Have you had a significant breakthrough in your consciousness before? A psychedelic experience? I'm not talking about feeling good, or seeing something foreign, I mean a complete break from ordinary perception and senses. That happened to me, I had a spiritual existential crisis that completely shattered my entire world view, ideology, and perception of the world and Self. I cannot live like a normal person because I value Truth, Understanding, Consciousness, High states of consciousness and philosophy. I can do the normal things like sex, party, socialize and do the family thing but it's hollow and I see through the sham of modern society. I can't not listen to actualized.org, Alan Watts, Ramana maharashi, ect ... I enjoy serious inquiries and exploring reality over partying and distractions. You will get ego backlash and your life unfolds in chapters and phases. Stop looking for a spiritual achievement that you don't have. Try to refrain how you think and be open to the possibility that everything you think about your journey is ass backwards.

I've been listening to 528hz, 852hz, 432hz, solfeggio, and tuning forks ect... And I love listening to them and researching the effects and meaning of each sound Hertz. I pretty much listen to these all the time, during work, at home, while I'm skateboarding and of course during meditation and kriya yoga. Is it bullshit that 432hz is the vibrational tone of the planet earth? That 528hz is the love frequency? That the soundscape of 852hz is designed to activate and awaken your Third Eye, allowing you to tap into deeper intuition spiritual awareness, and inner wisdom? It is said that the 852Hz frequency is known for its ability to open the Third Eye, dissolve mental blockages, and help you connect with higher consciousness. Is this true? No speculation or guess work, I'm seriously asking. This one I really love listening to, I do get a shift in my state of consciousness hearing it.

have you read the other books by satana gamana? I've been getting serious results from doing kriya pranayama and getting into the parvastha state but I got sidetracked with survival. I'm getting back to it.

It is true that all music uses frequencies and that they can be lower or higher frequencies. Aren't the music we listen to have intentionality to the effects it will have on someone's mind and emotions? Is thinking in terms of high vibration and frequency as opposed to lower frequency or energy correct or just groupthink?

Appreciate you Leo. It's so easy to get sucked into the echo chamber of listening to people say all kinds of spiritually sounding concepts around binary beats and frequency hz. The entire Internet is saturated by marketing hijacks. It's a filled niche with all kinds of spiritual hooks that sucker people into a form of fake spirituality. People thinking they're spiritual because they listen to 528hz.

This too shall pass. The mind is very powerful, it can cause actual physical effects like this force to eat. I've felt this before through fear. Fear of something happening that you don't want to happen. Your kid is consumed by fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of failure and fear of death. But don't panic. Breathe. Try to eat different organic fruits. Chia puddings with frozen fruit. Green smoothies are delicious I don't know if you can lol. Try to self soothe yourself, if you need to talk there are some genuine people here and you can talk to me. We're all here for each other

I'm in a room looking at doors, windows, pictures, lamp, shelves, walls, books, cabinets. Even abstract things like thoughts, colors, sensations and perception. Everyone of these things has an overarching context that holds it in awareness. The mistake is for me to say the ultimate ground or context is the room I'm in, then the city, then the planet, then the solar system. It may be relatively and I play that game. But is the room of my house the context for my present experience? Is it the solar system? A context is a line drawn in consciousness. It's the boundary that creates the illusion of these wiggly lines into a coherent state of consciousness. A context is not anything really. I honestly do not know what a context is. It's like trying to stand on infinity. What is the substance of a holarchy? Ken wilber expands on these ideas. Check him out.
