Also seems like they are fairly fond of each other, having roughly the same opportunistic mindsets and having met each other personally in the past while also endorsing each other It appears there's going to be an axis of influence forming soon in the western authoritarian politics - McGregor as a president, Tate as the Prime Minister of UK and Trump as president, I estimate that I'm going to be either laughing or crying a lot in the next five years, the odds of both of these acts being about 50-50 I don't think McGregor nor Tate are going to succeed but shit, if McGregor succeeded he would be a fun president for sure. Pistol squats are easy it's just technique and balance that's difficult about them, once you got those down they are easy. But due to technique and balance factors it also makes them fairly ineffective, you could train the same muscles with couple of much simpler exercises, what are you training to be an athlete or to flex calisthenic tricks in front of your friends LOL If you gonna exercise you should exercise effectively. But I think most responsibility is just BS someone else enforced upon us and doesn't actually benefit an individual in any specific way, I tend to view the word "responsibility" as something rather repulsive and something to stray away from. And get to a place in life in which there's the least ammount of responsibility possible, while also living an enjoyable life

Yeah obviously if you take it to that extreme the nerves in the parts of your body which are staying stationary will start to deaden very soon, and then progressively worse and worse effects which we all probably know about will manifest themselves later on. No, good diet and being out in nature and getting enough sun is what's actually crucial for your health. Exercise is just a coping mechanism we've created in the modern age to offset all the "privileges" we've made for ourselves, such as sitting in an office, scrolling phone endlessly to see what's new in the social media matrix, having access to plentifull of tasty low quality food, breathing toxic car fumes, and plenty of other such priviliges. Notice that I never claimed that you shouldn't exercise. You'll never find such a thing in my previous posts. But hyping it so much is kinda cringe, especially justifying it by some numbers and percentages pulled from ass basically. Diet and sunlight exposure in nature is the king, not exercise. That's oversimplification

Lol we were not "designed to exercise". We just did whatever was needed to survive, if that required chasing down an antilope or a mammoth, then that's what we did. We never did even an ounce more than what was required of us to survive, and at large we used the rest of the time to do nothing and be lazy. Nowadays we have no real motivators like that (survival based), they're gone completely. Thus all these attempts at promoting exercise always feel rather empty. What does even "potential" mean in this case - that throught enough exercise you can.... do more and better exercise? LOL

Yes indeed, it is the boring stuff that always works.
