  1. One of the best ways to ground is walk barefoot on the earth and ideally rest in a natural environment being close to mountains, trees, rivers, rocks ect... touching them, sitting with nature, deep and gentle breathing and long walks and rest. You can also ask trees for support, they answer and help if you acknowledge them as living beings and not just see them as trees / objects. Mother nature is more alive and conscious than most humans who walk around like zombies. Eating more grounding foods like potatoes, tubers, nuts can help and physical movement and or playing music / chanting is highly effective to anchor back into the physical. Laying off all other forms of drugs or stimulation for a while including smart phones and technology, sugar, processed foods ect.. all help. DMT is very powerful and sometimes people struggle to ground for months or even years, its not something to mess with unless you absolutely know what your are doing and are well experienced and educated in all the preparations before and after. Just to be on the safer side. This is why i stick to more balanced and ancient plant-medicines like mushrooms, iboga, san pedro / peyote ect... You can also wear some grounding stones around neck, wrists, ankles ect.. or sandlewood / mala beads. I once took too much LSD and i had to grab roots of a tree and chant AUM and asked for support and it removed the excess imbalance soon after and told me about the dangers of synthetic medicines and how they lack a body and spirit. They are not the best teachers and tend to give uses a false sense of a mental type of enlightenment leaving them in astral confusion and struggle to integrate back into their bodies and lives. Synthetics are too risky, they are man-made and lacking the whole-body of the plant / spirit so they have no guiding mechanism, you are totally alone and no fail-safes. Whereas natural medicines have evolved through millions of years to have everything (built-in) to support you and are far more balanced energetically. This is why I don't even mess with DMT or others anymore, unless its Ayahuasca because its not synthetically altered, natures divine intelligence and guidance system is still in-tact. Took me almost a year to fully integrate my first DMT experience. It can be a lot on the nervous system and this is why people who do a lot of psychedelics rarely ever have or can hold a stable relationship in day to day life, because the very nature of these substances is to expand you than to ground you to make you more stable and focused and reliable. In the past every time i had weed i had challenges in relationships. When i stayed off the drugs my relationships and even other areas of life were more stable and balanced. So its something to also be conscious of when diving into these things.
  2. She's probably using you as an emotional pillow.
  3. Yeah. My rule is all phones must be turned off and only music can be played via flight-mode.
  4. Unless its weed i cannot even look at a screen on a more potent psychedelic, even at low doses it seems to artificial and repulsive. Like I can see the hologram that its not really there and the people and what i am seeing is totally fabricated / illusory. I mostly enjoy being in nature, lighting a fire, sitting under the stars when i take anything stronger than weed. A screen looks almost evil too me, so foreign and alien under such states.
  5. I was once told a story about the jews and that they were originally humanoid ET's from a slightly more evolved planet who crash landed here some time ago and became corrupted because there was a vibrational mismatch to the consciousness of the planet. Due to their above average intelligence / consciousness, they could easily manipulate the humans who currently lived on earth and greed and evil took over, hence why they rule the world today, created all the wars and funded both sides, manipulated and twisted all the religions, educations, science, medicines ect... and why the richest and most materialistically powerful are all of the same bloodlines and most of the world-leads are off-shoots of their original family bloodlines. Don't mind me, I'm just a conspiracy theorist It was a fun story tho

That's how karma plays out, even if its 100 years ago, it has to be faced and integrated. Everything we put out in the world will eventually need to be faced, digested, transformed somewhere down the line to rise to higher levels of consciousness and embodiment. Often when you rise to new states of being old things from the past come up to test you and see if you are worthy to embody the new state of consciousness, as with greater consciousness comes greater power / responsibility.
  7. Eli is great, his videos are profoundly simple and intelligent. He demystifies a lot of modern misunderstandings with simple / logical truth. Mostly related to diet / health though. He's been 10 year fruitarian now, one of the healthiest people I know. A great example and inspiration 🙏 Some other videos i enjoyed of his here. Eli had perfect blood results after 8 day dry fast and years of fruit, defies science.
  8. Its not really fantasy if you have experience. I've lived like that in others houses situated in such environments. You still can have everything you need (stores, towns, people nearby) maybe just a little further than usual, and especially if you grow your own food and have enough land and resources, you don't need anything else. Its only shallow people who need the modern things we need today to be honest, cause we need bare minimum to enjoy life. I've met many people who live in the bush(off-grid) in teepees and are some of the happiest / simplest people I know and have everything they need. I personally find great peace being totally alone in nature. A tiny home would suffice for me. I've lived in the city most of my life life, almost everything about it makes me repulsive. Its artificial, UN-natural, disease-ridden environment. No soul can thrive in the city, full of toxic food, air, water, people and psychological-illness from an overstimulated / over-stressed life. People are completely different in both their health, spirituality and behaviour as you travel further from the city, and this is a pattern i noticed over and over again. We need more nature than we realize, in fact, we are so sick and do not even realize it because we have become so well adjusted to this artificial life and environment. I've spent a lot of time in nature, and the more i spend time in nature living more naturally, the more i realize how sick and twisted everyone living in the city is. They may appear normal, but far from natural and healthy, like bio-robotic drug-addicts fiending for their next fix or pay, and you often can only notice this when you move to a more natural environment at least temporary to directly experience the contrast. Those who don't move never notice their chains. As Krishnamurti said: It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. I think the real fantasy is the life we are living today in modern environments we call "normal", eventually you see through it and realize how distorted and lacking of life and richness it is. Its also a trap, its designed to keep you here and afraid to venture out.

  10. Thank you @Natasha Tori Maru This makes sense for me. I totally understand, doesn't need a perfect answer, or be 'on the mark', it was more a sort of a confirmation for me from what I have been reflecting upon too. The beauty of intuitive channeling 🙏🤍 I respect and find value in most of your comments and responses.
  11. Hmm.. I'd say both, it fluctuates. I notice when I am more in nature and rested, i feel unshakable and stable. When I am more in the city and busy with things and people, i can be somewhat of a shapeshifter and i blend in with others but don't hold my own as much as I'd like at times. Last few years have been very challenging for me, somewhat shocking and traumatic that I am turning towards myself mostly and detaching from others, I guess you could say, reclaiming my power and sovereignty. I feel much more grounded and supportive of myself than before tho, putting myself first and not trying to carry the whole world on my shoulders. I remember a while back a person mention this to me, saying that I remind him of a place or state he was embodied in once, holding his own and not shapeshifting as much while around others as he does now, I never properly understood what he meant until lately, and i feel this shapeshifting may be somewhat related to inner-child or familial wounds?
  12. I am not sure how to answer this. In my research they say that true hunger is thirst and comes from the (back of the throat) not the stomach. The stomach is more related to critters / parasites / bacteria ect... needing their feed, rather than true signal of hunger, as our natural diet is said to be mostly fresh fruit, we would often not experience such a hunger but more a thirst, then after we have fruit or water, that hunger or feeling in the stomach goes away. So i was always taught when hungry, drink a large glass of water, wait 10 - 15 minutes and observe if you are still hungry. I believe we evolved with fasting mostly and eating far less frequently than we do today. I feel today people Live to Eat rather than Eat to live, and i think that's the problem with the world, we've become so caught up with food and eating, half of our day or most goes to thinking, preparing, eating food. Where as in ancient times we would go often days without food until we find a food source, and often perfectly healthy. There is a lot of science that points to great longevity benefits eating once a day or every other day, compared to the modern 3 meals a day with snacks in between. And such a static-lifestyles we live today, we get bored or see food or smell it we end up over-doing/eating everything and our bodies never get a chance to actually heal and clear waste so its piling up day by day. In ancient times we were constantly moving, gathering, exploring, building that we probably only spend the last few others of the evening sitting and relaxing, and this constant active lifestyle keeps us in superb health and breathing properly and moving / exercising our demons out, so to speak, whether its physical, mental or emotional, such an active lifestyle is in constant purging and circulation of old waste / energy ect...
  13. Maybe. Relationships have often been more challenging for me than other areas in life, at least the "traditional way" of relating, which always felt somewhat alien to me. I am a very odd nut, i was always the weird / isolated / hated kid in school. My circle has always been very small for this reason, and most people I struggle to engage with. I actually get along with women more than i do with men, but when it goes deeper, most of them don't seem to wanna go that deep cause it brings to much up to the surface and requires more energetic investment. @Natasha Tori Maru Curious what your thoughts are in this too?
  14. Nature is not a place we visit, Nature is home. We have forgotten, and the more time we spend in nature, we remember more and more, how sick and artificial we've become, how unaware and unconscious we've become, how busy, lost and confused in our minds we've become. Yes meditation and other practices help, but being in nature is far more powerful, effective and effortless, and becomes the entire meditation in itself. You realize that you've been offline in the city in an "artificial online world" not realize the real "online" is out there in the natural world. Then when you return you feel like "wtf is this shit" why am I even here? My dream home would be something like this, so its not a 2 hour drive to the mountains but a simple walk outside.
  15. The many women i met often are afraid of my emotional depth and intensity so when i open up too much they run away. So yes its a very beautiful and attractive trait for women, but at the same time knowing when and how much and timing is crucial. Its an intuitive practice, to read each and everyone, how much is right, how much is too much, time and space is everything, because we have to observe how they respond and what its time to step back and not frighten them away. When i was younger i didn't have this signal as much, i just offloaded everything because i expected them to be on the same wavelength. Very rare I come across anyone who is. I am usually full on and jump into deep psychedelic portals with people who i can connect with on a deeper level but often i end up expecting they are vibing and can handle the deeper stuff and sometimes prematurely open up too much which ends up scaring them away. I think this is why i've always vibed with older women best, they seem more grounded and emotionally / spiritually mature to handle it.
  16. Everything is "just the tip of the iceberg" for you all wise one. Your ego is beyond measure.
  17. A mind is exactly this post you made, overthinking everything, further it distracts us from the truth of being.
  18. @Carl-Richard I think the point i was making is that when we feel 'thirsty', we have already been dehydrated for a long time, possibly hours. Apparently we are never meant to feel thirst at all, in an ideal body / health / world. In my research its actually ideal to drink a glass or two 30 minutes before a meal (assuming its not a fruit or water-rich meal). At the same time it is not wise to drink too soon after eating such meal, rather waiting at least 15 minutes. There's some science to this i remember reading i just can't remember at the top of my head. Whats even better is a glass of orange juice or freshly squeezed fruit juice because the water is alive and structured and highly charged. Its becoming increasingly challenging to find truly alive and rich mountainous spring water that properly hydrates, and its usually only alive and structured at the source, and changes when bottled and shipped. We need special solar / magnetic spinners and oxygenation techniques that keep the water moving and active to keep it alive, oxygen/hydrogen-rich, and truly hydrating for us. Most springs humans have easy access to today have been polluted and need to be filtered and handled with care.
  19. Truth & Love are closer to poetry than philosophy I think Manly P Hall said it best: The individual absorbs knowledge, the Truth absorbs the individual. One must be willing to die to Truth, then one can live truthfully, honestly, authentically. One can then truly be, thyself. Ego is still there, but totally integrated.
  20. Because the Truth obliterates all other desires. Yet to realize the Truth, your desire for Truth must be stronger than all other desires. Truth is Paramount Love Is Truth Truth Is Love I & I
  21. Interesting, I'll have to look more into that. My natural breathing pattern kinda like a cat, its mysterious, unpredictable, unnoticeable. I take deep long breaths when i remember or when i want to energize and accelerate my system, and often i find i even hold my breath for long periods of time comfortably regardless if its after the inhale or exhale, often without noticing and deep in thought or contemplation. Breathing sometimes bothers me, especially when I am in deeper states of consciousness, the need to breath disturbs my meditation sometimes, i know its a weird thing to say but its been something I have noticed from time to time. I love going to the mountains especially for how rich the experience of breathing becomes.
  22. That doesn't make sense. When I eat light and fruit i have a lot of space and oxygen in my body and naturally take long deep breaths. When i stuff myself with heavier meals I struggle to breathe because I have stomach / colon full of matter.
  23. We are not meant to feel dehydrated at all. When we feel thirsty and dehydrated its actually one of the bodies final signals that we need hydration. I don't know how to rate, all i can say is that observe after each meal how much water you feel the need to drink within the next 15 - 30 minutes. I rarely drink water at all, especially when I have more fresh fruit. Sometimes I have tea and water more when I am eating cooked meals but I never feel as alive, healthy and hydrated. Water doesn't seem to hydrate as greatly as fresh fruit. Which is why i always try start my day with a nice big melon. My heaviest meals would be lunch or dinner, rarely after 6 pm.
