You are both empty and full of where. Both, yet neither. -

Is there a witness behind thoughts, or is “I am witnessing” just another thought passing by effortlessly? -

This statement is very true. The Tao is never a fixed theory. A theory would only dam up the flow, altering what’s already past and gone, completely untouched. In other words, the Tao of reality cannot be freeze-framed into someone’s personal ideal theory. But yes, it seems we’re all just different authors appearing here, writing our unique stories using nothing more than pure imagination identical to stroking water-colour paint upon a flowing river. -

The point is to Surrender control. To let go of the illusion of control. The self-concept has no power to control anything. Let go of enlightenment and nirvana too. It’s all mental stuff. -

I’ll play too…the false attachment to “my” self died. That’s not running away from or bypassing anything, it’s living from real truth .. -

A flame is dependent upon and inseparable from countless conditions such as fuel, oxygen, thermal friction and so forth. Every flame continuously changes because fire depends upon conditions with no existence of its own. Since fire is not self-maintained it is impermanent. When conditions for fire are no longer present, we say the fire died. Yes, this is understandable, but it is important to see that each instant, the fire is a different fire, not the same fire. Furthermore, since an appearing fire depends upon conditions that are not considered to be fire, fire lacks its own self nature. After all, fire does not burn itself. So fire does not and cannot die as an entity that ever existed in and of itself. -

Because hysteria is just an integral part of living the burn that is life without fear, and notice how endurable the burn is. What doesn’t kill ya makes you stronger. Do what you love and let it kill you. -

Exactly! All form, both gross as in a tree, and subtle as in thought, depend upon innumerable conditions and are not the fixed entities that they appear to be. Nothing actually remains the same for an instant. What is perceived to be an unchanging object is on the contrary, an instantaneous, indivisible movement of disintegration and formation, even though this transience is imperceptible. It is in this sense that what is called death is also life, as the ongoing transformation of all phenomena. There’s no fixed observer, so yes, even the observer vanishes. -

Even consciousness is a word that has no own being or self-essence. -

The thought itself is real, we experience it in reality. But the content of the thought is an image literally, imaginary. When you think of a cup, you have an image of the cup in mind, but you cannot pour tea into it or drink out of it. -

All the names given to human beings are labels. The pronouns “I,” “you,” “she,” “he,” etc., are used to communicate. The events are happening in the moment. And if you really follow the “I,” it always comes after the fact and then creates a story. The “I” does not exist in the moment. Life really does flow freely. There really is no “you” running your life. -

You are a carbon based life form, programmed to ensure the survival of the species. The same as all other life forms. On a spiritual level what meaning is to be found in “ I Am “ ? No meaning….Just Being. -

Yes. Well said James. If we subtract the tendency to believe the “my” labels on virtually everything, what is there? Take away the layers of story and habitual appropriation of experience, and what is there? Don’t even call it “my” awareness and “my” consciousness, and what is there? Don’t claim the movement of the body, and what moves there? It’s important to recognise that imposed overlay of “my”labels to be a false attachment to illusion. Subtract such beliefs and live out the rest of eternity shining just as You are. This is not about getting rid of self, ego, I. Everything is already functioning properly without a self. Liberation is just this immediate natural state of pure being. It’s already life life-ing devoid of any “my life” conceptual confusion, ultimately beyond description. -

It’s what humans believe, unless of course you are not a human. And that’s why I’ve made the conscious decision to stop boxing with my shadow. -

If you’re identifying evil as a human perception, then obviously evil will exist as your own creation. If it’s not your own personal creation but you still believe evil is a thing , that’s only because you’ve heard about it by someone else, who told you evil does indeed exist as a conditioned human belief. So humans all agreed that evil is a thing. Anyone believing that evil exists on the human level is difficult to deny having first believed you have free will, where you are free to create evil as you perceive it to be. If humans exist, then evil is surely to exist, humans are stuck with their conditioned beliefs forever until death do they part from, because it’s just another idea so real as every other human construct. -

Look, even if I answered your question, it would just continue to obscure the actual point of this subject topic, and it’s becoming more and more clear and obvious that you would be totally incapable of being able to comprehend it, even when it’s presented to you.
