Before I get too deep, can you relate to the notion of "awakening" to a realization of "simultaneity" on a grand scale? So grand that it becomes non-dual?

Realizing simultaneity reveals both the underlying correspondences and the over arching principles which contribute past, present, and possible-future events. In other words, it cultivates a sharp intellect, like a whip.

In brief? Simultaneity.

My contribution: 1) Intentional breathing: Observing the breath on its circuit. The breath follows the mind; the heart follows the breath. 2) Intentional perception: For the past 20+ years I practice intentionally "watching the world through a wide lens", for lack of better words. It's intentionally including the full extent of periphery eye-sight while walking and doing daily activities. 3) Rapid trance state: in the heat of the moment, if needed, a rapid trance state can be achieved within 2 or 3 breaths by closing the eyes and observing and probing deeper and deeper into the red, yellow, orange, and green little dots that naturally appear. ( the colors vary depending on circumstance ).
