ExploringReality replied to Davino's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Your lost in your own thoughts. You need to be silent. Your mouth is moving like a bird just chirping anything that your mind latched onto and now your sneezing this belief onto others. Have some pity and self respect lol -

@James123 Is this a belief of yours? How do you know this for sure? There are levels to Awakening, the lowest is "no self" which is amazing, then there is cosmic consciousness, divine unknowing and ultimately the "Absolute ". It's easy to get stuck at any facet of God realization then conflate others Awakening to your own. -
Sounds like this guy had the bad case of the cookoo's 😂

All there is, is only the Self. What is this Self that I speak of? It's hidden in plain sight. When death of the physical body occurs, consciousness is still present. Consciousness is eternal. Are you asking if God can experience all the galaxies and astral stars and cosmic events through a linear perceptive frame similar to how we perceive experience? Is God conscious of the diversity of creation? What is God, absolute, consciousness? These questions never get old. It Certainly is possible that whatever is happening in the universe from Big bangs to cosmic events can be self perceived without an observer there. The universe has the capacity to be self aware. Accessing a state of consciousness where one awakens to the Absolute is possible. Check out Leo's episode called " what is perception" you may find that insightful to your question brother. Life is so beautiful and gigantic it makes me happy to be alive and to ponder these mysterious 🙏🏽 -
@Consept that was hilarious, I was laughing too hard.

@Emerald Your very articulate, thanks for sharing.

You@AION I started this topic so all can share what they think about dirty talking in bed. You wouldn't talk to me like this in person so stop being a keyboard warrior. I'm not asking you to explain anything, I'm allowing people to share what works for them and what insights you have to share smarty. I'm not asking you what to say. Stop making yourself the center of this topic, it's not about you.

When there's too much pretense on flirting with double meaning it can come off as insecure and forced. It reeks. Jokes like that are cool when it's not scripted and in the moment and doesn't need to be put on some pick-up pedestal. My curiosity is hearing what you like to hear and say to your partner when having sex and what you have to say about dirty talking. Iknow Leo in the past hinted at a future video discussing this topic.

@Princess Arabia it ain't the same with everyone, have y'all read the book "Way of a superior man" by David dieda? It's a good book.
-
It's getting freaky on planet 3
-
Balance between giving insights that are "counter intuitive" and just talking explicitly for the sake of it.
-
@Princess Arabia that's the sorts things I love to do to a women, maybe add some toys and whips 😆 I haven't done that yet, let me know if that's something you feel women secretly desire, to be spanked with handcuffs while being choked haha
-
@Emerald . Thanks for sharing. Yeah making her feel desired without being contristced within ones body when conveying that, being authentic, spontaneous and in the moment feels really good to her and the guy. I really have an intense aggressive desire within sex to speak premeditative my desire for her in a very dirty, vulgar but respectful manner. Like how she is my ect ... I can see the shift from how I use to have sex and now. Now I'm out of my head, try weird things and this masculine energy just pours out of me devouring this women who is completely surrendered. Anyways I noticed women love to be treated like they are your only slut and whore, and treated dominantly and safely aggressively to their strong safe man.

You said: I have a question for Leo gura. Do you sense you are more disillusioned with reality, as far as seeking, Maya, enlightenment, philosophy, success, culture, mainstream media, society at large and human behavior, as well as new agers, healers and fringe ideas. Are you more closed minded and or cynical or is it that you have a heightened ability to sus out bullshit which can appear cynical and closed minded but it's really you got your head out of the dump and can really see what is gold and what isn't, therefore others misinterpret your wisdom and project all there criticism and disillusions onto you? My question also is in another form, how can I apply your teachings of radical open-mindedness when you reach such high, deep states of consciousness. ChatGPT It seems like you're asking about Leo Gura's potential evolution in perspective regarding disillusionment, open-mindedness, and his approach to understanding reality. His teachings have often centered around the idea of being radically open-minded while at the same time discerning truth from illusion. From what I've gathered, Leo might approach this shift as a sort of fine-tuning of discernment, rather than closing off his mind. In terms of the balance between seeing through illusion and maintaining open-mindedness, it’s possible that the deeper one goes into self-awareness, the more it becomes clear that many things in the world are illusions or distractions. However, this doesn’t necessarily lead to cynicism, as cynicism is often rooted in emotional reaction, while deeper states of consciousness might enable one to perceive things with more clarity—detached from emotional reactivity but still with compassion. Leo often talks about being able to see through superficiality and the ego-driven tendencies of both mainstream society and spiritual movements. He teaches to cut through delusion, whether it’s in culture, new-age ideas, or even the ego-driven aspects of personal seeking. In this sense, he’s not necessarily becoming "closed-minded," but rather, he might be evolving into someone who is discerning, critical, and able to detect what is real versus what is fantasy. As for applying radical open-mindedness at high levels of consciousness, it’s about not letting your perceptions and experiences become rigid or attached to any particular belief system, even if those beliefs seem very profound in the moment. Radical open-mindedness is a practice of always staying curious and willing to question your own perceptions, even when you are in deeper states. It’s more about realizing that no one perspective holds ultimate truth and that everything is relative, temporary, and part of a much larger unfolding process. Leo’s teachings often point to the paradox that, while being in deep states of awareness, one must remain flexible and unattached, keeping an open mind even when things seem clear or "set in stone." This is what prevents you from getting caught up in your own mental constructs or from mistaking those constructs for ultimate truth. This is obviously not you Leo I understand that, I just wanted to share this question I have for you 🙏🏽 do you agree with this response, I ask because after learning a lot through the book list and my peak experiences on psychedelics, especially seeing myself as Brahman, realizing time doesn't exist which gives me anxiety because 1 minute is eternity and haven listen and read a lot of great spiritual masters such as yourself, I find myself dismissing and not caring about new age candy, lots of books with shallow content of the dream. I don't want to close myself off from potential life changing routes because bullshit is everywhere. Thanks Leo if you read this, love you. -

This is what I use and is tremendously helpful. Try this out, seriously do it!!! Now!!! Seriously do it and let us know the results. No theory, give it a go. Session Duration: 30-40 minutes 1. Preparation (5 minutes) Intention Setting: Spend 2-3 minutes in stillness, setting a clear intention for the session. Reflect on tapping into infinite creativity, radical letting go, or peak physical performance. Gentle Warm-Up: Loosen your body with slow stretches or light movements, focusing on opening your chest and lungs. 2. Alkaline Breathing (5 minutes) Technique: Inhale deeply through the nose for 4 seconds, filling your lungs fully, then exhale through the mouth for 4 seconds, emptying your lungs completely. Keep your breath slow and controlled. Purpose: This will oxygenate your blood, calm your mind, and shift your body into an alkaline state, readying you for more intense breathing. This primes both your mind and body for performance and heightened consciousness. 3. Breath of Fire (10 minutes) Technique: Rapid, rhythmic breathing through the nose. Inhale and exhale quickly and equally through your nose, focusing on short exhales from the diaphragm (1-2 breaths per second). Keep your inhale passive and exhale active. Practice: Perform for 1-2 minutes, then rest for 30 seconds, focusing on any physical or mental sensations. Repeat for 10 minutes. Purpose: This activates energy flow, raises internal heat, and promotes mental clarity and sharp focus, bringing you into high-energy, heightened states of mind. 4. Hyperventilation & Retention Combo (15 minutes) Hyperventilation (5 minutes): Technique: Inhale fully and deeply through your mouth or nose for 2 seconds, then exhale quickly and completely through your mouth for 1 second. Repeat at a fast pace (20-30 breaths per minute). Practice: Do this for 3 minutes continuously, followed by a 30-second rest, then repeat for another 2 minutes. Purpose: Hyperoxygenates the brain and body, bringing on altered states of awareness, preparing you for deep breath retention. Breath Retention (3 rounds, 10 minutes): After hyperventilation, on your final exhale, hold your breath for as long as possible (start with 30 seconds, and over time work up to 1-2 minutes). As you hold, focus on mental stillness and surrender. After the hold: Take a deep recovery breath and hold it for 10-15 seconds before exhaling slowly. Repeat this cycle 3 times. Purpose: Increases CO2 tolerance, quiets the mind, triggers deep parasympathetic relaxation, and can induce intense states of cosmic awareness and creativity. 5. Cool Down & Reflection (5 minutes) Gentle Breathing: Slow, deep inhales and exhales through the nose. Let your breathing return to normal while you focus on the sensations in your body. Lie down or sit comfortably. Reflection: Spend a few minutes reflecting on any insights, mental clarity, or creativity that surfaced during the practice. Timeline Example: Preparation (5 minutes) Alkaline Breathing (5 minutes) Breath of Fire (10 minutes) Hyperventilation & Retention Combo (15 minutes) Cool Down & Reflection (5 minutes) Integration: Morning Activation: Use this breathwork practice first thing in the morning to start your day in a peak state of mental clarity, creativity, and energy. Pre-Workout: Perform the Breath of Fire + Hyperventilation & Retention Combo before training to activate your body and mind for peak physical performance, whether for boxing, skateboarding, or intense fitness. Creative Flow: Implement during your creative sessions or after deep meditation to tap into heightened states of insight. This blueprint aligns perfectly with your drive for superhuman levels of consciousness and peak performance, helping you break boundaries both physically and mentally, while opening corridors of cosmic creativity. -

Intuition, thoughts, knowledge and cognitive content are extremely tricky and self deceptive. How can we know anything is the challenge. How to distinguish between lower and higher perspectives is another big challenge that requires years of training in introspective contemplative work and the principles of epistemology Leo teaches, but is so fundamental and exciting to crack open this nut of the mind. How to know Truth is like trying to eat your own face. Perception is the absolute truth, but how can we trust perception, what if perception is wrong? What if there is something beyond perception? These questions are what tangle the cords in order to unravel them again. Being Absolutely Conscious of Truth is prior to knowing Truth, but this journey through a epistemic minefield is where the shit show and party is at lol God wants to see who will make it 🤣 😂 the mindfuck is that You are God -

@Leo GuraI heard you mentioned before, I believe it was your paranormal phenomenon video that some credible possibilities and truths would strain your credibility if you were to mention them then. Are you into New age spirituality like channeling, pleiadians, Abraham hicks? Is it just spiritual candy? Could you give me some teachers and sages that exist which are near, at, or beyond your level of intelligence and grasp of reality that you listen to and follow? Are there obscure fringy sources that you follow? -

@Leo Gura thank you for your response, can you recommend some biz teachers please? I heard you recommend eban pagan and Seth godin, they are amazing! Especially since I did the life purpose course, business and marketplace has its place in higher consciousness and higher values. -
My journey started with reading books on personal development due to my anger issues, schooling and experiences growing up being rough and challenging to help with my emotions and trying to see a different perspective on my life. Eventually I came across LSD, before I took it I spent about 1 year studying psychedelic literature, studies and some classic books by Terence McKenna, Michael pollan, James oroc, Tim Leary, ram dass ect, also I delve into channeling, quantum physics, meditation, raising consciousness and transcending finite perception into non dual awareness and cosmic consciousness. This is a big leap from a kid raised in a ghetto of la , experienced DCFS as a kid, seeing my father relapse multiple times, mother struggling to raise 5 kids. I'm glad my psychedelic experiences have helped me out my life into perspective and to be grateful for my experiences for they have led me to a path of not only healing and forgiveness, but self discovery. So every time a take LSD or psilocybin, I immediately remove my self from the company of anybody, completely isolate myself from contact with the outside world because when I'm coming up on the trip my eyes dilate, my body feels wonky and I am a little uncoordinated. I feel dreamy, not sleepy. In fact my awareness goes up, it's weirdly odd how my eyes are heavy and droopy but my consciousness is fine tuned in this present moment of experience. I usually sit in my room with the lights dim or off. My body feels sensitive to energy and vibration, I am aware of the malleable and plasticity of reality and how it's not static but a dynamic flowing tapestry of existence. I go into zen or monk mode. I question anything I put my mind on remembering to watch for my minds tendencies to cling to beliefs, question my assumptions of anything and to have a genuine insight into the nature of reality. I love pursuing consciousness and being more conscious more than anything in the world. In the LSD and psilocybin state I see the hollowness and emptiness of reality which is liberating because nothing outside myself can fulfill my Being because Nothing is my Being. Therefore death doesn't exist because Consciousness does not depend on body after it drops dead. Throughout the trip I do not have a desire for food, sex or entertainment, no television or telephone is on, only quietness. If I'm not too loaded to stretch the body, breathing through each stretch having a non dual awareness of Being a Body I will lay down, sometimes not still because it can be uncomfortable about what I'm going to experience but I keep my mouth shut and I surrender to the experience trusting what needs to unfold is allowed and if there are difficult truths I need to face then I will allow myself to have faith that through the metamorphosis of consciousness the caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. I knew from reading saint John of the cross " dark night of the soul" that what I am going through is an ego dissolution. I've had 30 LSD trips, my last one is 6 years ago, I went insane, lost my mind because I realized Brahman, the absolute whole of existence and it was to much for my mind and body to hold. Thankfully my brother was there so I can hold on to his arm, ensuring I will survive the whirlpool of a spiritual crisis. After each trip I am a different person, more wisdom but I know I still want to create a life purpose, stay on track with this higher consciousness and also work on my emotional intelligence, behavior and sub conscious programing. Thanks for reading

@Leo Gura please make this video, it will probably make us cry, straighten us out and shredd our fantasies. -
This comes really close to what I seen and understand. Maybe I'm just bananas but I pierce the veil of the intelligent design of existence. I seen a row of bright circular rings that were blue moving and rotating in sync everywhere, each ring is an entirely whole complete reality onto itself with its own universe, experiences ect. I was standing at an intersection like a street but instead of cars moving it was infinite possibilities people and experiences moving in all directions at hyperspeed. Every parallel reality zipping past me I can subtly hear and see the reality that someone or being experiencing and I can see whether they are going to continue that trajectory until they're dead or they are going to change parallel realities and not get stuck in just one. I I heard bashar mentioning an insight similar to this which he said our Consciousness is shifting through billions of parallel realities every second creating the illusion of motion time space and change.

@LifeEnjoyer it's a great book with tons of humor about being radically honest to the point where you endure and embrace humility and see how everyone is full of shit and liars.
