If the material world is also a part of the Absolute, can our goal truly be to transcend it, or is it rather to find the Absolute within both the physical and the subtle? -

If everything is an empty hologram and the absolute always shines beneath appearances, how can we reconcile the profound sense of horror with the light of existence in our hearts? -

This inquiry revolves around the Christian God. At some point, God made the decision to create a material existence, which we can define as the moment when God brought creation into being. This acknowledgment indicates that a decision may not necessarily have been required, yet we accept that something significant occurred. This leads us to the crucial question: Why did God create? Several explanations often proposed seem inadequate: God created because it was lonely, because it desired to be loved, because it acted out of love, or simply because it could. These reasons do not hold up; even if God possesses the ability to do anything, that does not imply that God will act on all possibilities. Can God genuinely choose evil? Is there truly an option for God? Surely, God is complete and unified. If God had never created anything, would it not remain perfectly content? This prompts further questions: Why did God create anything in the first place? Why would God allow any form of temptation? Why is there a need for tests at all? Why grant the Devil any freedom to operate? Why place the Tree of Knowledge in Eden? Why create beings in God's image, and does that suggest the existence of things not made in that image? What is the rationale behind the distinctions made in creation, and why does any difference exist at all? Why did God take any time to act? Why allow the possibility for creation to disobey or defy God? If God creates, can those creations not be perfect? Why permit imperfection? How can an angel fall from heaven? We are left to ponder why God behaves or thinks in certain ways. Why did God choose this specific form of creation? Why two arms, two legs, and one head? Surely, other combinations of physical forms could have been equally effective, such as having three or four eyes. When considering the reasons behind God’s actions, one might conclude that God does not make choices in the way we understand them. God does not need to test or prove anything; it does not require validation, as all of creation is inherently known to God. Some argue that God foresaw the failure of its creation in the face of temptation. Why not respond to Adam and Eve with, “That’s okay, try again”? How can an absolute, infinite, divine, and perfect being experience anger or punishment? The most coherent understanding is that everything God has done is entirely purposeful. However, this leads to the question: Why couldn’t those purposes be different? Why must God act with intent, rather than allowing perfection to exist without interference? The only plausible reason for God's actions is that there was no other way things could have been. God does not make arbitrary choices or favor one option over another. While it may initially seem reasonable to describe God as possessing free will, this notion may ultimately be flawed. We can assert that whatever God has done, it has done so with intention, meaning that there are no random or accidental actions. This suggests a limitation on possibilities; God must act in accordance with its own nature, which defines what it means to be God. The prospect of not being God is not an option for God. We must consider that God cannot conform to any definitions that do not align with its essence, even though we may feel comfortable believing that God has free will and could choose any course of action. In truth, a divine and absolute nature may not function in that manner. Therefore, if God created humanity, it is because humanity is intrinsically part of God’s makeup. This leads us to conclude that God had to create humans as a fundamental aspect of its being. Thus, when God creates something, it is an expression of what God is. Every action taken by God is necessary for the existence of divinity. If this were not the case, a perfect and divine being could simply exist in its own perfect state without the need to create anything. The existence of something within God's creation is not an accident or coincidence; it arises from the inherent nature of God. Creation was made in God's image or likeness because it is impossible for creation to be anything other than a reflection of its creator. -

If this being is truly eternal and unchanging, how can it engage in the act of creation, which inherently implies change and movement? Could it be possible that the characteristics we attribute to an Eternal Being limit our understanding of its nature and capabilities? How do we reconcile the idea of timeless existence with the dynamic reality we experience? -

If eternity and infinity exist outside of time, doesn't that mean our finite experiences contribute to a bigger story? Instead of viewing concrete movement as insignificant, could we see it as an important expression of existence? Might this connection between the absolute and the concrete be where true meaning lies, helping us appreciate both the infinite and the fleeting moments of life? -

If the Absolute is entirely immutable and beyond time, how can anything else, such as the apparent reality of time and movement, exist at all? This suggests a paradox: if everything emanates from the Absolute, how can time and change appear to be real if they are fundamentally illusory? -

Thank you very much. To clarify, I compared the concepts of free will and determinism against each other and arrived at my own conclusions regarding whether God possesses free will. It appears that my conclusion leans toward the idea that God may not have free will. -

Indeed, I believe it's impossible to know everything with absolute certainty; there will always be a hint of faith involved. -

How can anyone be certain that God could not exist in a physical form for eternity? It might seem absurd, but it could indeed be the case! How can we know that reality is formless? Infinity might imply boundless power, but that doesn't necessarily mean God expands physically in all directions. Prove to me that it's impossible for God to be indivisible; for me, that sounds illogical. But perhaps God has existed in a form for all eternity, and we can't simply assume otherwise. Moreover, if you claim that God is made of the same substance as existence itself, that might not be accurate. God could solely exist in a form, with everything else being non-existent. -

That's a valid point, but the real question is: how can one be certain that they have truly attained a divine state without falling victim to deception and making erroneous judgments? -

I value this response, but who ultimately decides what defines greater intelligence in comparison to something else? -

Leo asserts that there is a background we refer to as space, and that nothing exists outside of it. But how can we be certain that this space, or whatever we choose to call it, truly exists? The mere fact that we can move around does not necessarily confirm the existence of space. Perhaps it lacks any tangible substance. If that's the case, how can we claim to be interconnected with everything around us?" -

Nothing is truly created, and by the way, one must demonstrate that space is infinite. -
