  1. The thing is there's a fine line between desiring something and being completely obsessed with it. With you it seems to be the latter. You're completely into it. Your every post is asking about how to get a woman to notice you or how to attract women. Nothing wrong or bad with wanting to attract women but constantly wanting it seeks of desperation. Desperation is a huge turn off for majority of women. Maybe your approach reeks off of desperation. The desperate vibe in a man is easily sensed by women from a mile away and to be honest it's the biggest turn off for women, just being honest with you, whether you care or not, not my worry. You could be a very high value man yet the desperate vibe will make a woman not want you at all. So maybe focus on that. You need a woman, I know. A woman needs you too. But nobody finds desperate attractive. Just saying because I noticed this sort of vibe in your posts. So wanted to give you a honest feedback. Also this kind of neediness or desperation is unhealthy for you if it doesn't have a boundary where it ends. It will take over your life and you'll be miserable just because you don't get a woman. In life there are so many beautiful things to experience besides love and romance. Don't make a woman(or for that matter anyone) the center of your life.
  2. So you're the kind of guy who will simply dump a girl just because she got fat? Lol.
  3. Yes this is a valid point. Also if it's not helpful, why question to such posters why bother to continue to hammer it?
  4. Are these the same kind of insights people get in a psychedelic trip?
  5. I'm not here to debate whether therapy is effective or not. Therapy has helped a lot of people, definitely helped me, not entirely but at least partially. It still helps me so I continue doing it. It will help people in the future just like it has helped in the past. If you don't like it or don't find it effective, that's a different matter entirely. Yet most people I know seek therapy for social anxiety. If you don't want to use the therapy approach that's entirely up to you. It's obviously your choice in the end, one way or another.
  6. For social anxiety you will need therapy.
  7. Foreign language is not allowed on the forum. So delete it. Just saving you from getting warnings lol..
  8. What issues are you dealing with? Would you mind to share some? I want to get a clear idea so I can help.
  9. Why is it that she has to sleep with another girl and not a guy? What if she wants to sleep with a guy? Of course she doesn't want to, I already know that. But if she wants to. Won't that make you feel insecure if she sleeps with other dudes? Be honest about it. I'm sure you won't like it. Because you don't mention it even once. Now put yourself in her shoes. Is she going to feel insecure about you sleeping with other women and you expect her to be understanding? Would you be understanding as well if the situation was reversed in terms of gender? Ask yourself that.
  10. I'll use it when I'm doing laundry, reading or going for a walk in nature (if you don't mind).
  11. It's a good asmr for me. I'm reading right now and it's playing in the background. Cool work.
  12. It's common for mentally ill people to get emotionally reactive. Not using it as an excuse, but just giving it as an explanation. It's not easy to control emotions. Doesn't mean they should be severely punished for that. There are always better ways to handle conflicts than scapegoating people for their emotionality. There's a valid reason why there's a mental health section on the forum. You're supposed to be expecting all kinds of people on a self help forum.
  13. I have none either. Been here 1 year.
  14. Chatgpt is better hands down.
  15. Warning points are very demoralizing and demotivating. Leo doesn't understand this because he himself never received any warning points. So it's like hypocrisy or double standards. Also a bit of bias frankly since he is the owner of this website. But he never understands the experience of being an average member here. So double standards again.
  16. You should always consider the fact that for a lot of people English is not the first language. They still try their best. People will only learn by interacting with others. It's not a matter of laziness.

  18. I'll be assigned a new therapist next week. I was diagnosed with CPTSD a year ago. What questions can I ask my therapist during the session? Thanks in advance.
  19. What will happen if you jump off a cliff in your imagination? imaginary scenario? What if you thought that your mind is infinite right now? What if in this moment you let go of every thought or worry you have? All of your suffering has melted away. Just imagine your mind right now is infinite. And now you're aware of this. All objects are imagined. All thoughts are imagined and objects of your mind. All suffering is gone. You are completely infinite. You are completely free. You have nothing to do and nothing to expect. There is no past, present and or future. Everything is infinite. Try this every night.
  20. How about having this same consciousness in wakefulness?
