this question has kept me awake at night since i was little. what´s the purpose of sleeping? for Consciousness i mean.. if the physical body is an illusion where Consciousness "goes" or rather what is "doing" when we sleep?

what are other forms of Consciousness knowing itself? beyond language, symbolism, thinking, feeling, understanding? what i mean is.... is there a form of Consciousness knowing itself beyond imagining separation??? i mean, what would there be left to do if Infinity is Absolute for Eternity... "space-time is being created, which at some point will disappear, like everything that appears." my question is: if everything that appears must disappear at some point how will i now myself or what will i become after this "physical" body dies??? impossible to sleep

the insight i had after watching this last episode is basically this: fundamentally we know very little about reality. collectively we have reached a point where we are starting to become aware of the limits of not science necessarily, but the way we´ve been doing science. so the point would be to realize that there is a more expansive and wholesome way of doing science? and that this wholesome way could be by firstly, recognizing how our assumptions are limiting the way through which we understand the world and ourselves? what are the thoughts? ps: i remember this one time in high school during biology class, my teacher said that science was able study all this aspects of life but it was never able to give a definition of what IS life itself, i asked her what it was and she also couldn´t give an answer, i never forgot that... now i know why lol

is it really illogical to question what´s beyond what we´re currently experiencing ? if there´s even anything at all beyond everything we taste, touch, see and hear... joe dispenza talks about "what´s the sensation your body occupies in space?" my point is... how the hell will i know myself without perception? what it will feel like? i don´t need an answer, just like asking questions...

do you think after death you become so Conscious that you´re able to "choose" the next realm we want to experience??

okay, i can see that but at the same time have you ever wondered why it´s kinda hard to find people who also see this these days? why does it have to be like this? why realizing God couldn´t be easier? lol ps: have you ever wondered how Consciousness could´ve dreamed up your life at any moment in time but it chose exactly this moment we´re living in ? i keep thinking about these things.. and i also don´t experience any coincidences in my life....

recently i had this insight: is it possible that by abandoning ourselves (in subtle ways that we´re not really aware of) we begin to resent ourselves and become selfish? like we´re being selfish to ourselves by denying our true nature to be expressed in the world and it reflects on the way we treat people and how we show up in the world... been thinking a lot about this lately and i would love to know some of your thoughts on this topic... Thanks

yes, i´ve been thinking a lot about this idea of understanding and how in our experience we are only able to grasp concepts when there is an "opposing" concept, and also the whole notion of differentiation...

isn´t it crazy to think that most don´t achieve their potential? why would Consciousness imagine into existence a reality where most people don´t get to realize they are God???

if Consciousness can imagine whatever it wants into existence, why did it imagine me exactly the way i am and not something else? i´ve been sitting with this for a while and it´s so hard putting into words the sensation of exploring this, i hope someone out there also relates to this
