  1. Yes all these abilities are natural but mostly lay dormant, until you decide to put more energy into them, wake them up and play around a bit. I was practicing a lot of this stuff and experiencing some magical woo-woo results And then I met something greater, the true self. After that those things were kinda dropped, they are still active to various degrees, but more unified and balanced or integrated. For example, I can easily change the weather, but I now practice non-manipulation, surrender, allowance, trust. Goes back to the teachings of Tao Te Ching, the greatest power is a let go, a surrender, that is true love. They can also backfire if you are ungrounded and unbalanced energetically. The Heart must always Lead the way.
  2. I am actually far more attracted to someone who will challenge me and is more grounded and embodied, that is magnetic and can only lead to more growth and expansion. Real likes real i guess...
  3. Many say this on these forums, and many of the other comments, actually most of them, contradict this, where is the embodiment? I don't feel these words, i simply read them, yet their effect remains empty. I wonder why... Maybe your just high again on weed and feeling better, and I can understand that having a long history on weed myself, but how will you reply when you are sober again? will you continue to carry the vibration of love or unable to sustain it? If so, then why even offer the "advice" when you lack embodiment of that which you speak? I am not targeting you specifically, this is a common pattern I see on these forums. And often people use it even as a counter-argument to evade self-reflection.
  4. Yeah, I get the same vibe about Jagadish Vasudev, while most praise him as this "enlightened master", i see right through him. Never discredit him fully though, some things he says are useful, and maybe better suited for the general masses, at the same time a lot of it is full of shadows, as you say. But its all Ego at the end of the day, "isn't it" Hello?

I am basically saying there is little to no experience in the (real world) so when it comes time to step out of the online world and actually "walk the talk", most people who haven't developed their roots in the physical world will soon realize how full of shit and handicapped they are Especially when meeting a counterpart who has and is more embodied and aligned with his / her actions and words.

This is because every time you have clicked an image, a story, a like, a comment, on anything remotely close to those adds (everything is being recorded), and so they start flooding you with those more and more. Or even the stuff you searched on google, its all connected / recorded. I did notice there was a huge emphasis on keeping consciousness as low and as confused as possible when I use FB, but this is one of the main reasons I quit all social media besides Utube. I only access facebook to buy/sell on marketplace and occasionally exchange with private groups. Similar for Instagram, I avoid scrolling altogether because of the ads and intentionally use social media. I only like the nature and art and music videos. Pinterest and youtube is a much better place
  12. You have to find ways to apply discipline and balanced control of your intake, and gradually add more or other things as days go by. If you go all out too soon, your body then becomes re-tuned to (that old program) so you will sooner or later put on the weight again. Some good tips I would say that should definitely help are things like: Don't consume the foods you ate before that lead to the excess weight. Switch with whole foods / healthy alternatives. Do emotional work and learn to feel and process your emotions and not suppress with food. This is a BIG one. Exercise daily and spend time in nature. Keep yourself busy so you don't get bored and end up thinking about food for that next "hit". After you do some fasting or lose a lot of wait, you will feel a strong urge to over eat, but this can almost cancel out the whole experience. Hunger is also related to excess parasites so maybe a parasite cleanse could help. Gut > Brain
  13. @koops These are more 'surface layers' and traits of the general men and women who are driven by their 'animal' and not their soul in its entirety. Now its important not to suppress "the animal" but at the same time learn to merge the "lower self" with the "higher self" (best way i can put it). I can understand that is (most people in the world), but there are even greater levels that require not of that, even becomes somewhat repulsive to do those things in the way they usually are done. The aim is not a destination, its a journey, like a river and waves, by not aiming for an "end result" or "release", which often depletes life-force, you can both experience whole body orgasm without ejaculating or fingering or any of that stuff. When you start to master your energy, you will realize that its not about doing more but being more and paradoxically doing less. A highly attuned women will not be impressed by a man who is skilled in the porno-game, but a man who can love her deeply. And not to say you must never release physically, this is also something to be cautious of 'suppressing', but its an art you can learn to dance with and you will find you can have many sessions without needing to physically release because you have energetically circulated sexual energy. This is energy than can heal and transform the entire body, especially when more is circulated than prematurely released. A woman I love dearly was a great teacher for me, she in an ultra-sensitive empath, so none of the old tricks worked on her. I needed to up my game entirely and let most of that stuff go, which helped me access more subtle yet profound levels. Somethings you and others are mentioning are not wrong, but can be seen through a new light altogether. It depends on where you are at and who you are with, ultimately. I am simply sharing another perspective.

  16. Depends what you mean by therapy? A therapist is often not the most effective or helpful person, or form of therapy you may even need. Here is my preferred form of therapy that over-time actually provides lasting results. The forest is for-rest If you can learn to redevelop your connection and service to nature, you will eventually no longer need therapy. It all starts with a walk into a forest or a garden project, enliven your living space, and see it enlighten you. You may even become therapy to others one day
  17. Focus on grounding and embodying the insights, sitting with them, feeling what comes up in the body during meditation and while sober in day to day activities. Find ways to apply insights daily, because the more you open yourself up, the more you need to ground your energy. If you are too open in the higher chakras or energy-centers, and less active with the lower ones, imbalance reflects the reality around you. When you said "I feel like zero ego" and "I see through people" is still "ego" playing itself out. Be Aware of this. When you finally ground your energy, take a break from overstimulating the mental and subtler channels, things will naturally relax. You'll feel more at ease and at peace, things wont trigger you as much, you become like a stronger tree. So strengthen the body, and the mind naturally follows. A strong body carries a great mind. A weak body cannot. - The Balance Between Practice & Play.
  18. I would say observe your daily life, how you relate with others, your mental and emotional ground game, and how you carry yourself and behave in general. Be open to take more time and allow space to integrate deeper insights, and this space is what allows one to decipher them properly. Also need not to share your trip reports publicly too soon, give it a few months, allow it to brew... then you can deliver a more whole picture.
  19. Its a far more advanced and addictive drug than tobacco my friend hehehehe and its not new, its been going on for a long time. On the bright side, some countries are applying new laws and some already have that limits children under certain ages to use social media. You said it yourself, "there's a growing awareness" The Key word here is Awareness. As Awareness rises, so do solutions.
  20. I would firstly say to practice speaking for yourself and yourself only. No need to project your world onto everyone else's in attempt to find comfort. I get where you are coming from, yet how you project it is not exactly the same for all of us. Down the line things will become more unified and whole. What is happening here is often the inability to ground and stabilize higher realizations or insights into the human experience and daily life.
