Dancing takes lots of and fairly regular practice. The ones I go to go until 2 a.m.. time goes by fast, it's not really a bad indicator alone, some people only dance once a week or couple of weeks, so you go, maybe do a class at 8, take a break, and have a dance social until 2. Definitely some, some, foreplay but it was couples that I saw, most of the singles didn't dance that way except for the professional level dancers practicing.
