With calm mind i always think that my life purpose, and spiritualism is much more important than other things. But i have big desire of good communication skills and sex. Can you tell me why do i want this so much and how to solve this?

I have apple garden. There are 6kind of Bio apples in my garden. animals loves much more red ones than green or yellow ones. In the agriculture exist belief that animals eat those fruit which are healthier. So my answer is red.
