  1. Your theory is flawed. The hand cannot type words on a computer screen without some conscious participation. You are this conscious participation.
  2. Then stop being a me that thinks it doesn't exist. Try not being.
  3. Do you celebrate Christmas? Do you celebrate Your Birthday or your child's birthday, do you buy your child presents at Christmas and tell it you bought those presents to give to another? Or do you mourn the passing of your loved ones? If the answer is NO to all those questions, then you have stopped believing. And you are nothing more than the living dead, a walking corpse. And the body knows how to regulate it's temperature, there's a built in controller. Just so you know.
  4. A belief disappears, then reappears, eternally as a self sustaining feedback loop. A belief is for eternal life, not just for Christ Mass.
  5. If you cannot know the unknown, did the known ever happen? Is there anything that can be known to be unknown?
  6. Leo on knowing you have a dinosaur in your back yard, did you at that moment of knowing collide with the infinite?
  7. Okay what I think is a human being is actually a fictional character I am dreaming into actuality. I don't actually know what I am except what I think I am, in other words, what I imagine I am, so I'm just playing the role of the character I am imagining to be. And that characters only real existence is in an image that I am looking at, I cannot see what is looking, only what is looked upon. But that's just an image of the imageless. I've dreamt the whole story of otherness, of every other character that appears to have a different body, because I can only see bodies, not the animation of those bodies. I had to become aware I was dreaming, to know I'd been dreaming, and not before. I had to wake up from the dream to realise I had only dreamt my entire reality. Or something like that.
  8. What death though? You have never known death. Have you?
  9. Is that like saying.. I am all the rotting corpse of God's body?
  10. I don’t know, that’s the dilemma, I know the concept, but I don’t know what it is.
  11. Does sense make reality? It’s hard to know anything from inside a brain. It’s hard to know anything from outside of a brain. inside, outside, where is that. 😵‍💫 That’s why animals are luckier than humans, because they don’t carry baggage around with them all day. Theres a place of perfect peace, but no human being seems to want to live there.
  12. Yes you do, we are walking on their dust. But what if the asteroid hadn’t hit, humans would never have existed would they. Also, if extinction is a real event, then anything that walks the earth must also be subjected to an extinction event, eventually. This extinction thing has always confused me. I mean what is God until humans wrote about God using words that they invented? I cannot grasp this concept of God only showing up at the same time language speaking humans showed up. I’m still trying to understand what God is, because no person who talks about God hardly ever mentions the millions of years that dinosaurs dominated the earth, and pondering as to the whereabouts or the whatnots of what God was supposably doing during that period. I would appreciate some help with my confusion. Thanks.
  13. Thank you ☺️ If there’s a right way or wrong way, I usually get it wrong. My memory is awful sometimes.
  14. I totally and absolutely agree with Leo’s proper response on this thread topic. 👍 Thanks. 🙏
  15. Sorry Leo, for getting it the wrong way round. I couldn’t find where I’d read it, otherwise I’d have gone back to check it before I wrote this thread. I would have checked first before starting this thread but couldn’t remember where I’d seen it written. Anyways, thanks so much for correcting my bad. Sincerely. 👍
  16. The computer says….To link infinity and death is often to reframe death not as an end, but as a surrender to the infinite, or the vast, unknown totality of existence. Philosophers and spiritual thinkers suggest that a fear of death stems from a fear of this surrender, but that by living fully in the present, death can become a gentle guidance into the eternal. I suppose I can live with that 🖕
  17. Ok this madness feels funky.
  18. Is there anyway to resolve this problem?
  19. Indeed. Who is minding the mind. Did I make mind, or did mind make I
  20. No one/thing is creating that impression. Any attempt to take a peep at the projector is impossible, as the projector just gets in the way.
  21. What you ought to be accepting is that nothing is alone. It's not the 'I' that is a solipsist. Solipsist is omnipresent knowing. You are this knowing that cannot be known.
