Not true lol, I have never entered a gym in my life except for one day, and I am skinny af and I eat anything and everything. I put like 5 sugar spoons in one cup of tea, min 3 cups a day. I never had diabetes, and I eat junk food and cola; I never got fat or got diabetes. I am not even like a normal person. I am skinny af.

I still think being a soldier there is a total waste of time in the time of peace unless your IQ is less than 90 then its not a waste of time

lol, dude, the guy who is asking is talking about joining as just a soldier and leaving in a year or something like with the obligatory service. I didn't mention the guys who are trained nor the ones who study in the army who are not just there to be a "man".

The army during peacetime takes people from the underclass and moves them up into the working class or the middle class; it's a training mechanism. Now the question is, why would someone on this forum who has been provided all the resources they need for creating the life they want go to the army? Lack of free will, Low IQ. The army is not as Important as you think it is.

It's for people who don't want to confront life and prefer to be told what to do. It offers comfort because you don't have to take risks or think for yourself; you simply follow orders. It caters to those who lack free will.

I think fasting alone makes them superior to people who eat everyday that's how I see it bec I value fasting a lot , look into the benefits of fasting , the mental ones specifically

I agree also they fast a lot due to not finding food so that helps as well , those tribes are superior to people who eat everyday 3 times a day and are sitting in front of a screen 12+ hours a day.
