Just a suggestion, I think changing the YouTube channel name to your personal name Leo Gura, may gain you more viewers. if you look at other channels that offer subjects about life the more professional ones tend to share the commentator's name, to me it comes off as more trustworthy and confident that way. The Actualized.org name sort of insulates you personally from the work, I think that makes it come off less sincere and attractive than it could. The only reason I make this suggestion is that I think there is a huge demand and need for your work, so many people are quite directionless.
