  1. So no house chores, no job, terrible communicator, doesn't raise kids.
  2. *while both the man and woman work full time jobs If a man cleans around the house, and communicates, he's considered incredible. All of this is expected of average women. These guys are coming from Redpill "man need 6 figures and be ceo", that's not what feminists are talking about, that's patriarchy. Guys are considered incredible with a normal job, cleaning, and communicating.
  3. This is the sentiment I think she's talking about Vs materialistic culture(patriarchy)
  4. If a society is green, which is what spiral dynamics is about, not individuals, they have no one to fight upward against, they run society.
  5. Its a central thing to green "Orange (Achievement): Values meritocracy, competition, and success; can use patriarchal structures for personal gain but also challenges them with logic, seeing value in ability over gender. Green (Egalitarian/Communitarian): Actively fights patriarchy through social justice, empathy, and inclusion; focuses on equality, though can sometimes get stuck in "us vs. them" dynamics against oppressors. "
  6. Which would point to "Green" dismantling the patriarchy.
  7. You're completely missing what she's talking about, it has nothing to do with gender roles. I suggest you re-read her previous post slower.
  8. Spiral Dynamics is only a theory
  9. ? Where did she mention institutions? By patriarchy, she's referring to the dynamic and mindset of society, not who are ceos and presidents.
  10. I'd suggest reading it again while being critical of your sexist claim.
  11. She's interesting personally, also the epitome of evangelical fallacy; never had a job, didn't marry until 33 to 28 year old kirk.
  12. What if we do it to make people angry? -he/him
  13. This is a lie told to the masses by all billionaires, his kids don't work and they're rich, their job is 'philanthropist', lol. He's donating his wealth to charities alright, his KIDS charities. His 'farmer' son also just so happens to be CHAIRMAN of Berkshire Hathaway, obviously an earned roll, lol, farming really taught him about hedge fund management 🤣. Charities are how wealthy launder money to avoid the 40% estate tax, they'd rather direct that 40% exactly where they want over 10 years running a charity than lose it in 1 day. His kids were millionaires from inheritance before buffett has even died. The tax strategy for the wealthy is to give the inheritance EARLY, they got theirs at 19, you save millions in taxes.
  14. He's got that actualized philosopher look. Do we need to start a gofundme for someone's bail on here?
  15. Phonetics would be pronouncing and speaking the language correctly and applying that to reading. English and Spanish are nowhere near the same phonetics. Pronounce this in Spanish; Jaimaica, Jose, Juan.... correctly like an H is phonetics. Reading it with the H sound is phonetics. You're admitting you don't need phonetics to read(understand writing, nothing to do with speaking or hearing others) 'Whole Word Method' does teach phonetics at the beginning, the issue in this thread is that people want a lot more focus on phonetics than what we've had. You have to learn phonetics to speak and hear a new word, that's what speaking is. Phonetics is thought to "decode" written language through the sounds of that language.

Dimitrious (James) Gargasoulas drove a Holden Commodore into Bourke St Mall, resulting in the deaths of six people and injuring 27 others. Seems like the lowest hanging fruit to me.... but hey, we're all righteous right
  17. 🍻 If you run across anything interesting I'm interested in it. What we need is a long term study following kids from preschool to a graduate degree.
  18. That's not an example of phonetics, it's memory. You remember phobia, gian, topiary, ulate.
  19. Which one of these was that? Adynamia Anecdotage Impignorate Syzygy Callipygian Floccinaucinihilipilification Kakorrhaphiophobia Accismus Agelast Bibble Cabotage Collywobbles Erinaceous Absquatulate Agastopia Convivial 🍻
  20. To read, or speak? Why would being around natives 24/7 make phonetics less useful for reading?
  21. I'm not being a dick, You're being religiously dogmatic and emotional because you think this 'breakthrough' vindicates your struggles with reading, you're playing victim.
  22. Without phonetics, you don't think you would have suspected music? Especially with context. You're GUESSING, like Leo with pigs. You focus on the study of French "que" sound? Again, this is an OBVIOUS example of low hanging fruit words, not any sort of understanding.
