The big cloud of light is a literal light you could see, and it's good. I'd also say the ringing is good, and the electricity is good. It means you're actually having a perceptual shift upward and expanding your perception and gaining access to energy and other planes, or working with the nervous system. There's no reason to be afraid of it, as materialism is untrue, and you can gain a much higher perception through accessing other planes. The different methods I gave, I'd say experiment with them in the order I gave and just see what they do and if you want to do them.
