I don't use much at all anymore but If you truly want world-class quality salt this is the only one i would recommend https://saltverk.com/ Which is produced with geothermal energy, and every flake is hand harvested. Its probably the furthest away from the toxic table salts most people use and closest to sea vegetables. Some say Celtic sea Salt is good but i find this one purer / lighter / cleaner. Less is more.

My friend recently made this post about salt, she's in her mid 50s and looks 35. I was looking for a better explanation about salt as i was discussing with Natasha on another post but felt i did a poorer job, and this popped up in my feed today, just what I needed. Hopefully it clears up some confusion. Salt is one of the main reasons people become addicted to cooked and processed foods, including desserts, because cooking destroys natural flavor, water, enzymes, and mineral balance. When food is cooked, especially grains, meats, and starches, it becomes bland, bitter, or even foul-tasting in its natural state. Salt is then added to chemically stimulate the tongue and nervous system, not to nourish the body. It overrides natural appetite regulation and makes otherwise unpalatable foods seem desirable. This is why “none of it tastes good without salt.” Salt works by dehydrating cells and exciting taste receptors, creating an artificial “hit” that keeps people reaching for more. It increases dopamine release, reinforcing cravings, and it dulls sensitivity over time, requiring even more salt to achieve the same flavor response. This mirrors addiction pathways rather than true hunger. Natural foods like fruits and greens already contain sodium in biologically appropriate, water-bound forms along with potassium, which balances nerve signaling and hydration. They do not require added salt because they are designed to taste good as-is. Desserts rely on the same mechanism. Salt is added to sweets because refined sugar alone is flat and cloying; salt sharpens sweetness and stimulates appetite, making cookies, cakes, and ice cream more addictive than sugar alone. Remove salt, and most cooked desserts lose their appeal quickly. This is why people say, “It needs a pinch of salt,” even in sugar-heavy foods. In nature, salt is rare. Wild animals do not season their food. They crave sodium only when deficient, not constantly. Chronic salt craving is a sign of a cooked, dehydrating diet that strips potassium and water from cells, creating a false sense of need. Fruits and greens correct this by rehydrating the body and restoring mineral balance, causing salt cravings to fade. In short, salt is not enhancing food; it is masking damage done by cooking and processing. It trains the palate away from real nourishment and locks people into dependence on cooked foods and desserts that would otherwise be rejected by the body. https://www.aquariusthewaterbearer.com/doctors-and-experts/

Eating early is unnatural and not needed IMO, and your body will tell you this by itself, that is far more intelligent than any expert out there, because its (your body). Exercising in a fasted state is the best, and fueling afterwards is a very natural process humans evolved with for millions of years. Intuition is all you need. I personally never feel hungry before 11 - 12pm, and sometimes if i do eat, its only fruit or fresh squeezed fruit juice. Some people do coffee or tea, matcha, herbal stimulants ect... since its zero calories, but i feel it still stimulates the body in an unnatural way and trains us to rely on such things for energy and motivation. So what happens when you don't have them? See the dilemma? That's just how I would do it at least, and there is a lot of scientific backing to what i say too, but you gotta follow your own soul.

This woman is 79 in this video, no supplements, just raw organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for the last 40+ years.

That's your experience and perception but sure. There's far more too it. I'm sorry you have had a poor experience and relationship with this medicine. For me its saved my life from suicide and violence, gangs, many times. And sure there have been quite a few times when Ive abused it and experienced negatives. Its all about the intention, how you carry yourself, how you use and see the medicine, and how its grown. Let me ask you this, have you grown your own cannabis organically / naturally from a heirloom strain and done this process yourself? Or you just making statements? This is not about spiritually, its all a part of life. People sometimes need medicine for support when nothing else helps. Let me also ask you this, do you drink coffee, eat sugar, processed foods, junk foods, alcohol or any other substances? If so then there's a contradiction there in itself. I see it all the time, people beat on one thing because they had poor experience or lack of proper education with it, and label it bad, and yet they are addicts and abusers in other ways, often even worse, but because they believe these things are natural because they been normalized, when in fact act like bad drugs to our bodies. I could even go into porn and social media and screen addiction, but the point has been made. You get the idea...

Whatever you can believe that's fine, at least I am not 2 faced I speak similarly in person and on the internet to most people, its just the context on the forums that doesn't include the sound / tone, emotion, volume, and energy behind it. You think I am a spiritual phony, but I am simply natural myself and real, and maybe that triggers you because its something you haven't owned yourself yet. I've met many people like you who argue with me on the internet but in person they all of a sudden listen mostly and agree. My words rarely change, and yet the energy is totally difference, cause you can feel the truth when someone is standing and speaking from it.

This is more due to the modern strains which have their chemical balance completely blown out of natural proportions and CBD no longer present. Modern strains are bread for high THC and Strength and not valued as much for overall chemical complexity and medicinal richness. Ancient strains have far less THC, more CBD and much more balanced chemical profile which gives the user a rich and spiritual experience, less likely addictive and less likely to cause other imbalances. Of course too much of anything is bad. I consumed weed all my life but I noticed a huge difference from naturally grown heirloom and landrace strains to street weed. Almost completely different high and experience. This is why i say, if you wanna smoke it, grow it yourself, outdoors, organically, the process itself is very teaching. I have this same philosophy for all medicines. Its too easy to just buy them, no do the work, it pays off. Then you've really earned it and you will discover you may just no longer need it, or at least nowhere near as much anymore. Its about the journey not the destination

Yes it is, there are many benefits and is well researched and scientifically proven. You can actually eat every other day and still be very healthy. Our bodies evolved mostly in a fasted state finding and gathering food and later hunting when no fruit trees were available. Sometimes we went for days without eating. Today we eat 3+ meals a day and snacks in between and its very unnatural to eat this way, especially the snacking. This was heavily pushed by food companies and advertisements to raise profit margins. Hence those who eat multiple times a day, especially 5 - 6 + meals a day, like long term bodybuilders, die prematurely from some form of premature illness or organ damage / overload. Its very common. When you eat one meal a day, once a few days pass and your body stabilizes, you will be amazed at the balanced and sustained energy that carries you, and yet you will notice people who do eat multiple meals, rise and crash with each meal. It really allows you to see the downside of eating so many times and how time consuming it also is. You can get so much more done with less prep and less time digesting, and more energy for creativity. Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is also backwards. Its not wise to eat before 11am unless its light fruit or juice. Research into our natural circadian rhythms. I do at least 16 - 18 hours of fasting every single day without trying. I personally eat my first meal anywhere from 11am - 2pm sometimes even later, depending on how my days go or if I am caught up with daily duties and activities, which I actually prefer, because I do more, eat less and feel better overall. Sometimes I am really busy and have my first meal by 4 - 6 pm and just eat for the next hour or so and call it a day. I experimented with OMAD for a few months and i really enjoyed it, especially in winter, but I missed how I felt on fruit so I dropped it. I eat mostly fruit so I reverted back to 2 - 3 meals, or rather (4 - 6 hour eating window) and the digestion and energy usage of 2 - 3 fruit meals is like 50% or less of a single regular omnivores meal anyway. I know a friend who only eats one fruit meal a day and he swears its GOD MODE, but I'm not at that level yet. I personally don't worry about vitamins / minerals / supplements anymore, I have a deep trust in my life and nature, but if you are concerned you can always break your fast with a nutrient rich superfood smoothie, then just eat your main meal to fill the stomach up and feel full and call it a day Herbal teas in between and during fasted state can help a lot too. Some people do caffeine too, if that's your thing.

I'm sure they'd love your comments and behavior on this forum too What a joke.

Jews run most of the western world, let alone the USA. The rothschild family alone are worth 500+ trillion dollars. They have robbed the whole world and have gold bars underground that go for miles. Why do you think they try make war with Russia and Islam? They are the only two forces they can never buy out. This has been ongoing a very long time. They do their best to use the worlds biggest weapon, mainstream media, to make them as the "bad guys" but people are becoming more conscious and awake to see through the bs now, its only a matter of time before the whole world knows what conspiracy realists have been sharing for decades.

Here's a simple way to close this topic. Can you imagine non-existence? Try your hardest, you never will. And yet you can still imagine Santa and Death as ideas or concepts, thus they are still (a part of) existence in some way/shape/form. Yet non-existence cannot be thought of or imagined absolutely. Thus non-existence, the very nature of the word itself is already revealing of the answer. Existence is, non-existence is not. Very simple. -

If you saw and felt yourself as everything, how could it not be love? -
Ramasta9 replied to Davino's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Its about Integration. The ego simply needs to feel safe, supported and loved, and it naturally surrenders and merges unto being, thus true nature. -
Well with those comments you clearly are showing us all the way to God Consciousness (:

Durian is the (egg of fruits) but it only grows in the tropics Very rich in sulfur and fat so it usually works like a charm if I am ever craving egg. Its usually the color that we need more so than the type of food. You might find it at local asian markets, usually in the frozen section. Its super fatty like an avocado but sweet and consistency like vanilla custard / banana cream. I did my blood test after 10 years vegan and B12 levels came back normal. I think B12 is highly over-rated and misunderstood, and more to do with unhealthy gut flora and lack of organic produce and lack of exposure to a natural environment, gardening, fresh air, hands/feet on earth, because its bacteria related, and can be absorbed via skin/air. I also don't consume garlic and onions which are said to negatively affect b12 absorption and circulation. There is B12 in many plant-foods, chronometer doesn't show it, and modern science believes you cant utilize it, and yet there are millions of vegans and fruitarians who don't supplement and are fine. The whole B12, Iron, Protein myth is mostly a scam to keep us distorted and believing that we need meat to be healthy when its totally nonsense. The pharmaceutical system knows very well that if everyone starts living and eating this way, most of their products will not sell anymore. I also don't believe the RDAs and such are accurate nor get accurate readings. I feel our bodies are far more intelligent than we've been taught to believe, they balance minerals/vitamins, use reserves, use two to create a third ect.. hence why its very rare to experience deficiency issues unless its a very long time, decades or so, or your diet is very poor and toxic full of chemicals and artificial foods which messes up the entire biological function and gut flora. I average 1500 - 3000mg Vitamin C a day from fruits especially during Summer. Last time I got sick was only for one day during COVID because i went to a NYE camping festival and everyone had it. We decided to stay in the rural location to keep others safe, and most people took multiple days, some up to a week to recover, but we were in nature and I was the medicine man so I got them up and running real quick with natural herbs and fresh juices. Someone magically had brought a juicer so I knew exactly what to do. Apples, Ginger, Turmeric, Pineapple, Orange, Garlic & Cayenne Pepper. We spent the day laying in the sun and sitting by the river, people were amazed and how fast they recovered. I suggested we should fast as much as we can in between the herbal concoctions and juices, and those who didn't fast took longer to recover, for me I was totally better in 24 hours as I fasted and just drank the juices and herbs, but also my immune system was far stronger from years of taking better care of my health. Checkout Papaya too its very nutrient dense, as are berries and such, but there's fruit out there, especially in the tropics that are even more nutrient dense than the ones we have in non-tropical areas and colder climates like Durian, Soursop, Pitaya, Canistel, Black sapote and many others. Yeah when I used to check chronometer I got 90 - 100% vitamins and minerals all well green / maxed out, especially if I throw in a nice hearty salad with greens, hemp seeds, tomatoes, celery, dates ect... But often even with only fruit I get high numbers. People don't realize fruits are full of nutrients, they just eat low quality, temperate fruit and mostly see them or eat them like a snack. I just ate 6 - 7 medium size pears for breakfast And yes when i feel too feminine and sensitive I just include more vegetables, salads, nuts, seeds for masculine / structure. Fruit is very electrical but sometimes does lack grounding. Depends on lifestyle too.

I've have had similar experiences a few times now, maybe not as profound, but mostly spontaneous and naturally occurring, but also on DMT and Mushrooms I've had glimpses of this. Memory/Details are very faint, time/space was not the same. I think the first time was when i turned 21 after years of extreme suffering, then i finally overloaded / exploded and reunited with true love / true nature and had the whole death / rebirth process. I was in a type of non-dual state for a long time at one point, yet it also felt like a flash, and yet i was still around and living and doing things but it was like something greater had taken over, everything flowed perfectly in divine synchronization, all was absolutely well, I foresaw the whole creation and felt one with everything. I am not even sure if I ate or slept during those times, it was like I became a living sun. I even forgot I was this character and had a name, and names / characters have been odd for me ever since. I've glimpsed something similar a few times since, but nothing as profound, which sometimes feels like it haunts me, both a blessing and a curse, although I have come to realize its rather the reintegration and activity of the mind, and when i am truly at rest, i feel at ease and drop it entirely. I feel peaceful when I am restful and present, but i believe in that experience i was absolutely still, and the entire creation danced before me. -

I can never relate with the horrible / horror experience that people have. It seems more common with 5-meo and substances than naturally or spontaneously occurring experiences. My experience of merging into oneness was the most homecoming and eternally comforting / nourishing experience I could ever imagine or put into words. Its like finally returning home after an eternity of being lost, so it was the total opposite of feeling utterly alone.. but it was alone, in a totally different way, rather it was, All-One... so i guess the total opposite of lonely. For me, I see peace as simply resting in being. When I rest, surrender, i feel peaceful. -

Yeah that's it, proper discernment. These people that say this sort of stuff are controlled by something else, otherwise they wouldn't say such senseless things. I would ask, who's really talking here? Where do such thoughts stem from? Will such thoughts exist if we go into a cave and fast for 40 days? or would we realize something else within us was signalling those thought patterns? So who's really in control? As for your last statement, You can say that again my friend, that's why I do my best to stay close to nature, keeps us protected from the BS. God had it all figured out from the start, the further we deviate from what is natural, the more distorted and lost we become. Otherwise the computer would of came first.

How i see it is that (nature understands nature) and has been perfecting and adapting / evolving in harmony to find balance and equilibrium in all life and all living beings with the environment. The harsh chemicals in natural things don't effect us or as seen as foreign to our bodies as synthetics, and our bodies usually have developed defenses and evolved and adapted to be able to handle and know what to do when too much of something naturally toxic has been consumed to prevent premature death. Of course there are quite toxic things out there, but you'll often find are actually nowhere near as toxic as we've been spoon fed to believe. I've been bit by venomous insects, spiders, even a snake once, and nothing serious ever happened. I've ate a bunch of amanita mushrooms and never had a bad experience, in fact I felt amazing, i observed the animals, how they ate them, i followed and discovered somethings, of course I wouldn't touch death caps, we all know about them, but even if i did, next to them grow milk thistles, the cure for mushroom poisoning, nature has it all figured out, we just need to open our eyes and senses and become properly re-educated. This is also because I stay close to nature and do not artificialize my immune system with modern medicine, pharma drugs, synthetic substances and supplements, false foods and vaccines, so when I do get exposed to something toxic, i still have a naturally functioning immune system that knows how to do its job. You often find people who are raised more artificially who then go out into nature and die of the smallest insect, and its the same for a natural man who was raised in the bush, if they all of a sudden are dropped into the modern environment we live today, they get very sick very quickly and often why indigenous people had some of the highest rates of deaths and bad reactions from the covid vaccine, its entirely alien to their systems. Another example would be fluoride and sodium fluoride, one is toxic that our bodies see as a "foreign substance" and one is not as much, because its naturally occurring, but also at quantities 100 - 1000x less than they put in our tap water or toothpastes. Or Lets say Apricot seeds, they have been very beneficial for their abilities to target and kill cancer cells, and yet its the naturally occurring cyanide in them that does it, but take too much artificial cyanide or selenium, its probably your life, and yet eat all the brazil nuts and apricot seeds you want, the body seems to know what to do with the excess and has natural indicators that signal us to stop when its enough or too much, unless of course we salt and roast them which then tricks us further. This is where people get into trouble, our entire system is backwards from the natural way unfortunately. Or here's another example, CBD oil works wonders for most people, and yet once my friend was taking meds the doctors gave him for a surgery he had, and i wanted to help him out with some CBD oil, and he had a very bad reaction, because his body was flooded with all these artificial medicine there was a clash in the system of competitiveness. It was a very (wake up call) experience for me, because I know it has helped him before. Same thing for Ayahuasca and MAOIs ect... far less likely to have bad reaction with natural herbs but take it with MDMA and you can die.
