Psychedelics temporary and somewhat prematurely open 'psychic centers' which one experiences visions and realms beyond this dimension which can interfere with focus on this life here on earth. Especially distracting when trying to develop some form of discipline or relationship. Its important to practice grounding and ground your energy for many days after a psychedelic experience so these things don't happen. Put your feet on the earth, have a mud bath, touch some trees, eat some potatoes, lay off the stimulation devices and substances and foods like coffee, sugar, spices ect... for a while. Its unsettling because its not a natural occurrence, its a side-effect of something you took externally which temporarily accelerated your energy/vibration and now is struggling to ground, stabilize and balance itself. Deep slow breathing helps too, just google ways to ground oneself.

Mastering the art of being present permanently? I mean that's the whole process of enlightenment, its a life process. If we can find how to always remain present, then regardless of the process, ups and downs, changes, this and that, we remain the same, the never changing, unwavering. This is what great masters speak of and some like Buddha and Christ were truly established within, that most people only glimpse. Keep at it, practice eventually turns into play, and playfulness is perfection -

Oh it is, but you know whats more beautiful? When you actually BE IT more so than you say it, then we will really FEEL it, you don't even have to say it, it will naturally come of every single letter you type. That's the real power of love my friend, and this is what i often share to my lovers, that we don't have to even say "I Love You", in fact, it somewhat dilutes the purest form of love, as it is Nothing wrong with saying, but if you wanna make it count, embody the words you wanna share, then it shall speak for itself. -

Well put. For me, Its often how I can see so easily in others because i have seen my own minds play at work for the first 20 years of my life in extreme suffering, solitude and isolation. You could say i was a very destructive and toxic agent of the game of life, which was a mere reflection of the abuse i received as a child and growing up in my teenage years, then i met Buddha and Love, had a grand Death and Rebirth, and gradually started to attend to the "inner-garden" which lead to more of that. And one day one beautiful lady said to be, you know, your mind is like a beautiful garden, you have such a beautiful perspective and relationship with life. I never thought i'd hear those words in my life, but then again, i was almost a completely different being after i came out of my shell. I too have a very high intellectual mind, very sharp and can be very toxic, when its at rest, its very imaginative and playful, think a mixture of Osho and Leo, and if we don't find some form of unification and peace within our mind/body complex, it becomes destructive, the tool runs the show, destroys our lives, relationships, health, careers ect... Its placed upon a role that it was never designed to carry. I often see my younger self/mind when I observe most people, which is why its often very clear to me, i know its plays back to front. And you are correct, mastering others is indeed strength, but mastering ourselves is true power. -

How do you feel when you are totally present and aware, resting in being? Is there anything to fix or seek or work on? In complete stillness the whole universe surrenders. When in mind, all else arises again, seeking/fixing/issues ect... -

What is needed to be said, felt, and acknowledged within oneself, is often externalized and paradoxically neutralized. That's probably what you are sensing. Its a type of evasion i see the mind play often. Its a master trickster type of play. The "fucking" made it more obvious. Reminds me of many Actualized.org players after their post-psychedelic pseudo-enlightenment experiences. Few days later treating everyone like shit again. The cycles continue to repeat themselves. Hopefully one day things will change. -
Sometimes its good to take a break so you can both reflect on your own life and obviously needing (space) is important to help integrate one another's energies and get a clearer reading of where you both stand and what is the next move. After sometime then you can both come together and decide what you wanna do, to work on yourself and grow as a couple or part ways. Its hard, relationships are some of the hardest things we have to go through but at the same time can help us grow and mature a lot if we can integrate the teachings/lessons we encounter. Give it some time and space, spend a few days or weeks from communicating or being around each other, try not escape with too much entertainment and emotional eating and see if you can be more deeply in tune with yourselves and uncover what is going on beneath the challenges. You don't always have to break up so abruptly unless its been an ongoing toxic cycle for a long time and doesn't seem to be getting better or neither of you seem to be growing, maturing and learning. Take a little break, a little time and space, do some soul-searching and shadow-work, see how that goes.

The mind is very nature is activity / engagement, without it, it feels pointless/useless. There is a useful mind and there is a disturbed / overstimulated mind, or nervous system, what have you. The mind resists surrendering itself because it fears loss of control, yet if the body is strong, mind rests and becomes one with the body, so to speak, and goes hand in hand, harmony in the mind/body/spirit, that even though its all one, the separateness or disagreement or misalignment... is what needs harmonization. Modern humans are scattered because we don't live naturally, we live mostly artificially, on screens, junk foods, not moving our bodies, not hiking mountains gathering food, not creating hands-on service ect... thus imbalance is a side-effect of an artificial living. I agree that harmony and corporation is needed and not a fight or battle of and with the mind, you only feed it more cookies. In my experience when the body is healthy and strong, the mind feels safe to rest and surrender into being. This is often why yogis are so active in body. You will find when you move your whole body and become of use in the world, ones mind becomes far more anchored and balanced. Yet, when we spend all day on screens then cant shut down our mind from thinking afterwards, its due to the over-stimulation / inflammation of nervous system. The mind is like a tool, we use it when we engage, but if we are resting and its running wild, there is an imbalance and instability. If you find you cannot rest or meditate, try go for a run or dance or bust a sweat, then notice how meditative and zen you feel Thanks for your words, you made some useful points. Hopefully that makes sense. -
Yeah i don't listen to news and media because I have traveled to many countries and seen completely different places and people to how the western media projects it. Which is why i often am more interested in the places that are projected as the "corrupt" and "bad-guys" when its often those who are saying that are the corrupt and bad ones in fear of the unknown or other angle/country/perspective. Almost every government is like that tho, these entire governmental/political systems need to be destroyed and people need to take full responsibility of their lives. The only reason why these systems have been put in place is because people became lazy and allowed this madness to occur. They become irresponsible and well, the universe plays its hand.

Not too often, just when it comes naturally It also depends, if i am living in nature and camping more, its naturally more often. My life is one big intuitive dance, there is little to no structure or routine about it, I simply live and let live

I once gazed at a star laying down after a long night at the beach and I experienced a type of oneness experience where I saw myself looking back at myself and the star was like my eye reflecting back at me from inside but appearing out there. Never forget that moment.

Everything shifted to a new level for me once i realized humans are the only species to cook food, and that we only had to cook because we were forced to eat the wrong foods to being with, and then i found many others sharing the importance of raw living foods, predominantly plant-based foods, and when i experienced eating and living only fresh foods, my whole health and consciousness transformed. Music is another one for me, and dancing, oh when I dance i and release stagnant energy if feel divine, better than drugs, in fact people often come up to me and ask what drugs am i on when i am seen dancing at a festival or what not, often i am totally sober. Other general habits that helped me are basic things like natural living, daily sunshine, walk barefoot for the last 20 years mostly, hike mountains, climb trees, travel, jump from high waterfalls, live a wild life keeps things healthy. I notice when i don't follow or live up to most of these things reality starts to malfunction again. I can feel it instantly when i go off my path. Meditation helped a lot too, but yeah if you want killer energy levels and mental clarity, nothing beats fresh fruits from the tree.

That's cause Awakening cannot evolve into Enlightenment until everything is dropped and The Truth becomes grounded and stabilized in ones being. See, many often focus on 'ascending' and 'accelerating', not realizing they are in a endless cycle of the mind giving itself new fancy pictures, tricking itself that there's more, but really, it just keeps one further away from truly surrendering and resting in being, and there you are, as you were. The mind is the one who is afraid of surrendering and resting, thus always seeks to go higher, not realizing true height is depth. The Buddha's Middle Way ~ is right here, on earth, living our human lives, fully embodied and present. -

I know of many, or any mantra from this youtube channel (meditative mind). I find them more relaxing and soothing in general. This one i always found both soothing and powerful, it helps clear dark/dense energies from the environment. This one is good too, non-mantra but frequencies are very effective. I prefer them mostly for background support. -
There is corruption most places around the world, I am curious tho, i have heard some great things about Russia too, especially in terms of free land to residents and many eco-living communities following teachings of the Ringing Cedar's books, have you heard of them? Fascinating stuff. They say Russia will lead the new world to a more natural way of living in harmony with the planet, who knows. A lot of people around the world have been inspired by the less mainstream things that come out of Russia, like science and spirituality and alien technology and so on... I feel each country is just as beautiful and radiant as it is corrupted, there is darkness in every corner, but light is just as strong too.

Yes, stretching comes naturally when you arise or go to sleep does it not? I observe my cat often, he stretches multiple times a day, before and after food, before and after naps, we sometimes lie on the grass together in the morning and stretch it out and roll around. I don't stretch as much as he does tho, he is a great reminder for me. You also could benefit to voice out the stretches, that really helps release energy. Stretching in general releases stagnant energy in the body and that is why you often feel more balanced and zen afterwards, especially with some more prolonged and deeper stretches. I personally don't do any routines, just allow my body to guide me on what it needs. Often you will find when the mind is not too busy, the body simply does its thing on its own. I don't even meditate anymore, i just meditate when it happens naturally. I realized the routine/formal way is not true meditation, and i feel stretching is similar, but when it comes, you can always make it grand.

I struggle to relate with your posts because one moment you talk about "love" and offer such advice, and the next moment you are trashing the whole forum with your negative comments and toxicity. Maybe its time to lay off the weed or alcohol, or whatever it is your doing that's getting you high and feeling good one moment, and all depressed and bitter the next. What goes up, must come back down. How is anyone ever going to take your advice seriously or useful when you are constantly flipping and unstable? I would focus on "grounding" and "integrating" (doing the work), and not prematurely blasting off into space all the time and escaping. Its a toxic cycle. So when you talk about love, maybe you glimpse it, but it doesn't land (have much of an effect) because it hasn't truly landed in you yet. And your not the only one doing this, many people on this forum seem to do this, including Leo, there is great instability and lack of consistency on this forum. A lot of work is needed here, there are only a few members that seem to be more embodied, balanced and consistent with the teachings we exchange here, and its usually the ones who are substance-free and actually put in effort daily to take care of their mind, body and health and integrate. Eventually you need to hang up the phone and do the work, its hard, life can be very hard on us sometimes, but it pays off in the end. -

Yes its actually easier to gaze upon a single point and just fully relax then close eyes and perform the traditional meditation. Mind tends to wander with eyes fully closed, where gazing at a single point keeps focus and awareness still and unwavering. -
Just another moment, same moment, different labels. Some say the real new year begins around springtime, but then again, another illusion. Just ole programs, patterns we carry on. The coffee was definitely on the bitter side.
