My life purpose is to make self-help channel. But i don't have educations and also don't read so many books. And i have fear that with only observations and contemplations and listening to others don't make me unique. I think what i know this know every person who are interested in self help. I've almost solved people pleasing, but i always see myself as child. Relationship with adult was always hard for me and i was shy. And my appearance is also childish and maybe this is reason. What can i do about this guys? Is it familiar for you?

I am trying to build capital for my life purpose with low paying job as casino dealer. And my casino is most normal I don't have other ideas of jobs for me.

I work at one small room with the group. And when you open the door people smoke directly in front of room. Windows can open only half not fully. They are open but smell Is still. I am new here. I can't tell them just don't smoke here because so here are big group and everyone smoke except me and 1girl. What can I do? It's very harmful and I really care about it.
