  1. No worries, tropical fruit on the other hand has always been very sweet and its very sad you experience that, i couldn't imagine life without being able to enjoy fruits. Have you ever tried a 3 day dry fast, it should completely reset the microbiome and most physical issues. Every time i need a quick reset I do 3 - 4 days and body works again. A liver flush may help too, liver could be clogged. Anyways yeah we don't have to get into this I am just always willing to help because everyone, every child especially should be eating more fruit than candy and processed foods, and its often the processed foods and our chemically-laden upbringing that leads to these un-natural intolerances we experience as adults, even children being allergic to strawberries these days, are really allergic to the non-organic ones full of pesticides and biotoxins and now think fruit is the problem, and so it saddens me when i read these things. We can always talk in private if you ever wanna go deeper into this.
  2. https://clearvisiontips.com/blue-light-biohacking-proven-strategies-to-protect-your-eyes-and-optimize-sleep/ Exercise daily, spend more time outside, using your body, you will feel tired and no electronics or blue-light emitting devices yes. Never have coffee after 1 - 2 pm and cigarettes are full of chemicals these days, get some real tobacco like mapacho (nicotina rustica).
  3. Well its fruit, we evolved eating fruit originally until we were forced out of the forests and had to adapt to other foods. Original man was a forest dweller and ideally chose and ate fruits over any other type of food, it was and still is the perfect food for humans under the right conditions, our whole anatomy is designed to pluck a fruit from a tree. We are almost identical biologically to other frugivores species like chimps. Its not the same sugar, mechanism and effect in the body as (isolated / synthetic) sugar is that we are taught about. I have a friend who eats 15lbs of fruit a day and he is perfectly healthy, but he also runs marathons often so that plays a role. You don't rise and crash on fruit sugars, especially if you are eating organically grown, non-gmo seeded-fruit. Fruit is a sustained balanced energy, because the fiber and all the other complex chemicals they contain provide a perfect balance and release of nutrition. Again carbs like rice, pasta and other stuff are completely different than fruit, humans are biological frugivores and most of the information we are told about fruit and sugar and stuff is all wrong and misleading and mixed up. I have never met anyone who had seizures on fruit, I had mild seizures which actually stopped once i cut out all processed foods, marijuana and junk foods and ate more fruit and plant-based. I noticed things got much better especially when I incorporated more avocados and coconuts and healthy fats in general. If you are interested on the original fuel of man and how we really evolved and ventured out to where we are now the book: Return to the Brain of Eden: Restoring the Connection between Neurochemistry and Consciousness is a great start
  4. This movie was funny, sums up modern humanity and the severe mental disorder among the masses.
  5. There is no such thing as tall or short really, its all perspective and how you choose to see it and what "beliefs" you choose to allow to control and shape your life. What if you are perfect your perfect natural god-given height? The advantages is that you are yourself and no one is like you. God gave you a fingerprint no one has so you can leave an imprint no one can.
  6. The man is like a tree, rooted, stable, protective, while a woman is like a vine, wild, moving, creative. If the tree is not big and strong with deep roots, the vine cannot be supported.

  8. @Hojo Its funny when I grew my own 1.5g raw mushroom was one of my most life supportive trips, so often its not the dosage but the intention behind the whole process that makes the biggest difference, because in reality, the Self is creating all of this.
  9. No its just a faster more direct high with less nausea but shorter lived too. It also depends on the type of mushroom and intention.
  10. Everything, in fact better results as a vegan than omnivore. We cannot deny with the fact that we are biological frugivores, merely with adaptive omnivorous capacity. There are far more people in the world who don't supplement than supplement, and far more vegetarians / vegans than those who eat meat, (think india, asia ect...) and they live a relatively healthy lives.
  11. Do you eat enough fruit? I notice most health issues arise when i don't include enough fresh fruit in my diet. Today I ate 9 oranges and 1/4 watermelon and 7 - 8 bananas. That's a lot of water and hydration / lubrication for the eyes. Also some healthy fats, avocado, coconut, olives, nuts / seeds ect...
  12. Never supplemented as a vegan, blood tests always came back fine. Why would you need to supplement if you eat a natural human diet? If anything eating processed foods and junk foods and wrong foods for human body then maybe you would need to supplement. Problem is people are not eating real whole foods fresh, alive, full of vitamins and minerals, rather a by-product that has no nutrition or enzymes left.
  13. Ahh so you go to collage for girls / dating more so than you do for study?
  14. What happens when you die in a dream?
  15. The world took several decades or centuries, but finally catching up to the corruption that's been upon this world behind the shadows.
  16. Indeed, that i can understand. What i aim pointing too is that while this is true, at the same time there are layers or levels unto which length becomes no longer needed as much as depth, and as you perfect the state of 'presence' or purely 'being', less becomes more and it can become counter-intuitive to meditate longer than a few moments, unless of course you need to take that path, but how i see it these days is we need to master the art of bringing our 'meditativeness' into the world and day to day life, cause if we are too caught up in one aspect or side of things, we miss the greater point. The teachings of Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu are great examples of this, and in Osho's book: When the Shoe Fits, he goes very deep into this. Hope this helps
  17. @Carl-Richard Nor is meditating for 13 days straight anything to be impressed out
  18. Length is of no measure to an effectiveness of a meditation, rather it is depth. See some can close their eyes and enter a deep state after 30 - 40 minutes, and yet some can do it in 5 - 10 minutes. Once you get to the stage in life where you no longer need to meditate to be truly present and aware, then you are finally entering more of a masters level. When you no longer have to do the act, that's when it truly comes naturally. Some people can meditate for hours, yet a master is meditating all the time.
  19. People on this forum: "I am coining the term" yeah thumbs up to thy ego, and yet that term has been used and known before Nevertheless, what you speak of is true to some extent, and Osho goes in depth about all these things, no one lays it out better than him, he was a master of masters and exposed all the spiritual traps, gurus and personas, although I would say, in my own words, its both. Yes there are those, many, especially those on social media who like to record themselves performing rather than simply doing it / being. At the same time, there are those who genuinely do it for strengthening, building the roots of their inner-tree (so to speak), stability of mind through disciplined practice, because that's the (middle way), to use our entire bodies, not just minds, to be able to healthily carry a higher/greater-energy/current. And this is what happens with most youngsters on the path, they don't have a real grounded guide or guru or support, they take up some practices and indulge in some substances, then shortly after they are a mess again, because they cannot (hold that energy), they have yet to develop their roots, so they are left mentally projecting and conceptualizing everything thinking (they figured it all out), and yet their mum comes in the room or somone challenges their posts or comments and they lose their shit all of a sudden and flip 180 degrees. Meanwhile a true enlightened master would not be triggered or phased whatsoever, because awakening is one thing, enlightenment is another. Although they are used interchangeably in our modern day, in my understanding it is not exactly the same thing. Awakening is like seeing the truth, exposing the shadows, realizing the oneness, and enlightenment is embodying it, integrating shadows, living it, becoming you in your totality. Very few individuals will transform totally overnight, awakening is often the beginning to a new way of living. You are merely sprouting. Hope this helps
  20. @Hojo Thanks for sharing, yes they can do that, and although its not mechanically whats happening, these medicines are very helpful. And the best part about it is that you don't even need shrooms to show you that, rather a change in lifestyle = change in perspective As the saying goes, change the way you see and see how things change. In my understanding they relax the entire brain and nervous system, so toxic and unconscious patterns, triggers, habits ect.. dissolve... Especially those that are not truly yours, rather what you picked up from the world. These experiences need to be heard and shared, thanks again.
  21. That's great, although I would be very cautious of using the word "never" cause well, it speaks for itself. We never really quit anything, we just no longer allow it to control us. Cacao is usually good alternative to wean-off coffee, although it still contains caffeine, but nowhere near as much as coffee and since it contains theobromine, magnesium, fats and a wide arrays of compounds that balance out the negatives of caffeine, especially the cacao paste. Mucuna is another herb that is great when coming off coffee or most drugs in general, it replenishes dopamine reserves and other benefits.
  22. Universally speaking, your currency is your frequency.
  23. All this reminds me of the movie: Don't Look Up
