  1. Awakening is being conscious you are conscious. It is an awakening from unconsciousness. It makes sense, otherwise, what's the purpose or point in life at all unless you are aware of life. That's why the universe awoken from unconsciousness, simply because it could, and it desired it. Imagine life never knowing it ever existed, what a complete waste of time and energy that would be. All that matter just lying around unconscious forever, how dull and useless. So the good news is that nothing was ever dull, boring or wasted, and so here we are, now, and knowing it.
  2. Check to see if she's okay. This is the most purest of the pure truth, because love always wins. Just being aligned with the real authentic truth of your very being, is all that's needed and ever wanted. It is very rich, because none of us are a beggar in our own kingdom. We're each and all, a unique miracle of life, by just being here at all.
  3. You exist, as both body and mind and the awareness of both. Ultimately, you are your mind, you are the author of your own reality. You are not some passenger hitching a ride on and off your physical vehicle. You are literally the authentic sole driver of your physical vehicle. No one else drives your bus, but you.
  4. I think separation had to be, it could not have been any other way. Separation works primarily as a fundamental function necessary for the survival purposes of every living life form. The myriad of life forms that do exist, I believe, were not meant to discover their physical essence was built from the exact same ingredients needed to manifest all life forms, we now know as particles, atoms, electrons etc, etc, or whatever building blocks formed physical appearances in the first place, I'm no scientist. . I do understand that separate appearances had to be, and that each one is being a totally unique centre in it's own universe, completely sealed off from any other centre. I believe there are infinite I AM's and each I AM is a unique universe unto itself. So there are also infinite universes. Fundamentally, everything is manifest of the same one source, whatever source is, I don't know, I can't know source, because I AM source, that's all I know of source. Miraculously though, source was able to manufacture infinite individual unrepeatable unique life forms, that are each a one off, unique manifestation of the one absolute original source. How that happened, I've no idea, except that it happened, obviously. Ultimately, there is only source sourcing nothing but itself, in myriad of different forms. This I believe was never meant to be realised as Infinite Absolute Oneness, it was meant to give the impression of infinite multiplicity, which is ultimately the same as Absolute Infinite Oneness. So even as it is able to see through the illusion of separation it didn't change a thing. It didn't really matter, because Multiplicity was always going to be Oneness, or, Oneness was always going to be Multiplicity. It was always going to be the same switcheroo reality, no matter which way you chose to look at it. Anyway, this is just my theory based on my capacity to think and use linguistic language and to form some kind of sensibility and coherent meaning and purpose to the reality that is my life as an individual unique never to be repeated, I Am.
  5. I used to buy into the idea of no separate selves. But then changed my mind, I now see separation as an actual truth. For example: From the perspective of 'me' here, I know I am not someone else, nor is someone else me. Only I am being me. I am the centre of my own universe so to speak. No one else is experiencing the experiences I am experiencing. And because I know I exist, I also know other life forms are existing too. Like cats and dogs and trees, and people. While these other life forms exist, I am not them, I am not a cat, or a dog, or a tree, or another person. So I agree with the idea that Nonduality is duality.
  6. Have you seen an apple, or an orange, or a banana?
  7. That's like asking is there one of you, or many of you.
  8. In a nutshell, we are talking about the absolute truth of knowing you exist as a thinking being. It doesn't need to get more complicated than that simple absolute knowing.
  9. If you have anything of value to contribute to this thread topic, please do, I will be happy to read it, and respond accordingly. Otherwise, keep your non-dool battles to yourself, for yourself, whatever those battles are supposed to be, or mean to you. But personally I have no idea what you are talking about, and while we're on the topic, please try to adhere to the actual topic, as that would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your cooperation.
  10. The only absolute truth you know absolutely, is that you exist as a 'thinking being'. Everything else is linguistics. That's all I'm talking about right now. What's not to understand that you exist as a 'thinking being', absolutely. What would this truth be in opposition with, exactly?
  11. You are. And you know you are. It's absolutely known.
  12. That correction is incorrect. You cannot 'not know' what you already know. Which is right here and now, presently, in the immediacy of now, you know you exist, absolutely. You can't undo this immediate knowing. You can only know what you know, not what you do not know, because even knowing what you do not know is a knowing.
  13. You don't need to ask where knowing is taking place. Knowing simply is, without doubt or error. You know you exist. You cannot deny you exist. Knowing you exist cannot be unknown. Unknown, to me, simply means you do not know how you know you know. But that's irrelevant, because all you can know is that you do know you exist, because you cannot know you do not exist. I've been thinking about this a lot over the recent holidays, and have had a new epiphany into the insanity of denying your own existence.
  14. Body is known, in the exact same way the thought is known. This is how you know absolutely that you exist as a thinking being.
  15. You don't need a mirror to know you exist.
  16. This thread is about knowing you exist due to the irrefutable fact that you are a thinking being. It's got nothing to do with what did you know before birth. You cannot even know what has taken birth, or know what ultimately dies, all you can know is that you exist right now. It's to do with this immediate knowing, right here and now, presently. Right now, you know you exist. You cannot know what you do not know. You can know you do not know, but you cannot not know you do not know. You know you exist as a thinking being. That's an absolute truth, right here, right now, unavoidably so.
  17. You do not learnt to exist. So I disagree. However, I have no problem with your truth that knowing you exist is learnt. That's your reality bubble, not mine.
  18. Why are you now questioning whether or not you exist, isn't it obvious?
