Not really what you are saying, in my sense when you say "serious science is disagreeing on something" is pretty different to say "they agree on something but trying to find the nuances of that thing" This is to reductionist, in this case the aim of this study is something like "what is the threshold volume to gain a maximum of muscle" that is not simply "you have to lift to gainmuscle", in regard of this : ''It's the claims that as volume increases, gains increases, seemingly ad infinitum, that's what is disputed.'' Yes they are talking about variable that science need to investigate more, and some other studies have already tried to investigate this matter You can't just look at one paper you have to look at several paper on the matter to have an accurate idea about what science saying about lifting I dont see what you mean by flawed methods ? It is not hard to replicate what is happening in a gym you just need a lifter, an exercise and weights or machines that's it Except that every method will be flawed just like a guy who will use vibe training That why someone should not trust blindly one study but try to get information from different study And get a general idea how things might work to avoid self deception that vibe training and bro science can get someone in Science based lifting is not "you should do this and only this" it is it more likely that you should do this cause of this" or "you should at least have this in your training to b more efficient"

It is our hope that this paper stimulates positive inquiry around in the area of RT volume and muscle growth That is not people digressing in my sense it is exploring limitation and questioning deeper previous discoveries But yes that mean that we should not trust blindly scientific studies like we should not blindly "vibe training" Training standard don't mean that limitation are not there it is just that we don't know everything and we will never anyway but if 20 studies show that this method work than we can use it but we will do more studies to find out why it work and how Meanwhile our studies with this and theses setting provide these result in most cases that we observed

I am agree with it but it is not absolute some are using this as a marketing to sell their shit, and other are really serious about sourcing their work from scientific studies. It like say "all youtubers on self-help are gurus " ... And that is just not true.

Totally respectuffully your post dont seem to have fully grasp what is a serious scientific study nowday about lifting Or maybe i did not understood fully your post and i considering this too Yes scientific studies don't know it all, yes nobody should use it as a doctrine, yes it became a marketing argument that can serve devilish and egoisticals way. But scientific studies does give us insights that should not often be ignored, if you take 1000 human and make them do the same thing and they got the same result i think too that the chances is way higher that i get the same things than them if i do the same thing they did And the setting of the studies are not so far from the real life It is not hard to reproduce the environement of a lifter The biggest problem is that studies are misused by peoples, they endocrine themselves with it become close minded, get bias and double standardized often And of course they thinks that by reading few studies they not it all but the truth is that we now nothing and we probably never will

Not at all !!! A regular employe is taxed WAY WAY MORE less than 25% It is 25% for an entrepreneur (i am in that case) That is true for business owner or big entrepreneur (earning 5k/mounth) thought so they get it in the ass But they usually use a lot of comparability laws (like i do myself as an entrepreneur) to pay a lot less tax and they make up for it, like you are doing in the US i think I am talking about France where i live i don't know for the rest of EU, but if i remember well we are one of the more taxed country especially for businesses and we have one of the better health care system (it is still a bit inefficient thought) the ones that do better in that matter are only nothern countries i think.
