Guys i am doing nofap challenge. But now and almost whole day i have sexual thoughts about my aunt. I can concentrate on diferrent thing but then i still return in this sexual thoughts... What can you recommend me in such situation?

Guys sometimes i lose with authencity. For example when friend or family member asks me to help him/her i am just saying:" i am lazy to do this." And they are upset and so many such situations. Honestly my heart want to say 100% what i think but it seems inadequate sometimes. What do you think? Does authencity needs balance?
