I’m a mixture of both hope this isn’t weird but I’m very bipolar with solipsism like “someone here” before I made a account I resonated with them a lot with their ups and downs with it. I sat quiet in the lotus position detaching from my thoughts. As I kept continuing it felt as if my body was somewhat disappearing or non existent. The only odd thing I noticed is a bright light in my vision as if maybe the light as above me it would go from my right eye to my left eye it would go back and fourth very slowly but elegantly. Just figured I would share. Not sure what to make of it just yet.
