Everything is: Consciousness. So where you put your focus or where consciousness focuses on, that's what gives consciousness unto that which is focused upon. Thus, AI has emerged because humans are too externally focused, on devices, on technology, on the modern and artificial world ect... Not turning inward and discarding such things, consciousness must expand in the direction people are focusing on. For some out there, AI doesn't even exist, because their consciousness is totally inward. Reality is but a reflection of ones own (inner-verse). Its as simple as that.

Here is the truth, the more you use "speeding up" things, the more grounded you need to be. They can be useful yes, but minimal, micro-doses. I have seen many wanna speed up and rise as fast as possible, and this tends to abuse especially from those who aren't grounded and anchored in their own being, and then they struggle integrating in day to day life. You don't wanna rely on them tho and use too often, you wanna realize the truth without them first and foremost. Then they are always optional and timing, intention, set/setting is crucial.

This where I feel there are levels to awakening and enlightenment. I never done retreats but I've lived alone in nature for long periods of time throughout my life and spent many years in solitude. Often doing what they do in many of these retreats and vipasannas, meditations, fasting ect.. intuitively with great success. I seem to struggled with planned things. If you can fast for the full 7 days you will be reborn my friend, but just do what feels natural. One meal a day is also very good for meditation. No coffee, that will stimulate the ego and thoughts more, no caffeine. But if you must, I think only matcha is probably as far as I would go. Matcha has L-theanine so it helps balance out the caffeine and is definitely a more meditative brew. But in all honestly i feel if you are spending all this money and energy for this big thing then avoid any forms of escapism, do it right and fully and reap even greater rewards.

In the case of "prana" and "breatharinism", there is an argument that forests with pollen-rich air often are enough to sustain a highly efficient and trained body, and it learns to adapt to less and less with practice of breath and energy usage. I can see that the consciousness must first refine to such a level to understand the quantum mechanics behind it to truly succeed beyond that. I feel overall is the mastery of energy over ones reality, I mean some of these guys are living what we've always been taught is impossible, yet there they are, living in -50 and sleeping or meditating in snow caves, not feeling cold, not freezing to death, not getting frost bite, not eating or drinking. After all, we are all just energy vibrating at various frequencies, that all this 'solid matter' is not really as it appears to be, rather far from it. These beings are experiencing another level of life altogether. I'd give up food for that too.

100%. These foods are billions of years of perfection by a divine intelligence far beyond our comprehension, that really going against it or trying to argue with it is pointless, and I truly feel that's why we are so disconnected from The Creator and ourselves, and far from optimal levels. Every little detail and molecule has its purpose, same as every star, solar system, galaxy and so on... Micro / Macrocosm. I truly feel the root cause of the downfall of humanity was the moment man deviated from the perfection that already is and always has been. That the further we manipulate, changed, altered in anyway what was natural, the greater the 'distortion' within ourselves and the universe at large reflected. This is why people can overdose on selenium poisoning, yet people can eat bags of Brazil nuts with minimal to no issue. The body is of that same infinite intelligence, and body / nature understands and knows how to utilize and read/write what is natural, its like a built-in fail safe. This is the same reason people feel far more guided and supported when they take a naturally growing psychedelic plant or fungi medicine compared to a synthetically recreated molecule missing the whole body of its consciousness, so your left without a body / teacher aspect or guide. This is why people like Bryan Johnson look pale, lifeless, and basically look like death, to me at least, and bodybuilders die young and or of heart or other health issues, its an abnormality, a mutation, a sickness people think is healthy and normal, but what is normalized today is far from natural and ideal and optimal. If only people understood this, I almost died on the health path multiple times, until i returned to observing what is natural and eating / living more simply. Now I don't take any supplements or powers, and i feel more clear, more whole, more connected, and far less scattered than I used to be.
