  1. I don't know the dosage. He lives elsewhere now and I lost contact with him. But I remember him telling me a cup a day. You need to eat chicken, fish and eggs too. And sometimes some cheese. All of that would be enough to gain some weight. And walk everyday to increase your body circulation. Walk for 30 minutes morning and evening. Take care.
  2. This is my dinner right now. Rice, spinach, a big piece of salmon and cottage cheese. I always eat healthy and my weight stays balanced. Just invest in eating organic meat and fish.
  3. Guys I don't want to take the risk of giving bad advice. Do what you want. I don't believe in protein powders and all that stuff. All that is heavy on the kidneys. But more power to you if you believe you're doing the right thing. Healthy balanced diet rich in fat, protein and minerals can also strengthen muscles and increase the weight. And don't forget your vitamin.
  4. Creatinine is dangerous.
  5. Oh lol. Scooby Dooby Doo.
  6. @Emerald What's a Scooby - Doo lay?
  7. I think one of the simplest spiritual practice is to be polite and graceful in your approach. Just say kind words. Begin with kindness. Cultivate compassion.
  8. What's a Scooby - Doo lay?
  9. Celebrimbor has something to say to the haters of RoP:
  10. Omg I laughed so hard. Thanks a lot for the comedian in you.
  11. Sadhguru was blissfully lying on a bed of flowers.
  12. This is not a gender thing. It's like asking who is more greedy, men or women?
  13. Your job is not to convince or de-radicalize a fundamentalist. Your job is to prevent a youth from being radicalized and this is achieved by elevating the consciousness across the board. The root cause of all maladies is low consciousness. With high consciousness, even religion will have very little impact. You're not looking at the absolute, instead you choose to look at it through a microscope. I'm telling you to see the bigger picture.
  14. If there's no dogma, humans will invent it. If you want change in religion or world, you'll need tectonic shifts in human consciousness on a mass scale like a mushrooming of stage Turquoise throughout the world. Elevating human consciousness is tough. One human baby at a time. That's why the work of spiritualists is so fundamental to human change. Cultural shift. Shift in global consciousness. Not impossible. But a lofty goal. Gigantic effort. Start with one human.
  15. The fundamental problem is not religion itself. It's way it's designed. Religion is like a software program. If you run an outdated Windows 97 program, you'll have frustration because it won't meet your needs. However you can modify and change this software to aid your processes. Similarly religion can be modified and redesigned to aid human survival and continuity. The problem is not that the design is not possible, the real problem lies in fundamentalism, when someone sticks to an outdated script and follows it verbatim, that's when a problem arises as it clashes with human liberty. If you remove dogmatism and fundamentalism from religion, then there are several parts of it that benefit collective human survival.
  16. It's up to men to create the civilization that they create. Men can use their masculine energy to bring about almost anything. When I see men struggling in a certain place, I have observed this weird dynamic that those men don't band together as a tribe. They are not united in effort or ambition. In places where men tend to flourish, I have seen that they work together as a team. Masculinity and masculine energy when united and focused can achieve almost anything. So when men are complaining about their state of living, it's because there's something lacking in them collectively that they fail to address.
