I love fasting. I think it has more than just calorie reduction benefits too, inflammation, disease, digestion,... But it's super easy, and i think it affects how you eat when not fasting. Just try to go a day with no food, do that a few times over a month, then try a little longer, more frequent, ..... the hunger goes away pretty quickly on a fast after you do it a bit. *You need electrolytes for longer fasts, I use electrolyte powder bought by a 1lb tub, there's different flavors. But, even just 24hr fasts would help you. Longer fasts are unnecessary for maintaining a weight.

I was at a buffet in a rural town, used the bathroom, noticed the guys not washing their hands after the toilet. Leo and Integral would be proud!

Normal dish soap isn't a disinfectant, it just connects oils and water, to get oils off your plate.
