Its a documentary of real events that have been happening on earth for a long time, many movies and tv shows contain glimpses of what is really happening but that movie was a big threat and 30 minutes of footage was destroyed just before it was released. Now you know the corrupt mafia of the west, and that's only 1 / 13 of the so called "ruling families". Now you get a taste of how corrupt the whole system you live in. Its all about total global control, then they can do whatever they want with us, then it will be really bad. I know Putin has help by ET forces and Alien-tech, that's why they fear him, and Iran with Spiritual technology they fear and want, NK for other reasons, but who knows, hopefully the vampiric / satanic system falls off the face of the other sooner than later, cause then were all doomed.

I don't just share any random thing, the only reason i share things is because i have seen hundreds if not thousands of different ex gov officials, experts, scientists, doctors, military personal, whistleblowers ect... all share similar or same information and stories, so it isn't anything new for me, its new for those who have not seen and dove deep in the areas i have and connected to the spaces I have been involved with the last 20 or so years. Bill Cooper, David Wilcock, Coorey Goode, David Ike, Alex Jones, Wilhelm Reich, Ronald Rife, Nikola Tesla, Andreas Moritz and so countless others sharing similar knowledge about secret governments, technology, alien-infiltration, chemicals, underground bases, and plans that have been planned out decades before they reach the public, and often these people mysterious died of strange causes shortly after but we all know they were killed by the elites who have brainwashed 99% of the west. This goes back thousands of years, this is why the world is corrupt as it is today, otherwise life on earth would be very different and paradise-like, Eden-living, as sovereign intelligent free thinkers not enslaved robots unable to see beyond the veils and blindly swallowing the general narrative. All these wars happening now are all against the countries that are still not owned by Rothschild banking family, Russia, NK, Iran, Cuba, Syria ect... This alone is a big *wink* in itself. Try a 3 - 7 day water fast then gradually introduce one food at a time like simple fruit, few hours later some veggies, gradually introduce heavier / desner foods and seeing / feeling how you "feel" and such. There is also something called a juice cleanse where people live for weeks to months purely on fruit and vegetable juice and sometimes incorporate 1 tbps of flaxseed or hempseed oil for balance then after a while introduce solid foods and this said to get rid of significant old waste and toxins and bacteria and parasites that cause these issues. Usually a short fast will give you a taste of what a longer fast is capable of doing. Many people switch diets cut out foods but never give their bodies a break, and usually when they do a fast or solid food vacation, the body works much better again. A raw fruit-based / plant-based / low-fat diet will usually cure most diseases but again fasting is still crucial for proper reset of the body. Pair this with daily exposure to nature, sunshine, fresh air, beach swims or rivers, and adequate rest from the mind and over-stimulation and stress, healing naturally occurs.

I recently been observing friends who are fasting now for Ramadan and it seems they are not really fasting at all, rather simply eating a little less? In my experience i know that for the body to enter a state of healing there needs to be no food intake for at least 12 hours but ideally 16 hours at least is optimal, then 20 - 24, 36, 48 ect... are all levels where body enters yet another deeper level of healing and purification. The people i am observing are waking up to eat at 4:30 am then again at 7:30 pm which is about 14 hours but if they simply fasted from 7pm - 7pm the next day it is a huge difference in benefits than what they are doing. Also eating around 4 - 5am is very bad for the body, its counter-intuitive to nature and natural circadian rhythms, the body is almost never hungry at those times and rarely hungry soon as you wake up, forcing the body to eat like this can shift internal processes dramatically. The best time to break our fast or eat "break-fast" is around noon, and last meal ideally no later than 6 pm. The body will thank you for this. The idea is good, but the knowledge is flawed and distorted it seems. In my experience, ancient prophets regardless of religion taught to fast for 7 - 40 days, at least no food whatsoever, to cleanse the spirit and purify the body, otherwise the healing is not deep enough, and you are still feeding daily so its not really a true fast, but i can see how it can be helpful with training and discipline, although i personally would eat once a day or fast for at least 3 - 7 days to get real results and make the most out of it. For me i have my last meal at 6 pm sometimes 8 pm during summer, and I never eat before 11 am and its usually light fruit, watermelon or fresh juice. I usually have my first proper meal around 2 - 4 pm, so every day i am fasting naturally for at least 16 hours without effort, as the body calls for this. The more you align with nature and the cosmos, the more natural and effortless this becomes, and i feel people are missing out on the benefits, maybe this can inspire you, you can thank me later.

At the same time I've met Muslims who are very spiritual, kind, loving and compassionate human beings. And correction "NOT" eating pig is actually a very intelligent thing. Its the worst kind of meat for our bodies and health. -

Luckily i am rarely asked such things, nor I have asked, it just sort of plays out naturally and intuitively, when it feels aligned. It always felt very odd to me to ask someone out or be asked out, school was hella weird for me.

I can understand that. I have been practicing fasting all my life and learned from some of the leading experts and teachers both scientists and spiritual teachers. I observe everything, its just who I am, i am very observant of things and see things that i cannot help. I always wish to help others who can do something better and more easier / more healing for them. Always trying to support my fellow man find a path of less resistance of the natural self. -

I feel ya, i just feel for all the artists and musicians working all day and night to produce once song or weeks to months to make an album or video or what not, and some AI ones are really good, but they all have this common "offness" about them that feels it lacks "soul" which i feel we need more of these days than less. Thanks for sharing anyway. Didn't mean to beat down on your post. Just my opinion and 2c

Its funny, these days i rarely weigh the medicine, i just intuitively eat one by one until i feel my body say ok, this is enough. That's been often the type of trip i needed, whereas weighing everything, its almost like the mind is too involved and it isn't always the most ideal trip. This way i feel you are putting more trust in the universe or divine intelligence to take its play rather than thinking you know best. Of course some situations its better to know how much, but overtime you can get a feel of how much will result in such and such... Sometimes it gives you a little nudge, sometimes it hits you hard, after its over, you realize its exactly what was needed.

Vaping is useful for creativity and inspiration. Eating / brew or edible is more powerful for deeper psychedelic experience and more body-oriented than mind as with vaping and smoking. I personally don't feel weed that harmful like MDMA to need to take such supplements but what is helpful is taking it with a few drops of CBD oil to balance out modern strains very high THC content which seems to help a lot. Herbs teas are helpful too. Having a hearty meal before or after is always helpful and healthy fats like avocados and nuts and seeds especially to lubricate the nerves and act as a type of shield to neurons and such. This is more crucial with harsher drugs but doesn't hurt to be more protected of course. Turmeric (curcumin) is also very helpful, protective, and synergistic with cannabis use that could easily be paired with ginger. A brew with turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, coconut milk and raw honey is an excellent brew for the entire body and brain and will protect from most things, add a few drops of CBD oil in this, you have the perfect combo.

Hi there dear friend, I personally live / eat very intuitively, and I am very experienced in fasting so even if i don't eat, i can go long periods of time without feeling uncomfortable, i just breathe and drink water or tea, sometimes coffee, and keep myself occupied until i can actually sit down and enjoy a well deserved meal. I know it can be challenging with our modern lifestyles sometimes, but i used to eat one meal a day at one point and drink tea / water throughout the day and after a week my body adapted and was perfectly normal and easy. Our bodies simply become entrained by the daily routine. When i was eating 6 meals a day as a teenager and into bodybuilding, i would be hungry 6 or more times a day, because that's how my body was trained. So really we are like biological machines that become programmed / conditioned by the daily habits and routines. I don't mind eating out, I would just rather prepare my own food and bring with me rather than eat fast foods cause i had too many bad experiences. I think Natasha may give you a better response, i personally am less structured with how i eat and live, especially since i don't work lately i can relax a bit but when i do have a bit of a work schedule, i can easily find a middle way. Either i bring something light or some fruit or just fast it until i arrive home. Sometimes when i would fast all day and have one meal, i would start my first meal with a nutrient rich smoothie, then followed by a main meal to fill my stomach and feel full and relax my body, then maybe a light snack of dried fruit and nut and tea in the evening, seemed to work well. I did this more in the winter, as fruit is less appealing and tends to cool the body down too much, so i would focus more on avocados, pumpkin / coconut soup, rice, potatoes, beans, hearty salads ect... Hopefully you can get something out of this and i didn't confuse you further <3

I can understand that. There was an experiment i read a while back where they tested the raw hazelnuts on young children. They found when they consumed the raw unprocessed/untreated nut, they ate a few, a small handful at most, then continued on their day. The same test was done with roasted and salted nuts, and the roasted they ate more and salted especially they couldn't stop. The experiment concluded that when the food is in its natural state without additives, our bodies have this "instinctive stop" letting us know we had enough, but when heavily processed, cooked and especially salted and roasted, our bodies do not have this signal thus can keep going and usually over eating until we fill our poor stomachs up then feel heavy and sometimes need to pass out afterwards. I did this same experiment myself, and also with potatoes and rice, i found when heavily salted and flavoured, i ate several times more than i would with less or minimal or no flavouring. Then theres spices mixes and vegetas with MSG and all sorts of chemically-addictive additives, people have no idea what its doing to them. Unfortunately with my cat when he wanders outside my home i cannot control what he eats, but at least the first year or so when he was growing up i fed him healthy, raw organic food, and i feel its those first few years or months that are the most crucial for both humans and animals. Oh yess, my family do that a lot and my aunt once was furious they gave mcdonalds to her baby while she was at work. Its sad most people are not aware of the things we consume today are not even food anymore, but food-like products.
