Of course duality is inherently inseparable from non Duality, but don't confuse relative with Absolute. Don't conflate the Absolute with duality even tho they are one, there is the little one and the big One. Paradoxically. Reality is Paradoxical in nature is the reason you are stuck at the level of words.

These are your core assumptions. That's okay, but I suggest you start there, self inquire into your entire framing, wording and deeply held beliefs. Question yourself, try to prove yourself wrong and step in the unknown. Keep questioning, great! But question your own skepticism and questioning framework

@Princess Arabia Basically the present moment isn't confined to linear time, past, present, future. The present moment is the beingness of Reality. And it's infinite. This moment right now, no matter where on earth or space, is the same now moment of existence because there is only One. It just appears linear within the dream of physical reality, but it's the same moment from a different point of view. Like a TV, all the channels are simultaneously co existing

Being, right now!!! Is your direct experience. Is it not? You exist as pure presence. You are Being. Being is the absolute Truth!!! But you are not conscious enough to understand the true nature of Being. You are Being exploring itself through a multitude of perspectives. You have mistaken your true self for the identity that you are programmed with since birth because You want to play the game of forgetting, creating and imagining everything that is separate from you but is really not.

@Princess Arabia Yes, on the absolute level, ego, truth, and self are all appearances within what is. But that realization doesn’t negate the value of aligning one’s relative self with truth. It refines it. Saying 'there is no truth' is itself a truth-claim. So even in the dream, discernment matters Truth is what is the case! Your actually being redundant in a twisted way by saying "truth doesn't exist, only what is", but what is, must be the case right? That's Truth

@Princess Arabia The mind uses patterns of language and meaning makings , symbols and words to construct an identity that isn't really there, I mean the self image of yourself echoing in your consciousness. The body is not you. The voice in the head is not you. That voice that you take to be yourself using words is actually an idea that you hold onto so dearly because it keeps you above the abyss of Reality.

Reality is a paradox. The rational mind cannot comprehend the complexity and simplicity of reality. Enlightenment is nothing but loving Truth that it kills your ego. Not fulfilment, fantasy, happiness or any of that malarchry. Spiritual enlightenment is Being in love with Truth.

The Left and Right are two wings of the same bird of prey. Both feed on division, identity, and fear. One weaponizes progress, the other weaponizes tradition. Neither is truly interested in Truth, they're addicted to being right. Most of these ideological battles are just personal pain projected onto the collective stage. You’re not watching debates. You’re watching wounded inner children scream at each other with adult words. Everyone’s fighting about facts, but very few understand the mechanics of belief, identity, and mind itself. If you don’t master how you construct “truth,” you’re a slave to ideology Left or Right Civilization is going through a psychedelic bad trip. Everything happening, from cancel culture to QAnon to gender debates to deep fakes to mass hysteria is what it looks like when a species starts confronting the illusions of its own mind. This is the collective ego death before a potential rebirth. We are in The Bardo. Between what was and what is trying to be born. The world doesn’t need more opinions. It needs more consciousness.

The absolute truth is that all of this is Consciousness playing with itself, exploring identity, polarity, unity, and transformation. But most minds are too fragmented or reactive to see the game they’re caught in.
