I've read topic about your regrets in life in this forum. So many people wrote about meditation and yoga but guys if I'm broke and don't have girlfriend why do I care to make yoga and meditation. 1year daily I made kundalini yoga but for several months I stopped it. I just make sometimes Joe Dispenzas meditation. Will I regret it?

@Something Funny yeah. It made me new habits during interacting. For example talk with smile, touching others, also loud voice. Not real impact I'm still lonely and miserable but it changed my small bad habits with good ones. Worth to try. If you will not like you can return your money back

After moving to another city, I lost all my past relationships. I don’t even have one friend to talk to now. On the other hand, I do approach girls and have plenty of small talks, but it doesn’t change anything — I still feel completely alone, and it really hurts.
