That is actually very accurate post, down to a tee. It is selfish and it is absolutely impossible for polygamy or any relationship other than "1 man + 1 woman" to work on a mass scale. It can only "work" for some normal people in an individual rare circumstances (but even then there's no proof of a such a relationship structure working long term, as in, for decades upon decades. There is zero proof of that in reality.) Or, when an individual, ussually a man, holds a significant ammount of power in a society and a society itself accepts or even encourages this behaviour from this particuliar individual. For example, sultan and his harem would come to mind, in that enviroment there would be enough stability to raise multiple children from multiple women seeing as it's accepted by society and other people serve you in raising them. Other than that, it is absolutely impossible, there has to be monogamy

I'd talk to you as I know that feeling all too well, but I can't send any messages

That's actually insane. This Lex Fridman guy would actually talk to anyone That he even managed to set it up, is almost comical -
LOL idk man. What a mystery. Let's think about it, hmmmm

Maybe, but I don't think icebaths are good for the health at all. And I guess you mean mental energy, because probably any old fart can have enough testosterone to go see multiple prostitutes, regardless of his health. He definitely does look a bit aged with that greyish beard as well, but not that much I guess since he's 49 apparently. Maybe he's doing other things right which counteract the ice bath stupidity, who knows

This sounds like a bit of a strawman, althought OP made that argument, I don't personally think "age of addition" would be a good full encompassing term for the age we are currently living in. Which specific era of history do you have in mind while comparing our time to an X time in the past? "Less than 100 years ago" means what? WW2, Great Depression? Human history travers constantly from times of prosperity and peace to times of war and death and then back to peace. The only constant of history that doesn't behave like a crypto chart is our technological progress during the last 200 years or so. Do you honestly know that tho, or is it just a catchy phrase you have memorized? Especially this one with our lives being better than a medieval king, seems easy to remember. You do realize a king owned literaly A WHOLE ASS KINGDOM LOL we can't even own our little petty boxes we call appartments and homes. King could do whatever and whenever pretty much as long as it didn't piss off his nobility (and therefore the army) or neighbouring kingdoms. We on the other hand can't even piss off our coworkers because they could notify your boss and suddenly that little wage would be in danger LOL In fact, medieval peasant lives are pretty competitive to ours in this regard, if you trully look at the stats. Better than medieval kings? Quite a stretch LOL -
This thread is a good read. A lot of both well thought out and thought provoking posts. Need to brush up on my understanding of geopolitics

None. The model looks too pretentious and simplistic to me. I am not higher nor lower in development than anyone on this Planet, nor am I better or worse of a human because of it. We just have different genetics and upbringing, that's all
-
@Sincerity Can't delete the truth from reality itself, unfortunately😥

Let's make an actualized.org chess app. We'd do monthly or bi weekly tournaments and whoever has the highest ELO by the end of that time period gets a free jab of DMT in the ass😂

But it is literaly constructed and wired in such a way to make you addicted, literaly. This is an undisputable fact. And the only reason for that is capitalism and an endless chase of profit. People 1000 years ago lived a better life than an average human today in some metrics. Search for yourself if you don't believe me. It doesn't matter what "rapid developmental growth" you're going to do, whatever that means. If you are literaly in a competition with a whole world while trying to find a job, house prices and rents are ungodly high and rising of wages can barely cover inflation, or not even that. "Laziness and cowardice" are at this point boomer talking points. Just complete brainwashing There is no conspiracy. It's just capitalism at play, plain and simple. -
So you're just playing long games against bots. Playing a 10 minute games against humans is a whole different ball game, it's very competitive on chess.com. These A.I. bots that try to imitate various levels of human ELO ussually do a pretty bad job at it, because they do it by making random blunders at random times, some of them too ridicilous for a higher rated player

We are first and foremost in the age of neo feudalism and I mean it literaly. You own next to nothing and you live to work pretty much. That's your average human nowadays -
Whatever diet you choose, make sure you do it as safely as possible, and keep doing blood tests regurarly to see whether you are not deficient in something

@Buck Edwards It really depends on what type of successfull people you are talking about. Are you talking about IG influencers? Celebrities? Popular Youtube content creators? Which one of them are you jelaous of? I think the deepest reason for that jelaousy is the freedom they get to enjoy, by escaping our modern rat race system of neo feudalism. But if you just understand that these people simply lucked out in many aspects of their life (don't believe the hard work myth) and that what you really want is the appearance of freedom they get to enjoy (they are still slaves in reality), you can strategically position yourself in life in such a way in which you become relatively free while not having to put in much work. If you just stop unfairly comparing yourself to these people then you can maybe start to think that way. -
Yes, and we shouldn't be taking yall very seriously. Unfortunately we do, as a society
-

Exactly this LOL unless the person won a lottery or was born rich, there is absolutely nothing to be jelaous of. Just a bunch of miserable slaves LOL -
Yeah people have fun everywhere but people's inhibitions or lack thereof can alter greatly depending on their location, I mean the saying "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" exists for a reason

Well, we do have the perfect teachers to learn the art of narcisism from

@Majed You're not going to become a rapper by going to some music institute, or have any success in music industry in general. You either have it in you and/or you're lucky in regards to connections. Or you don't. First you should find out whether you even have it in you. So you can try that and meanwhile you can study 1 hour a day, that's not so catastrophic of an advice
-
@Majed Economics and sociology certainly sound the most monetizable. It's certainly going to be easier than what you're studying now, I'm pretty sure. If you have no options in regards to what you enjoy then go for the easiest option (which is also monetizable)
-
Why are those the only options? Just having a normal job can be enough. It's not very likely you'll be able to monetize your passion anyway (if you have any, that is). If parents are pushing you towards academic success then screw them because academic success doesn't mean shit. If that's how they think you should say it to them bluntly like that.

Yes girls have been toxic to me during early puberty. I have been humiliated a lot by girls, called a loser, laughed at and so on. For no particuliar reason at all. One one them even lunged at me and started beating me up just because I said some word she didn't like or whatever, I did not return anything back and tried to play it off as cool, the whole room laughed at me afterwards But contrary to what you may think, I don't give a shit about any of this because the real reason why I don't like women software-wise is because I find them annoying in general. Just from the things you talk about, to the way yall talk about them, to the way you think. All of it is annoying to me. But I like the physical part very much.
-
Only sex at this point. I love women but only physically. I don't like the software. To be completely honest with you
-
It's honestly a completely irrelevant question and only made to discredit what I'm saying. Absolute majority of guys who are successfull with women wouldn't even be able to tell you why they are successfull with them (because they're successfull because of their looks of course) they certainly don't need some PUA MF to tell them how to. And most certainly don't need female friend to tell them how to either. But I'm sure you'll keep hanging on this point which I could not care less answering just to discredit me and stroke your ego in the process. T.L.D.R.. : "Attracting women" isn't something you're supposed to "learn" how to do. Even an idea of that is retarded
