to shop organic and local farmers markets so its closer and quicker from the source and day it was picked. I never shop at supermarkets because I notice the difference now, only the occasional coconut or water i need. Christ and Buddha both taught this and the importance of plant-based "raw food" for spiritual purification and cleanliness, but these texts have been ripped out of most Christian and Buddhist scrolls and hidden from humanity because most humans couldn't stomach those high level teachings because evil was still controlling them. "thou shall not kill" was the biggest most obvious one as well as Genesis 1:29 "I give you every seed-bearing plant and tree that will provide fruit, that will be yours for food". Only "The Essene Gospel of Peace and Way of the Essenes" contain the teachings about raw foods and purifying the body from evil/satan with fasting for at least 7 days. There are many raw vegan / raw foodist and fruitarian groups out there in FB and youtube and such if you need support while (transitioning) if you feel this is your path, this forum is not one of them unfortunately. Lots of good books out there too like "Mucusless Diet Healing System" and "The Detox Miracle Sourcebook". Many great sages and monks also speak of similar things but its becoming more challenging to find. There is also a powerful book called "Mans Higher Consciousness" by Hilton Hotema, it goes very deep into this stuff. Dr Robert Morse is also great https://www.instagram.com/p/DQ7JF2ZCZQV/
  21. Most of the mainstream teachers are not real spiritual teachers in my eyes but government agents / spiritual puppets put there to distract you from true / real spirituality and true nature. Dalai lama is another example, deepak, ect.. avoid them at all costs. Know Thyself, you'll see right through them.
  22. Why do you consider them "pretty" what is the reflection of yourself saying?
  23. Dairy too is a big one, most of my acne went away when i stopped dairy.
