@Sandroew haha I am sure Rob Schneider would be proud that he made it onto a self actualisation forum! -
@Davino How does one do that? Sounds crazy cool! DMT?
-
@Leo Gura For example, 2 rounds each month. Is this still very effective?
-
@Leo Gura Do I need to do those 10-20 in a row to be more effective or can I space it out a bit more? I like the passionate attitude though!
-
@Leo Gura Just one question, can't find a clear answer in my research, is it still valid to do 2 rounds every few months? Or is it ineffective to only do 2 with such a big gap in between. Reason is, the supplements are quite expensive, so just want to space things out.

Hey guys, hope everyone is well! I want to start reading a little bit of stage yellow style topics, just to start introducing my mind to it more gradually as I develop (still mostly orange and green for sure) and I wanted to know if anyone has some good books that would be a great place to start?
-
Also, @Leo Gura, I am 26 years old, is it worth starting rounds of chelation at this age?
-
@Leo Gura Obviously it wouldn't be the best podcast to go on, but more from the perspective of seeing how different Spiral stages interact, I would be so curious what would happen with you on the Nelk Podcast. I am just so curious and intrigued to witness how different stages would react to your depth and wisdom.

I just recently finished watching the video "The Radical Implications of Oneness" - blew my mind away. One question for @Leo Gura - does this mean that what I am currently experiencing as the purely subjective "I am", is the only one happening at the moment in the whole universe? So if for example, I am sitting talking to my girlfriend, the subjective experience I am having with my body and my life history, sitting looking across at her, she (or the I am from her point of view let's call it) is not having that experience at the same time? My "I am" experience is literally the only one occurring at this given moment?

It's kind of crazy cool to think that now if I am speaking to another human, that it's just me inside them, experiencing a different point of view (different body, life history, ego etc.) -

This video truly just opened my eyes to the potential of Truth that could be discovered wow, both frightening and exhilarating. -
Ever since Leo announced the geography challenge to watch a documentary about every country in the world, I have been watching one to two countries each week and I must say it has been EYE OPENING AS F**K to see just how other beings experience this reality. I am busy watching El Salvador and it blows my mind to see just how bad life can be for some people. What we experience in our own countries truly is 1% of what's out there. Anybody found particular countries eye opening?

@OBEler How do you know he can't take psychedelics anymore? Did @Leo Gura say something about this? I'm curious.
-
@Leo Gura Might we get a slight hint about the theme of the book you are writing?... I am very curious and excited.

Hey guys! Would love to connect with people in my country, is anyone in the community from South Africa?

The idea of enlightenment has always seemed like the craziest cool thing when described, and I am extremely keen to reach those levels one day. I have a question, which as a newbie, often comes to mind: If enlightenment isn't an "experience", and when it happens, the colours/perceptions/visuals/feelings etc. don't change, then what "changes" or "occurs" or "happens" for there to be the recognition that enlightenment occurred that might cause one to say to their friend/journal, "After years of work, enlightenment occurred." This question often makes me wonder.

I want to setup a time in the next few months where I just sit and be for 12 hours a day doing nothing, sitting on my couch, for 10 days straight, only eating maybe at the beginning and end of each day. The goal is to connect with pure being as deeply as possible. Is this guaranteed to produce powerful results or is it a potential hit and miss?

@Nemra I've been building up daily concentration with a metronome for a few months. I also have been doing what I call pure being, which is just to sit and be present in a room and nothing else. This is what I want to build up to 10 days over time. -
stephenkettley replied to stephenkettley's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura The idea would be to push myself to sit for the 10 days and be aware of being present in the room and getting in touch with what is around me in as focused a way as possible -

F*******K I just know enlightenment is going to be the biggest mind-fuck of my entire existence and it's going to be nothing like I ever imagined in the decades up until it occurs. -

@Leo Gura Oof tough answer. But definitely the Truth. That lack of guarantee is what makes the work so deep. -
@Leo Gura You are absolutely right. I think my answer is to find the appropriate balance each week over the decades. Thank you!

Hey everyone! I often feel hesitant to pursue life purpose because I have this mental block of having to postpone my reading and study of spirituality and epistemology and all the exciting, deep elements of self-actualisation for it. So I essentially find myself putting off the more material pursuit of life purpose out of fear of falling behind on the growth in the rest of self-actualisation. In a sense, I feel attached to studying and embodying all these other exciting things and so I struggle to decide to commit a few years to life purpose. Currently, I am 26 years old. Has anyone else struggled with this? Any interesting thoughts or advice?

@Javfly33 I would definitely not just sit on the couch but would stand at regular intervals and sit with healthy form! -
Anyone remember that crazy moment when the concept of living out a life calling and creating a life purpose where you pursue something that you love deeply, switched from being a luxury in life to something that you realised is absolutely baselines to your entire point of living.
