I believe him. I don't think he would lie about this. Paranormal stuff exists and can be used for good and bad purposes. Tom Campbell talks about protecting people from voodoo wizards. And paranormal stuff is different from God-Consciousness, or you don't have to be spiritual to access it.

@UnbornTao I don't care about external validation at all, so much so that I might ask you to not read or comment here again. But if you do maybe actually try to read and understand the content of what I said. Also your idea of spirituality is just unhappy city people pretending to do something significant, when they're just pretending. "Be here now" type pretending. Like I told you I already breathe extremely slowly and shallowly from my stomach, except it's actually a delta or theta state, not something like a beta pretend self-improvement "happy and healthy" state. If I were to breathe it would be intentional pranayams. Also you saying my mind is "all over the place" is just you having trouble with assumptions.

You can conscious-ensleepen certain parts of the body where every spatial size of the body infinitely spirals out, is everywhere and nowhere, and everything collapses into nothingness. You do that with the nose and the nose at every scale of size, and then you no longer have a sense of having a nose. You do that with the lower back and then the lower back no longer has pain, or the lower back is asleep or completely put out of it. A total conscious sleep is where you would do this with the whole body. Doing this while standing up is the key. Nailing down what I already got lying down, and shifting it over to sitting, standing, and eventually walking positions and even running--full total relaxation and rejuvenation from running. A total reversal of evolutionary habit and human ordinary inertia.

Twenty minutes resulted in sufficiently seen skill of conscious relaxation. Here's the kicker: the problem was never not enough relaxation, it was the cause of physical pain and physical frustration you get if you remain conscious in the asana. If I remained like that for eight hours I would get enough relaxation, but physical pain would remain or a lack of physical restoration. Sleep is under usual habit required to "dislodge" the muscles from that through unconsciousness and disorganization, but now it must be over the next twenty-minute session learned to be done consciously and in an organized way. As regards to the visual-tactile connection I can say this: If energy is used to visually draw a shape such as a slanted line or a triangle or a pyramid even, then that shape will be tactilely felt in the body--undeniable connection. None of this is pretended in the "mind's eye", it's actually visible and actually tangible. Because of the storming of the visible energy, there is necessarily the cause or source of its energizing power and dynamic movement, it comes from "above" and affects the body too. When the visible energy is placed inside the body then it's even stronger, as now there is an "all-levels connection". Again we'll call the source the Bindu.

When the visual energy is big and bright enough and persistent in life enough obviously it electrically is strong enough to affect the rest of the mind-body-perception system and nervous system: the force responsible for such big and bright visuals gains entry to the physical body and to the mind, and the visuals seen in the eyes are causally next to everything else and can even be bigger and brighter than the normal physical sight and spatial orientation-perception. For the results of the twenty minutes: defect in relaxation acceptable laghima-sense as regards beginnings or degree of attempt acceptable mahima-sense somewhat defective but fully acceptable anima-sense Next twenty minutes will focus exclusively on how the pattern of energy responsible for both the visual and tactile effects (we'll call this the Bindu) can facilitate deeper, less defective relaxation in the hope of getting something more powerfully restoring and rejuvenating than sleep.

There's no contradiction between that and anything said. That's already what I do anyway, and it's necessary for the body to sleepwalk or shift off to other realities. Or relax the body as deeply as sleep consciously rather than unconsciously.

I mean actual physical sleep forgoing, yeah. When you go without sleep vital energies from all across the universe pour into your body, and you become sort of disconnected from the human experience but can view it from outside. And then as regards infinite interconnections of planet Earth sleep deprivation definitely seems to be related to that since you step outside spatiotemporal confines of the normal human perception human experience but can project yourself into all of it in all years, all densities and various eternal and infinite expressions and loops and stories and events, properties, qualities of consciousness. You can thrust yourself into all of it. *also I want physically tangible superpowers, so the physical vessel must push itself past the limits of human endurance, and past the limits of all logic and reason. The mind must push itself past the limits of all logic and reason and nest itself in a higher consciousness with a Force that governs and empowers.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with tinnitus whatsoever. In fact you can even develop it to be less noisy and more harmonious/musical. It (Nada, sound) is (begun to be heard as) of ten kinds. The first is Chini (like the sound of that word); the second is Chini-Chini; the third is the sound of bell; the fourth is that of conch; the fifth is that of Tantiri (lute); the sixth is that sound of Tala (cymbals); the seventh is that of flute; the eighth is that of Bheri (drum); the ninth is that of Mridanga (double drum); and the tenth is that of clouds (viz., thunder). He may experience the tenth without the first nine sounds (through the initiation of a Guru). The Yogi should always listen to the sound (nada) in the interior of his right ear. This sound, when constantly practiced, will drown every sound (dhvani from outside …. By persisting … the sound will be heard subtler and subtler. At first, it will be like what is produced by the ocean (jaladhi), the cloud (jimuta), the kettle-drum (bheri), and the water-fall (nirjhara) . … A little later it will be like the sound produced by a tabor (mardala, or small drum), a big bell (ghanta), and a military drum (kahala); and finally like the sound of the tinkling bell (kinkin), the bamboo-flute (vamsa), the harp (vina) and the bee (bhramara). You have to reach a certain point with philosophy and the intellect that it's transcended, you've seen everything, the contradictions of everything and the resolution of those contradictions, pattern recognition has been exercised enough and you can play the game, but you can rise above into a sor of luminous space of knowledge where all ideas are true, and you can approach everything from a higher view. Then you've risen above contradictions. You move out of falsehood and into truth + you see truth everywhere. There's a point in human games where you outgrow the game, but you can still compete with intellectuals fine. Like if someone read a bunch when they were young, goes off into the wilderness meditating for forty years, returns, but can still have a debate about what some critic is saying, "But this philosopher and this phenomenologist and so and such, blah blah." The wilderness man could still compete fine, because he actually read it and hasn't lost any of his rational faculty, he's just risen far above logic and reason. There's also probably a point in meditation too that's like this, where you rise above the meditation pretending that people do.
