  1. As simple rule of thumb you can use is: Your last meal should be 3 - 4 hours or more away from bedtime. You first meal should also be 3 - 4 hours or more after waking up. Keep it simple sis
  2. That's cause most people on the internet are drowning in knowledge yet starving in wisdom.
  3. No worries. I rarely ever masturbate these days too. The last several times i did it i always felt more and more disappointment and disconnected after I released and I kept thinking why the fuck do i keep doing this wasteful / senseless / useless thing for a 5 - 10 second orgasm that doesn't even feel that good, and i realized I was suppressing deeper emotional wounds from a challenging relationship and being cheated on really affected me, and generally struggling to release the anger and the stagnant energy build up in my lower chakras. I rather wait for the real thing that's far more pleasurable, long lasting, expansive, and often i don't ejaculate at all because the act itself is so beautiful and orgasmic in itself, especially when there is no build up of stagnant energy. Being on high fruit also helps not be driven by sexual desires a lot as it nourishes the higher chakras more and cleanses the body. More circulation, less stagnation. Also being more physically active and martial arts seems to help a lot too for me. One day i was reflecting on the word masturbation and I changed the spelling a bit and thought, hmm... to bate the master...
  4. Did they come from you or did they come through you
  5. Well said there. I am really looking forward to my next dry fast. I've done it three times now gradually increasing the days, but your 14 day dry fast blew me away and reignited that fire of inspiration to get back it into. Same, not that I am chasing any states or seeking anything in particular, but I haven't done a long fast in a while, and I feel its long over due because I know deep down it will be good for me. Everything else just doesn't hit the same.
  6. First of all ADHD is not a disorder, its a misunderstanding of highly attuned / high energy individuals that cannot focus on things that don't make sense to them or don't interest them. I like how one guy put it: ADHD - Attention Dialed - Higher Dimension. You are just of a higher energy / intelligence. Millions of children wrongly get put unto harmful medication that messes up their brain chemistry because of this misunderstanding, all because they don't wanna sit down and shut up and follow the teacher in school and learn the mundane shit they teach us that don't spark our interest. Now with your experience, maybe these girls were sent to you because you were NOT meant to be "that guy" who makes them cheat, but shows them a higher light? Its very admirable and honorable to not cheat with a girl when you know she has someone, especially if it has happened to you. I was with a lover recently for 3 years or so, and she is one of the most beautiful and loving and caring people I ever met, yet even she ended up cheating because she was vulnerable and not in the right place in her heart and mind and around naughty boys who were all there to score and they played their cards well, said all the right things, saw all the weak spots, and abused her wounded-self, that mostly needed love and support. We were having some arguments lately and things seemed a little more toxic than usual but nothing too crazy. She felt attraction for this guy for a little while before that but this time I wasn't there and we had an argument that week. She really thought this may be the new lover that's aligning for her only to realize he's sleeping around with a new girl every day and all the words he said to her to get into her pants dissolved into the either shortly after which left her really torn and regretful about our union. This really damaged our union deeply, and tore me in ways I never felt and expected before, and we tried to make it work but it just never was the same. I at least needed a lot more space and time away from her to heal, besides a few arguments once in a while, we got a long really well. I always had the underlying fear of being cheated on some level though, and I truly felt in my being she would never cheat on me because of being with her almost every day for years, feeling her, knowing her so deeply, it just wasn't in her, at least I never felt or sensed it, but in any single moment, the universe can just slap you so hard you won't ever expect. Sometime you have to go through what you fear the most or don't expect just to give you that perspective that you can never truly be 100% sure or know, but in the end all you really and truly have is yourself and your love, others are always secondary. They are a bonus, but don't get too attached and make them your world, which happens to most of us unfortunately, cause then they may just do something that then shatters your whole world, and sometimes this happens to remind you hey, you are out of balance, you have given your power away to someone else and expect them to carry it. The more you fear it, the more you will attract it. Let it be, go with the flow, allow what comes up naturally. Just my 2 cents <3
  7. I know far too much about health, chemicals, nature, the human body ect... through years of trial and error, lots of fasting, purification, cleansing, meditation, energy work, raising sensitivity ect... I am basically on a light fruit-based diet most of the time and often in between breatharian initiations, that if i even have a bowl of potatoes or rice, I feel very heavy and crash sometimes for 12 - 24 hours, and the side effects can linger for days. In the moment I can sometimes transmute it with my mind, but it does take a tax on my body the following days. I think I am bit too far into it to not notice anymore, both a blessing and a curse I guess. Story of my life I know I can take something toxic and totally transmute it if i really put my energy into it, I've done it before, but at the same time I am still aware i am taking something toxic, and I cannot hide that from myself. For me lately its been coffee, but yeah often comes with a cost or tax. I believe this is the same Idea about the story with Shiva who drank poison and used it as an example to show others nothing can affect supreme consciousness, but yet would such a great and aware consciousness continue to drink poison, or at all? no, of course not. So this is my point i guess, if you know its bad, then why at all, why hinder the natural state and distort it from its full potential?
  8. I can respect that. Each to their own, I was simply curious. Being as sensitive as I am such things seem to affect me more negatively.
  9. Everything is energy, what "appears" material is simply energy slowed down to such a rate of vibration it "appears" solid, but its not really matter or material, rather its energy condensed to a slow or low vibration. Thought can become condensed to a vibration that appears "material" with consistency and repetition, but its still fundamentally energy and not really solid as it appears. Thoughts are a higher form of energy but yes they too can become and appear material. But again as Leo said, nothing is really material, even quantum physics has proven that space, your friends, your office, your really big car, you yourself, and even everything in this incredible vast Universe, are almost entirely, 99.9999999 percent empty space.
  10. Fascinating. I guess I assumed by your experience with dry fasting and such posts you would be more aware of the toxic ingredients in them.
  11. I am very curious about your name and avatar though, some high level trolling going on there
  12. The more money people make, the less chance they will wanna talk about it. Its also often 10x less than you think. I'm totally with him on the private island thing, I'd be gone if I had even 5 mill you'd never see me again either. I'd probably live like a King in SE Asia in tropical paradise and open my own healing retreats and wellness centers.
  13. I've never been considered to be a vampire energy
  14. Nobody Knows ^ Only the no-body Knows
  15. I don't use much at all anymore but If you truly want world-class quality salt this is the only one i would recommend https://saltverk.com/ Which is produced with geothermal energy, and every flake is hand harvested. Its probably the furthest away from the toxic table salts most people use and closest to sea vegetables. Some say Celtic sea Salt is good but i find this one purer / lighter / cleaner. Less is more.
  16. My friend recently made this post about salt, she's in her mid 50s and looks 35. I was looking for a better explanation about salt as i was discussing with Natasha on another post but felt i did a poorer job, and this popped up in my feed today, just what I needed. Hopefully it clears up some confusion. Salt is one of the main reasons people become addicted to cooked and processed foods, including desserts, because cooking destroys natural flavor, water, enzymes, and mineral balance. When food is cooked, especially grains, meats, and starches, it becomes bland, bitter, or even foul-tasting in its natural state. Salt is then added to chemically stimulate the tongue and nervous system, not to nourish the body. It overrides natural appetite regulation and makes otherwise unpalatable foods seem desirable. This is why “none of it tastes good without salt.” Salt works by dehydrating cells and exciting taste receptors, creating an artificial “hit” that keeps people reaching for more. It increases dopamine release, reinforcing cravings, and it dulls sensitivity over time, requiring even more salt to achieve the same flavor response. This mirrors addiction pathways rather than true hunger. Natural foods like fruits and greens already contain sodium in biologically appropriate, water-bound forms along with potassium, which balances nerve signaling and hydration. They do not require added salt because they are designed to taste good as-is. Desserts rely on the same mechanism. Salt is added to sweets because refined sugar alone is flat and cloying; salt sharpens sweetness and stimulates appetite, making cookies, cakes, and ice cream more addictive than sugar alone. Remove salt, and most cooked desserts lose their appeal quickly. This is why people say, “It needs a pinch of salt,” even in sugar-heavy foods. In nature, salt is rare. Wild animals do not season their food. They crave sodium only when deficient, not constantly. Chronic salt craving is a sign of a cooked, dehydrating diet that strips potassium and water from cells, creating a false sense of need. Fruits and greens correct this by rehydrating the body and restoring mineral balance, causing salt cravings to fade. In short, salt is not enhancing food; it is masking damage done by cooking and processing. It trains the palate away from real nourishment and locks people into dependence on cooked foods and desserts that would otherwise be rejected by the body. https://www.aquariusthewaterbearer.com/doctors-and-experts/
  17. Eating early is unnatural and not needed IMO, and your body will tell you this by itself, that is far more intelligent than any expert out there, because its (your body). Exercising in a fasted state is the best, and fueling afterwards is a very natural process humans evolved with for millions of years. Intuition is all you need. I personally never feel hungry before 11 - 12pm, and sometimes if i do eat, its only fruit or fresh squeezed fruit juice. Some people do coffee or tea, matcha, herbal stimulants ect... since its zero calories, but i feel it still stimulates the body in an unnatural way and trains us to rely on such things for energy and motivation. So what happens when you don't have them? See the dilemma? That's just how I would do it at least, and there is a lot of scientific backing to what i say too, but you gotta follow your own soul.
  18. This woman is 79 in this video, no supplements, just raw organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for the last 40+ years.
  19. That's your experience and perception but sure. There's far more too it. I'm sorry you have had a poor experience and relationship with this medicine. For me its saved my life from suicide and violence, gangs, many times. And sure there have been quite a few times when Ive abused it and experienced negatives. Its all about the intention, how you carry yourself, how you use and see the medicine, and how its grown. Let me ask you this, have you grown your own cannabis organically / naturally from a heirloom strain and done this process yourself? Or you just making statements? This is not about spiritually, its all a part of life. People sometimes need medicine for support when nothing else helps. Let me also ask you this, do you drink coffee, eat sugar, processed foods, junk foods, alcohol or any other substances? If so then there's a contradiction there in itself. I see it all the time, people beat on one thing because they had poor experience or lack of proper education with it, and label it bad, and yet they are addicts and abusers in other ways, often even worse, but because they believe these things are natural because they been normalized, when in fact act like bad drugs to our bodies. I could even go into porn and social media and screen addiction, but the point has been made. You get the idea...
  20. Whatever you can believe that's fine, at least I am not 2 faced I speak similarly in person and on the internet to most people, its just the context on the forums that doesn't include the sound / tone, emotion, volume, and energy behind it. You think I am a spiritual phony, but I am simply natural myself and real, and maybe that triggers you because its something you haven't owned yourself yet. I've met many people like you who argue with me on the internet but in person they all of a sudden listen mostly and agree. My words rarely change, and yet the energy is totally difference, cause you can feel the truth when someone is standing and speaking from it.
  21. This is more due to the modern strains which have their chemical balance completely blown out of natural proportions and CBD no longer present. Modern strains are bread for high THC and Strength and not valued as much for overall chemical complexity and medicinal richness. Ancient strains have far less THC, more CBD and much more balanced chemical profile which gives the user a rich and spiritual experience, less likely addictive and less likely to cause other imbalances. Of course too much of anything is bad. I consumed weed all my life but I noticed a huge difference from naturally grown heirloom and landrace strains to street weed. Almost completely different high and experience. This is why i say, if you wanna smoke it, grow it yourself, outdoors, organically, the process itself is very teaching. I have this same philosophy for all medicines. Its too easy to just buy them, no do the work, it pays off. Then you've really earned it and you will discover you may just no longer need it, or at least nowhere near as much anymore. Its about the journey not the destination
  22. Yes it is, there are many benefits and is well researched and scientifically proven. You can actually eat every other day and still be very healthy. Our bodies evolved mostly in a fasted state finding and gathering food and later hunting when no fruit trees were available. Sometimes we went for days without eating. Today we eat 3+ meals a day and snacks in between and its very unnatural to eat this way, especially the snacking. This was heavily pushed by food companies and advertisements to raise profit margins. Hence those who eat multiple times a day, especially 5 - 6 + meals a day, like long term bodybuilders, die prematurely from some form of premature illness or organ damage / overload. Its very common. When you eat one meal a day, once a few days pass and your body stabilizes, you will be amazed at the balanced and sustained energy that carries you, and yet you will notice people who do eat multiple meals, rise and crash with each meal. It really allows you to see the downside of eating so many times and how time consuming it also is. You can get so much more done with less prep and less time digesting, and more energy for creativity. Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is also backwards. Its not wise to eat before 11am unless its light fruit or juice. Research into our natural circadian rhythms. I do at least 16 - 18 hours of fasting every single day without trying. I personally eat my first meal anywhere from 11am - 2pm sometimes even later, depending on how my days go or if I am caught up with daily duties and activities, which I actually prefer, because I do more, eat less and feel better overall. Sometimes I am really busy and have my first meal by 4 - 6 pm and just eat for the next hour or so and call it a day. I experimented with OMAD for a few months and i really enjoyed it, especially in winter, but I missed how I felt on fruit so I dropped it. I eat mostly fruit so I reverted back to 2 - 3 meals, or rather (4 - 6 hour eating window) and the digestion and energy usage of 2 - 3 fruit meals is like 50% or less of a single regular omnivores meal anyway. I know a friend who only eats one fruit meal a day and he swears its GOD MODE, but I'm not at that level yet. I personally don't worry about vitamins / minerals / supplements anymore, I have a deep trust in my life and nature, but if you are concerned you can always break your fast with a nutrient rich superfood smoothie, then just eat your main meal to fill the stomach up and feel full and call it a day Herbal teas in between and during fasted state can help a lot too. Some people do caffeine too, if that's your thing.
  23. I'm sure they'd love your comments and behavior on this forum too What a joke.
  24. I used to play this game when I was a kid, it used to have male and female characters, now it has type A and type B, super weird. World is going nuts.
