If you make an identity through identifying with situations you becoming your false self which is based on these false patterns that are not based on love, joy, fulfillment and peace. God's premise is that you are love, joy, fulfillment and peace and you are these because you are, no conditions or evidence is needed to mirror yourself in the image of God which is made in love, joy, fulfillment and peace. And if you notice you do feel emotions of separation. No foul or condemnation.

@Something Funny because I’m not vegan it doesn’t mean I don’t have vegan days. Today I’m eating vegan. Tomorrow I’m not. The problem with you is that you think black and white. This forum has the inclination to call everything "shame" and "guilt" related when they don't understand the topic. If somebody is cocaine addicted, the negative effects of his drug abuse is not shame and guilt around his abuse. The topic is much deeper. It is a total bastardization of psychology. Personally I don't think they went on a side quests. They are trying to connect their fields of study and just brain storming. It is amazing that they do this for free and put it on youtube. Limits and boundaries are needed for finite things. I recently understood this: if there is no boundary to a body all of its energy would escape and nothing would be able to exist. That is why boundaries are important in relationships too. This was a huge blind spot for me thinking having no boundaries would maximize my potential. How wrong was I.
