  1. Why do people get upset because I want to know the truth? Isn’t it obvious? Of course, one can still live even though existence is a mystery, but you have no right to complain about people who are depressed, because I didn’t choose this life! And I want answers about why I am here and what my fate will look like.
  2. I have always been trapped, and so have all people. We just want to know the truth. Is that too much to ask?
  3. I don’t care about the relative. I need to know the objective truth, and unfortunately, existence prefers to remain unknown. I’m glad the relative was enough for you, but it won’t be enough for me. We are different.
  4. A relative perspective can’t be known either, only to a certain extent.
  5. Yes
  6. But no one can know the truth, that’s what I believe, at least. I know that you say on this forum that you have the truth, but unfortunately, that isn’t true.
  7. Okay, but I don’t know anyone there. I don’t want to be alone when I get high.
  8. I don’t think it’s logical either, but as I said, I am a limited person, and who knows, maybe God is evil? We have billions of Christians today who say that you will burn in hell, so it’s not easy to let go of that thought.
  9. I am a person who must know the truth. I cannot live without it. I can feel happiness, but it will not give me peace. I fear the unknown, and nothing will change that.
  10. Yes, or that I will be tortured by God for eternity just because I did not believe in Jesus as the savior of humanity.
  11. I do not do illegal things😇
  12. It is obvious that you know how depression works. It is not something one chooses.
  13. I agree, but the problem is also the unknown. Life might get worse if we end it. This existence sucks badly.
  14. I know, but I need them.
  15. Crying inside for the rest of my life. I’m too afraid to take my own life.
  16. Why should I listen to you? What do you have to offer? Nothing. You can only speculate. If you don’t know exactly why existence is the way it is or if Jesus was a madman or if I will burn in hell or what exactly will happen to me when I die and what words will come to my mind just as I die, then I will not listen to you. I want to know 100 percent, not 99 percent.
  17. No, that is what you have unfortunately been brainwashed into believing. Just because you leave your body, which you may not actually do but it feels that way, doesn’t mean you have the answer to the nature of existence.
  18. I give up…
  19. If you say something meaningful, stop starting with speculation. I asked a question, and if you can’t answer it, please refrain from bringing in fictional characters into this thread. I want to know through logic, not through what someone has read or their own experiences.
  20. How could I possibly know that?
  21. Enlightenment is a construct. You will never get a complete answer about existence, even if it feels that way in the moment.
  22. Because things that do not exist cannot exist.
  23. I’ve looked at it, and it was very interesting but the question remains: why would God want to experience everything? And why would God need to switch bodies repeatedly to do so? It feels like an entertaining story but doesn’t necessarily offer a verifiable explanation of nature’s existence. Could God really have needs? I doubt it.
