Not necessarily. There's different ways of Reflecting. Reflecting within an ocean is different than reflecting within a mirror. Yes. Geometrically, "knowing" is modeled as a point. Specific and well defined. In contrast, "understanding" manifests as a cloud. Knowing a collection of relevant tangential facts *surrounding and pointing towards* the target of inquiry cultivates "understanding".
