I thought we could choose a day or two to fast and share our journeys here because fasting is so difficult. But I can spend the whole day maybe chit-chatting about God and not thinking of food.

@Indianonymous That sounds like a very typical stage Orange problem - Pleasure chasing, one after the other. Try to change the environment around you; you will probably see a change in your behavior. As I see it, you have the intent, but perhaps the environment needs an update.

@Lifelover88 Achievements also do not make one happy. We chase progress so much, but in the end, the happiness fades and you jump onto something else. Its very fleeting.

@Leo Gura I would challenge the Stage Orange view that one can be moral through secular human values, It makes one rather neutral and less sensitive than their immediate surroundings.

For Omega 3 intake I use seeds - Flax seeds.

Sometimes, pursuing God can cause emotional harm to a lot of close family members. Please, how can I reduce that? @Leo Gura
