balance always... i view the use of cannabis like using anything in life just like we´ve developed the habit of checking our phones every 30 secs i learned to ask myself why do i wanna smoke and if the Now is supporting that in a balanced way i used to smoke a lot in the past as a escape goat of reality now i´ve reached a point where i feel high even i´m not high Life is Good 🙏

in my experience i´ve noticed cannabis helps me become more attuned with the Now (probably because of the relaxation effect) i´m usually hyper active, so it slows me down a bit in a good way... i´m still productive , just more calm by the way: before i knew what mindfulness is, i had tried cannabis and i thought it made me anxious, when in fact it was just showing me the anxiety underneath the surface... how does it feel for you?? 🤔
